Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型电缆填充料,其特征在于,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂70-80份、环保稳定剂5-8份、改性剂CPE 1-2份、硬脂酸钡1-2份、轻质碳酸钙40-50份、中空玻璃微珠10-15份、滑石粉5-8份、发泡剂1-2份、阻燃剂1.5-2.5份。该种填充料,本发明的环保填充料具有环保、阻燃性能好、耐高温、低烟、易剥离、相容性好,且具有较高的机械强度,不易折断,具有较高的表面密封性,密度小,相对于现有电缆填充料,其质量较轻,便于工业化生产,且生产出的环保填充电缆料质量稳定,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆制造技术领域,具体涉及一种新型电缆填充料。
背景技术
随着全球经济的迅猛发展,及人类环保意识的增强,各领域对电线电缆的质量和性能的要求越来越高,因电线、电缆的老化而引发的火灾也越来越多,如何降低火灾的发生率及发生火灾的时的死亡率,低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保也成为电线电缆行业的发展方向,其中无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的需求量越来越大,目前无卤低烟阻燃电缆料的生产大多是在聚烯烃基材中加入大量的氢氧化镁或氢氧化镁来达到阻燃效果,然而,大量无机材料的加入,影响了电缆料的物理机械性能和加工工艺性能,其在常温下柔软性能、耐气候性差、耐油性、耐低温性能都不是很好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种新型电缆填充料,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多种缺陷。
一种新型电缆填充料,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂70-80份、环保稳定剂5-8份、改性剂CPE 1-2份、硬脂酸钡1-2份、轻质碳酸钙40-50份、中空玻璃微珠10-15份、滑石粉5-8份、发泡剂1-2份、阻燃剂1.5-2.5份。
优选的,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
优选的,所述阻燃剂为氮磷膨胀型阻燃剂。
本发明的优点在于,该种填充料,本发明的环保填充料具有环保、阻燃性能好、耐高温、低烟、易剥离、相容性好,且具有较高的机械强度,不易折断,具有较高的表面密封性,密度小,相对于现有电缆填充料,其质量较轻,便于工业化生产,且生产出的环保填充电缆料质量稳定,成本低。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
一种新型电缆填充料,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂75份、环保稳定剂6份、改性剂CPE 1份、硬脂酸钡1份、轻质碳酸钙42份、中空玻璃微珠12份、滑石粉6份、发泡剂1份、阻燃剂2份。
值得注意的是,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
在本实例中,所述阻燃剂为氮磷膨胀型阻燃剂。
基于上述,该种填充料,本发明的环保填充料具有环保、阻燃性能好、耐高温、低烟、易剥离、相容性好,且具有较高的机械强度,不易折断,具有较高的表面密封性,密度小,相对于现有电缆填充料,其质量较轻,便于工业化生产,且生产出的环保填充电缆料质量稳定,成本低。
由技术常识可知,本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征的方案来实现。因此,上述公开的实施方案,就各方面而言,都只是举例说明,并不是仅有的。所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的改变均被本发明包含。

1.一种新型电缆填充料,其特征在于,它由下列质量份数的原材料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂70-80份、环保稳定剂5-8份、改性剂CPE 1-2份、硬脂酸钡1-2份、轻质碳酸钙40-50份、中空玻璃微珠10-15份、滑石粉5-8份、发泡剂1-2份、阻燃剂1.5-2.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电缆填充料,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型电缆填充料,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为氮磷膨胀型阻燃剂。
