Abstract

一种婴幼儿的垫片，结构由底片和上片相连组成。底片为一片长方形的无纺布片，在底片的下面涂有单面胶，在单面胶处贴有一层保护膜，在底片的中间处纵向设有一个上片，和底片连接后的上片的中部横向截面的形状为向上凸起的U字形，在上片内装有填充物，填充物能够将上片撑起；上片的两端至中部在填充物的作用下形成从扁平到凸起的圆弧形过度。

一种婴幼儿的垫片，属于儿童用品领域。
背景技术
婴幼儿大多具有皮肉松软、细嫩和肥胖的特点，而现在的尿不湿产品大多都是网兜形的，且裆部很厚（不利于通风），加上腿部的包裹、搂抱等多种挤压因素，致使屁股沟处发红、炎症或湿疹的情况时有发生，不利于婴幼儿的生长发育。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种婴幼儿的垫片，用它改善屁股沟处的环境，以此消除上述缺陷，非常适合婴幼儿使用。该垫片的结构由底片和上片相连组成。底片为一片长方形的无纺布片，其宽度在2—5厘米之间；在底片的下面周围及中部涂有单面胶，涂好后的单面胶在底片的下面呈日字形状，在单面胶处贴有一层（胶贴上用的那种）保护膜，以此保护单面胶的粘性。在底片的中间处纵向设有一个上片，上片为长方形的无纺布片，上片小于底片，上片的长的两边和底片相连成一体。和底片连接后的上片的中部横向截面的形状为向上凸起的U字形，上片和底片相连后形成一个U字形的口袋状。在上片的口袋内装有填充物，填充物能够将上片撑起；装好填充物的上片短的两边和底片相连成一体。填充物采用具有弹性的不吸水材料做成，撑起的上片凸起能够进入屁股沟内，从而撑开屁股沟的两边皮肤，上片的中部至两端的填充物逐渐减少，上片的两端至中部在填充物的作用下形成从扁平到凸起的圆弧形过度。
使用时，打开新的尿不湿展平，揭掉底片单面胶上的保护膜，将底片纵向粘贴到尿不湿内的裆部，然后给小孩穿上尿不湿，此时上片随尿不湿弯曲变形，深入手指整理上片的位置，使上片进入到婴幼儿的屁股沟内（注意裆部不能向上太紧，否则，影响小孩放屁、排便，男婴用时将阴囊处的上片作部分剪除），实践证明，通过上片进入屁股沟避免了该处皮肤的紧密接触，增加了屁股沟的通气性，改善了屁股沟的外部环境，对消除婴幼儿红屁股效果很明显，这就是突出的实质性特点和有益的技术效果。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，一种婴幼儿的垫片，用它改善屁股沟处的环境，以此消除上述缺陷，非常适合婴幼儿使用。该垫片的结构由底片1和上片2相连组成。底片1为一片长方形的无纺布片，其宽度在2—5厘米之间；在底片1的下面周围及中部涂有单面胶4，涂好后的单面胶4在底片1的下面呈日字形状，在单面胶4处贴有一层（胶贴上用的那种）保护膜5，以此保护单面胶4的粘性。在底片1的中间处纵向设有一个上片2，上片2为长方形的无纺布片，上片2小于底片1，上片2的长的两边和底片1相连成一体。和底片1连接后的上片2的中部横向截面的形状为向上凸起的U字形，上片2和底片1相连后形成一个U字形的口袋状。在上片2的口袋内装有填充物3，填充物3能够将上片2撑起；装好填充物3的上片2短的两边和底片1相连成一体。填充物3采用具有弹性的不吸水材料做成，撑起的上片2凸起能够进入屁股沟内，从而撑开屁股沟的两边皮肤，上片2的中部至两端的填充物3逐渐减少，上片2的两端至中部在填充物3的作用下形成从扁平到凸起的圆弧形过度。

1.一种婴幼儿的垫片，特征是：该垫片的结构由底片（1）和上片（2）相连组成；底片（1）为一片长方形的无纺布片，其宽度在2—5厘米之间；在底片（1）的下面周围及中部涂有单面胶（4），涂好后的单面胶（4）在底片（1）的下面呈日字形状，在单面胶（4）处贴有一层保护膜（5），以此保护单面胶（4）的粘性；在底片（1）的中间处纵向设有一个上片（2），上片（2）为长方形的无纺布片，上片（2）小于底片（1），上片（2）的长的两边和底片（1）相连成一体；和底片（1）连接后的上片（2）的中部横向截面的形状为向上凸起的U字形，上片（2）和底片（1）相连后形成一个U字形的口袋状；在上片（2）的口袋内装有填充物（3），填充物（3）能够将上片（2）撑起；装好填充物（3）的上片（2）短的两边和底片（1）相连成一体；填充物（3）采用具有弹性的不吸水材料做成，撑起的上片（2）的凸起能够进入屁股沟内，从而撑开屁股沟的两边皮肤，上片（2）的中部至两端的填充物（3）逐渐减少，上片（2）的两端至中部在填充物（3）的作用下形成从扁平到凸起的圆弧形过渡；使用时，揭掉底片（1）的单面胶（4）上的保护膜（5），将底片（1）纵向粘贴到尿不湿内的裆部。
