Abstract
一种治疗鱼鳞病的酊剂，它包括麝香、三七、人参、红花、白鲜皮、白芷、核桃仁等31味中药，其中除麝香外其余30味药材照酊剂项下浸渍法，制得产品为棕黄色透明液体，本药速见功效，使用方便，经试用总有效率达100%，多数患者于用药5日内达到临床痊愈，未发现任何毒付作用及不良反应。除治疗鱼鳞病(蛇皮癣)，还可治疗鹅掌风，手足干癣脱屑等症。
Description
本发明涉及皮肤病外用药，特别是一种治疗鱼鳞病的酊剂。
鱼鳞病，中医称蛇皮癣、鱼鳞风，是一较常见的角化障碍性遗传性皮肤病，本病多在儿童出现，常有家族史，主要发于四肢伸侧，尤其是双下肢伸侧，严重可波及全身，皮损表现为皮肤粗糙干燥，覆着灰白色、污秽色、黄褐色或黑色鱼鳞片状鳞屑，鳞屑间有网状白色沟纹，状似蛇皮，严重者常有脱屑，皮肤硬滞，抚摸棘手或甲错，多数患者汗腺、皮脂腺分泌不畅。由于鱼鳞病病症顽固，极难治愈，目前医治鱼鳞病尚无满意的治疗方法，已有治疗方法如：单纯大剂量服用维生素A、D、E或鱼肝油，但疗程时间长，有时能使症状暂时减轻，长期使用可出现脱发等毒性作用，有些外用药如：0.1维甲酸软膏，维胺脂软膏等，有止痒、透皮去鳞屑作用，可使症状暂时缓解，但病情易复发、且有刺激作用，治标不治本。
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗鱼鳞病的酊剂，本药品疗程短、疗效佳、无毒副作用、使用方便。
为达到上述目的，本发明采取以下技术方案：酊剂由下列重量比的原料制成：
何首乌1.05-0.95 核桃仁1.05-0.95
人参 1.05-0.95 党参 1.05-0.95
当归 1.05-0.95 川芎 0.95-0.85
三七 1.05-0 95 桃仁 2.10-1.90
红花 1.05-0.95 赤芍 0.95-0.85
桂枝 1.05-0.95 大黄 0.95-0.85
麦冬 0.95-0 85 知母 0.95-0.85
乌梅 1.05-0.95 防风 0.95-0.85
苦参 1.50-1.30 白鲜皮0.95-0.95
丁香 1.05-0.95 菊花 1.05-0.95
牛蒡子1.05-0.95 虎杖 0.95-0.85
连翘 1.05-0.95 僵蚕 1.05-0.95

本药品包括31味中药，方中以补益肝肾、养血润燥之品为君，以人参、党参、何首乌、核桃仁、当归、川芎补益脾胃，养血活血以治其本。人参、党参健脾、大补元气，以后天养先天之不足；何首乌核桃仁益肾填髓以补五脏之精，再偕当归、川芎以养血活血、血充则气有所附，血旺则精气足，相辅相成，是精血同源的缘故。以三七、桃仁、红花、赤芍、大黄活血化瘀，麦冬、知母、乌梅滋阴生津，使全身血脉流畅。以防风、苦参、白鲜皮、僵蚕、丁香、菊花、牛蒡子、苍术疏风散寒除湿；以在虎杖、连翘、半枝莲、侧柏叶、以清热解毒，配以麝香的辛香走窜，再配山柰、木香行气，使全方由表及里而深透脏腑、使血脉通畅。
本品经皮肤急性毒性、长期毒性试验及对皮肤的刺激、过敏试验结果表明，对皮肤无刺激和过敏作用。
实施例1：
称取下述31味中药，它们的用量为
制何首乌6.35克 核桃仁6.35克
人参 6.35克 党参 6.35克
当归 6.35克 川芎 5.71克
三七 6.35克 桃仁 12.7克
红花 6.35克 赤芍 5.71克
桂枝 6.35克 大黄 5.71克
麦冬 5.71克 知母 5.71克
乌梅 6.35克 防风 5.71克
苦参 9.22克 白鲜皮6.35克
丁香 6.35克 菊花 6.35克
牛蒡子 6.35克 虎杖 5.71克
连翘 6.35克 僵蚕 6.35克
侧柏叶 6.35克 半枝莲5.71克
苍术 6.35克 麝香 6.35克
白芷 5.71克 山柰 6.35克
木香 5.71克
除麝香外，以上三十味药材照酊剂项下浸渍法，用乙醇作溶剂浸渍5天后，倾取上清液，静置24小时，滤过，加乙醇至476ml，取麝香浸渍于50ml乙醇中，充分搅拌，待溶解后滤过，合并生药浸出液和麝香溶解液，加入蒸馏水476ml，调成酒精含量为50％的药液1000ml，混匀、即得。本品为棕黄色透明液体。
上述净鳞酊的使用方法是：首次治疗时患者先用药遍涂全身患部皮肤，保留20分钟或稍长时间，然后进入40℃以上热水浴盆中浸泡30-60分钟，在热水中用搓澡巾用力反复搓擦患处，泡洗后拭干，再用药液涂全身患部，保留到次日，以后每日先用热水洗浴搓擦如上述，浴后涂药液，每日一次，共治疗9-10天。
净鳞酊具有速见功效，使用方便，无毒副作用，经试用多数患者于用药5日内达到临床痊愈，未发现任何毒副作用及不良反应。总有效率达100％。本品具有活血化瘀，祛风润燥作用，主治鱼鳞病(蛇皮癣)、鹅掌风、手足干癣脱屑等症。
