本发明公开了一种耐臭氧老化橡胶,其成分中含有下列物质:天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、辛基酚醛树脂、氧化锌、硬脂酸、4,4′-双(a,a′二甲基苄基)二苯胺、2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹啉、炭黑N220、炭黑N660、陶土、碳酸钙、牛油、松焦油、机油、二硫化二苯并噻唑、2-硫醇基苯并噻唑、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、N-环己基硫代二甲酰亚胺、硫磺。本发明生产的混炼橡胶,在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,耐臭氧性能较好。

一种耐臭氧老化橡胶
 技术领域
     本发明涉及一种耐臭氧老化橡胶,具体说是一种用于疏浚胶管外覆层的耐臭氧老化橡胶。
 背景技术
近些年来,疏浚胶管的使用范围有了很大拓展,不仅由于江河湖海的航道清淤和港口建设,而且用于人工造地、岛礁开发、海洋建筑、海底采矿等工程。输导的物料中,含有砾石、岩石、珊瑚等大颗粒物质,传统的疏浚胶管外覆层橡胶不耐臭氧老化,会很快龟裂破损,影响了胶管使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的疏浚胶管外覆层橡胶不耐臭氧老化的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种耐臭氧老化橡胶,在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,耐臭氧老化性能较好,可以满足疏浚胶管施工需要。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种耐臭氧老化橡胶,含有以下质量分的物质:
天然橡胶                                  70-80

本发明的橡胶制备方法与现有的制备方法相同。
      与现有技术相比,本发明在50pphm浓度臭氧中拉伸20%,经40℃×72h老化,在2倍放大镜下观察未见裂纹,耐臭氧性能较好。本发明适用于疏浚胶管外覆层中。

天然橡胶为越南产3L橡胶、丁苯橡胶为浙江维泰橡胶有限公司生产的力维泰牌SBR1502橡胶、辛基酚醛树脂为无锡宾王化工厂产、氧化锌为扬州振中锌业有限公司产、硬脂酸为印尼PALMATA  1801公司产、4,4′-双(a,a′二甲基苄基)二苯胺由常州仕诚化工有限公司生产、2,2,4-三甲基1,2-二氢化喹啉为天津科迈化工有限公司生产、二硫醇基苯并噻唑由天津科迈化工有限公司生产、二硫化二苯并噻唑由天津拉勃助剂公司生产、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆  由镇江振邦化工有限公司生产、炭黑N220为江西黑猫炭黑股份有限公司生产、炭黑N660为江西黑猫炭黑股份有限公司生产、工业酯   由无锡市兴沪石油制品有限公司生产、松焦油为沙县昌盛林产化工有限公司生产、硫磺为镇江润旺化工公司生产、实施例1 耐臭氧老化橡胶。
