本发明涉及一种照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,属于车灯技术领域,其包括安装板、灯杯、LED灯珠、铝基板和散热板,LED灯珠设置在灯杯内,LED灯珠安装在铝基板上,灯杯的杯底固定在散热板上,散热板上开设有凹槽,铝基板镶嵌在凹槽内,安装板上安装有安装座,在安装座上铰接有摆杆,摆杆的摆动端固定在散热板上,在摆杆两侧的散热板上分别固定有套管,套管垂直于散热板,在套管内设置有调节杆,调节杆与套管为螺纹配合连接,调节杆一端设置在套管内,另一端顶在安装板上,在散热板左右侧面固定有散热片。通过本发明方便了在夜间照明使用时的纵向调节,避免了需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西才能起到纵向调节的现象发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,属于车灯技术领域。
背景技术
目前随着LED技术的发展,其应用越来越广泛,在家用照明、厂房照明、汽车车灯、马路路灯以及摩托车车灯等都有所应用。而在摩托车车灯中应用最多的是车前的大灯,大灯在摩托车行驶时有照明前方道路的作用,同时当外出游玩时,还可以用来夜间照明使用,在进行夜间照明使用时,需要人为去上下调节摩托车车的停放位置,调节时如果是需要横向进行调节时很方便,只需摆动下摩托车的方位即可,但如果是需要纵向调节时就很不方便(有时候人们呆的位子需要将光线调高或者调低时才能进行完全照射),需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西,才能起到纵向调节的效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,其结构简单,操作方便,方便了在夜间照明使用时的纵向调节,避免了需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西才能起到纵向调节的现象发生。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
所述的照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,包括安装板、灯杯、LED灯珠、铝基板和散热板,LED灯珠设置在灯杯内,LED灯珠安装在铝基板上,灯杯的杯底固定在散热板上,其特征在于:散热板为耐热塑料制作而成,散热板上开设有凹槽,铝基板镶嵌在凹槽内,安装板上安装有安装座,在安装座上铰接有摆杆,摆杆的摆动端固定在散热板上,在摆杆两侧的散热板上分别固定有套管,套管垂直于散热板,在套管内设置有调节杆,调节杆与套管为螺纹配合连接,调节杆一端设置在套管内,另一端顶在安装板上,在散热板左右侧面分别固定有散热片,散热片为与灯杯外表面紧贴配合的弧型结构,散热片紧贴在灯杯外表面。
为了在确保本发明的使用寿命的同时合理控制成本,优选所述散热板厚度为30mm~50mm。
为了在确保本发明的使用寿命的同时合理控制成本,优选所述安装板厚度为20mm~40mm。
为了进一步方便人们在调节,优选所述摆杆的摆动端固定在散热板中部。
在确保本发明调节效果的同时提高使用寿命以及合理控制成本,优选所述摆杆直径为30mm~50mm,长度为80mm~100mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明所带来的有益效果主要为:
通过本发明,其结构简单,操作方便,方便了在夜间照明使用时的纵向调节,避免了需要人为的向摩托车前轮或者后轮垫东西才能起到纵向调节的现象发生。使用时,当需要纵向调节时,只需旋转两根调节杆,即可实现照射光线的调节。本发明采用将散热板用耐热塑料制作而成,并且散热板上开设有凹槽,铝基板镶嵌在凹槽内,在照明时,其散热效果非常好。在散热片的设计下,能将热量更好的与外界空气进行对流传递,从面能更好的起到散热效果。

实施例一
如图1、图2所示,照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,包括安装板8、灯杯1、LED灯珠2、铝基板9和散热板3,LED灯珠2设置在灯杯1内,LED灯珠2安装在铝基板9上,灯杯1的杯底固定在散热板3上,散热板3为耐热塑料制作而成,散热板3上开设有凹槽,铝基板9镶嵌在凹槽内,安装板8上安装有安装座7,在安装座7上铰接有摆杆6,摆杆6的摆动端固定在散热板3上,在摆杆6两侧的散热板3上分别固定有套管4,套管4垂直于散热板3,在套管4内设置有调节杆5,调节杆5与套管4为螺纹配合连接,调节杆5一端设置在套管4内,另一端顶在安装板8上,在散热板3左右侧面分别固定有散热片10,散热片10为与灯杯1外表面紧贴配合的弧型结构,散热片10紧贴在灯杯1外表面。
本实施例中,所述散热板3厚度为30mm;所述安装板8厚度为20mm;所述摆杆6的摆动端固定在散热板3中部;所述摆杆6直径为30mm,长度为80mm。
使用时,当需要纵向调节时,只需旋转两根调节杆5,通过调节杆5的一紧一松,实现灯杯1的摆动,即可实现照射光线的调节。
实施例二
本实施例在实施例一的基础上进行变化,将所述散热板3厚度变为40mm;所述安装板8厚度变为30mm;所述摆杆6直径变为40mm,长度变为90mm。其它同实施例一。
实施例三
本实施例在实施例一的基础上进行变化,将所述散热板3厚度变为50mm;所述安装板8厚度变为40mm;所述摆杆6直径变为50mm,长度变为100mm。其它同实施例一。

1.一种照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,包括安装板(8)、灯杯(1)、LED灯珠(2)、铝基板(9)和散热板(3),LED灯珠(2)设置在灯杯(1)内,LED灯珠(2)安装在铝基板(9)上,灯杯(1)的杯底固定在散热板(3)上,其特征在于:散热板(3)为耐热塑料制作而成,散热板(3)上开设有凹槽,铝基板(9)镶嵌在凹槽内,安装板(8)上安装有安装座(7),在安装座(7)上铰接有摆杆(6),摆杆(6)的摆动端固定在散热板(3)上,在摆杆(6)两侧的散热板(3)上分别固定有套管(4),套管(4)垂直于散热板(3),在套管(4)内设置有调节杆(5),调节杆(5)与套管(4)为螺纹配合连接,调节杆(5)一端设置在套管(4)内,另一端顶在安装板(8)上,在散热板(3)左右侧面分别固定有散热片(10),散热片(10)为与灯杯(1)外表面紧贴配合的弧型结构,散热片(10)紧贴在灯杯(1)外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,其特征在于:所述散热板(3)厚度为30mm~50mm。
3.如权利要求2所述的照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,其特征在于:所述安装板(8)厚度为20mm~40mm。
4.如权利要求2所述的照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,其特征在于:所述摆杆(6)的摆动端固定在散热板(3)中部。
5.如权利要求4所述的照射角度可调的低热阻LED车灯,其特征在于:所述摆杆(6)直径为30mm~50mm,长度为80mm~100mm。
