一种即插式灯座,所述曲形弹片均在同一水平面上,所述曲形弹片和连接板均设在灯泡插座内腔中,所述灯泡插座一侧设有拉环,所述灯泡插座顶端边缘处均匀分布有若干个圆形磁铁,所述曲形弹片和触点三通过连接板连接螺旋弹簧电缆中的零线,所述触点一和触点二通过连接板连接螺旋弹簧电缆中的火线,该发明让人们不用登高作业就可以更换灯泡,只需用工具将灯泡插座拉下就可以更换灯泡,大大提高了更换灯泡的安全性和缩短了更换灯泡的准备时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯座,尤其涉及一种即插式灯座。
背景技术
在人们日常生活中灯座是我们经常使用的电器,目前常用灯座一般为螺旋口式或者卡口式,而当灯泡坏了需要更换的灯泡的时候,一般在家庭里站在梯子或者凳子进行更换,而在厂房或者大型的办公楼中,一般要用专门的升降设备来进行更换,这就导致了劳动强度比较大、准备时间较长,并且在更换灯泡的过程中,由于是在登高作业,所以危险系数比较高,比较容易导致人员摔伤等安全事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种即插式灯座,解决了目前常用灯座一般为螺旋口式或者卡口式,而当灯泡坏了需要更换的灯泡的时候,一般在家庭里站在梯子或者凳子进行更换,而在厂房或者大型的办公楼中,一般要用专门的升降设备来进行更换,这就导致了劳动强度比较大、准备时间较长,并且在更换灯泡的过程中,由于是在登高作业,所以危险系数比较高,比较容易导致人员摔伤等安全事故的发生的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,它包括灯座基座、圆形磁铁、定位圈、触头三、灯泡插座、曲形弹片、触头二、拉环、触头一、连接板、螺旋弹簧电缆,其特征在于:所述圆柱体灯座基座与正下方的圆柱体灯泡插座构成灯座,所述灯座基座下端设有定位圈,所述灯座基座内腔中设有贯穿灯座基座下端外壁和灯泡插座上端外壁的螺旋弹簧电缆,所述螺旋弹簧电缆上端连接灯座基座内腔上壁,所述螺旋弹簧电缆下端连接连接板,所述连接板下端从左到右依次设有触点一、触点二和触点三,所述触点二设在连接板中间位置,所述连接板下方灯泡插座内壁上设有若干个曲形弹片,所述曲形弹片均在同一水平面上,所述曲形弹片和连接板均设在灯泡插座内腔中,所述灯泡插座一侧设有拉环,所述灯泡插座顶端边缘处均匀分布有若干个圆形磁铁,所述曲形弹片和触点三通过连接板连接螺旋弹簧电缆中的零线,所述触点一和触点二通过连接板连接螺旋弹簧电缆中的火线。
所述定位圈直径大于灯泡插座直径5MM。
所述触点一与触点三之间的间距与卡口式灯泡两触点间距相同。
所述连接板与灯泡插座下端之间的间距与螺旋口式、卡口式插头的长度相同。
所述连接板通过灯泡插座内壁上的金属导片连接曲形弹片。
本发明的技术效果是:该发明让人们不用登高作业就可以更换灯泡,只需用工具将灯泡插座拉下就可以更换灯泡,大大提高了更换灯泡的安全性和缩短了更换灯泡的准备时间。

具体实施方式
结合图1、2、3来具体说明本发明,所述圆柱体灯座基座1与正下方的圆柱体灯泡插座5构成灯座,所述灯座基座1下端设有定位圈3,所述灯座基座1内腔中设有贯穿灯座基座1下端外壁和灯泡插座5上端外壁的螺旋弹簧电缆11,所述螺旋弹簧电缆11上端连接灯座基座1内腔上壁,所述螺旋弹簧电缆11下端连接连接板10,所述连接板10下端从左到右依次设有触点一9、触点二7和触点三4,所述触点二7设在连接板10中间位置,所述连接板10下方灯泡插座5内壁上设有若干个曲形弹片6,所述曲形弹片6均在同一水平面上,所述曲形弹片6和连接板10均设在灯泡插座5内腔中,所述灯泡插座5一侧设有拉环8,所述灯泡插座5顶端边缘处均匀分布有若干个圆形磁铁2,所述曲形弹片6和触点三4通过连接板10连接螺旋弹簧电缆11中的零线,所述触点一9和触点二7通过连接板10连接螺旋弹簧电缆11中的火线,所述定位圈3直径大于灯泡插座5直径5MM,所述触点一9与触点三4之间的间距与卡口式灯泡两触点间距相同,所述连接板10与灯泡插座5下端之间的间距与螺旋口式、卡口式插头的长度相同,所述连接板10通过灯泡插座5内壁上的金属导片连接曲形弹片6。
所述电源12连接螺旋弹簧电缆11。
所述灯座基座1下端外壁材质为铸铁;所述灯座基座1、定位圈3、灯泡插座5、连接板10和拉环8均匀为ABS朔料材质;所述曲形弹片6材质为弹簧钢。
使用时,用工具通过拉环8将灯泡插座拉下,之后将螺旋口式灯泡或者卡口式灯泡插入灯泡插座5,而后用工具顶到灯座基座1的下方,慢慢移动到定位圈3中,灯泡插座5上的圆形磁铁2自动会吸固到灯座基座1下端。

1.一种即插式灯座,它包括灯座基座、圆形磁铁、定位圈、触头三、灯泡插座、曲形弹片、触头二、拉环、触头一、连接板、螺旋弹簧电缆,其特征在于:所述圆柱体灯座基座与正下方的圆柱体灯泡插座构成灯座,所述灯座基座下端设有定位圈,所述灯座基座内腔中设有贯穿灯座基座下端外壁和灯泡插座上端外壁的螺旋弹簧电缆,所述螺旋弹簧电缆上端连接灯座基座内腔上壁,所述螺旋弹簧电缆下端连接连接板,所述连接板下端从左到右依次设有触点一、触点二和触点三,所述触点二设在连接板中间位置,所述连接板下方灯泡插座内壁上设有若干个曲形弹片,所述曲形弹片均在同一水平面上,所述曲形弹片和连接板均设在灯泡插座内腔中,所述灯泡插座一侧设有拉环,所述灯泡插座顶端边缘处均匀分布有若干个圆形磁铁,所述曲形弹片和触点三通过连接板连接螺旋弹簧电缆中的零线,所述触点一和触点二通过连接板连接螺旋弹簧电缆中的火线。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种即插式灯座,其特征在于:所述定位圈直径大于灯泡插座直径5MM。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种即插式灯座,其特征在于:所述触点一与触点三之间的间距与卡口式灯泡两触点间距相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种即插式灯座,其特征在于:所述连接板与灯泡插座下端之间的间距与螺旋口式、卡口式插头的长度相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种即插式灯座,其特征在于:所述连接板通过灯泡插座内壁上的金属导片连接曲形弹片。
