本发明涉及一种皮革鞣剂。
背景技术
人类使用皮革的历史十分悠久，远古时期,人类就采用一些天然的物质,如油脂、类脂和明矾等鞣革。鞣制是使皮变成革的关键步骤，是一个质变过程，而能将皮变成革的化学材料, 叫做皮革鞣剂。鞣剂在鞣制皮革过程中渗入皮内,与皮纤维结合,使皮发生改性而变成革。随着经济的进步和社会的发展，人们在皮革上的消费量越来越多，从而推动了制革技术的进步，当前的皮革糅剂已经不能达到要求，暴露出一些问题，不仅生产成本高更重要的是造成严重的环境污染，皮革废水治理成为环境保护的一大难题，皮革企业为治理皮革废水污染付出沉重代价。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明要解决的问题是，提供一种皮革鞣剂，具有鞣制能力高，使成革柔软，绒毛细，透气性好，而且成本低、无污染。
为解决现有技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案是，一种皮革鞣剂，其由以下重量份数的原料制成：
过硫酸铵4-7份，丙烯酸2-3份，苯酚25-46份，氢氧化钠2-4份，硫酸氢钠3-4份，二氧化硫4-9份，三乙醇胺5-8份，渗透剂T2.5-5.5份，脱氢醋酸2-4份，聚乙烯蜡1.2-3份，羟基硅油8-13份，含纤维素的废弃物6-12份，去离子水35-46份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的皮革鞣剂，具有鞣制能力高，使成革柔软，绒毛细，透气性好，而且成本低、无污染。
