Description

用于布线槽的鱼尾板装置
本发明涉及用于通过对接多个封闭外壳的细长段所构成的预制布线槽的鱼尾板装置,各封闭段收容由互相绝缘并行电导体组成的导体组件,该装置包括装进要对接的二外壳内侧端的鱼尾板件,用以把它们机械地连接在一起。
在线槽内所装的电导体必须防止水或凝结水到达它们的未覆盖部分,特别是其中由鱼尾板把对接的外壳段固定在一起的区域。
本发明的目的就是要改进上述形式的电线槽在鱼尾板区域的密封。
根据本发明一种鱼尾板装置,用于通过对接多个封闭的外壳细长段来组装预制的布线槽,各细长段容放由并排的电导体组成的一导体组合,该装置包括装进要对接的二外壳段内侧端的一鱼尾板件来把它们机械地连接在一起,该内鱼尾板件在其外部靠近对接的外壳段的一配合面处设有水排放槽。
该内鱼尾板件可以要么是预插入的细长套且固定在一外壳段内,导体的裸端在距排放槽一定距离处偏设向该套的一端,或者是有一中部凸缘用作该外壳段的一双面顶台和另外形成电互连件。
内鱼尾板件有利于同外鱼尾板件相结合,用以覆盖两外壳段之间的配合面。同时利用排放槽导出渗入的水或凝结水。
为说明本发明的特点和效果,下面结合附图来加以描述。附图中:
图1是电布线槽横向视图;
图2是本发明鱼尾板装置的分解图;
图3是图2装置的内套的分解透视图;
图4和5分别是倒置的装置的一部分的透视图和侧视图;
图6是本发明装置的倒置的不同实施例的剖面侧视图;
图7和8是图6装置的装配中的两个阶段的透视图。
图1所示的预制的布线槽包括多个封闭的外壳段10,即沿X1轴延伸的管段。该外壳段容放一或二导体组件11,其每个包括多根并行独立的导体、汇流排、电缆或带状电缆的电导体12,该导体的长度基本上等于外壳段的长度。外壳段10a、10b、10c等在端头处的平面P1、P′1上通过鱼尾板装置20进行对接,这保证了二对接段之间的刚性机械连接及其各自的导体组件的互连。
在第一实施例(图2-5)中,该鱼尾板装置20包括插入在线槽中的一棱形元件21;该元件对中于二对接外壳段10a、10b配合面P1且装进这些壳段的端头内。
根据本发明,该内鱼尾板件21在其平面P1的各侧的外部的设置有水或凝结水排放槽22,该槽的平面垂直于X1轴而平行于平面P1。该槽至少在件21的顶面21a和侧面21b、21c上设置以收集并引导所说的水。该槽22与具有面向配合面P1的面23a的肋23相接,该配合面P1垂直于X1轴;在面向背离配合面的方向之侧,它们有倾斜面23b(参见图3)以便于鱼尾板件21插入管10a、10b中。该件21在中部有凸缘24,其侧面24a、24b用来提供与外壳段10a、10b各端13a、13b的顶台。该鱼尾板件21亦有下面要加以说明的电互连功能。
在元件21的配合中,鱼尾板装置20包括壳件25,其在配合面P1任一侧包围外壳段10a、10b;它包括两个U形截面的半壳26、27,两者由螺栓28相连在一起并具有平行于X1轴的相接触的纵向边缘26a、27a,该两个半壳均有外凸面以给螺栓28的突出部分提供平滑表面。螺栓垂直地穿过在该两个半壳26、27中的孔26b、27b及横向圆柱套孔29之中,沿P2、P3轴线在其端部附近连接和封装着外壳段10。上半壳26的U形截面部分覆盖着在配合面P1区域的该管形外壳段的顶面14和大部分的侧面15,从而减小水经配合面P1侵入的危险。同样,在螺栓28处进入的水也可流进该套孔29的内部。但仍在半壳和外壳段之间出现的水或凝结水可通过在下半壳27底部的出水口27c加以排放。在鱼尾板件21的侧面24a、24b和外壳段端头13a、13b间渗入的水或凝结水通过在件21上的槽22经该段的底部(可打有孔)被导入半壳27的底部。
在元件21上(如在其中部凸缘24上)设置的夹件24c与在上半壳中的孔26c相配合。由此构成鱼尾板按下述方式的机械结合(见图4和5):把元件21夹入图4和5中倒置所示的上半壳26中,且沿其周边在肋23和该半壳26的内侧面之间留有供插入外壳段10a的空隙30(见图4)。紧靠侧面24的该壳段10a可再通过紧固螺钉31固定到半壳26上。如此构成的分装组合件可以安放壳段10b,如图5的虚轮廓线所示,其安装方法是,把壳段10b沿X1轴横向移动直到其顶靠着侧面24为止。然后装上下半壳27并把螺栓28插入套孔29中再旋上其螺母以把二半壳夹紧在一起。
该元件21亦有电连接功能。为此,它包括沿X1方向取向并在每一侧32a开口的二纵向腔口32,以收容装有弹性接触夹34和一壳段10a的导体12a的件33,而在另一侧32b收容另一壳段10b的导体12b。本实施例的件33是利用装置35插入并夹持在腔口32(在图3中仅能看见其中之一)中的模件;各模件体分隔成与最多的导体数量有相同数量的层架36;当前述相互连接的分装组合件装好时,该层架36是横向开口的以容放连接夹34。请注意,当内鱼尾板件21插入在相应壳段时,壳段10的带状电缆11借插入作用连接到接触夹34上。
在图6-8的实施例中,该鱼尾板装置20包括长形的U形截面件40,其设置在线槽内部并例如通过在外壳下的铆钉41或任何类似的元件固定在一外壳段10a上。该件40在二段10a、10b间的配合面P1的各侧上设有绕外周的水或凝结水排放槽42。请注意,在图4-8中示出线槽及其鱼尾板装置是倒置的,当然有在图1和2示出的向上位置也要达到的所需要密封。
置于壳段10a(10b)中的带状电缆11用由夹装置44夹持的连接器43a(43b)安装在其端部。壳段10a的导体12a的裸端距排放槽42一定距离处在套40的一端附近。在外壳段连接在一起之前,槽42之一因此被遮蔽而显露另一个。把外壳段10b套装在机械鱼尾板件40上直到其端头13b顶靠住壳段10a的端头13a为止,再由螺钉45将壳段10b固定在段10a上;该螺钉穿过段10b上的孔46并进入鱼尾板件40上的螺纹孔47中。壳体10b的底部可随意包括面向可见排放槽42的排放孔。

Claims (7)

1、一种鱼尾板装置,用于通过对接多个封闭的外壳细长段来组装预制的布线槽,各细长段容放由并排的电导体组成的一导体组合,该装置包括装进要对接的二外壳段内侧端的一鱼尾板件来把它们机械地连接在一起,其特征在于该内鱼尾板件(21)在其外部靠近对接的外壳段(10a、10b)的一配合面(P1)处设有水排放槽(22、42)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于该内鱼尾板件(21)是预先插入并固定在一外壳段(10a)内的一细长套(40),所述壳段的导体(12a)的裸端在距排放槽(42)一定距离处靠近该套的一端。
3、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于该内鱼尾板件(21)有一中部外凸缘(24),给二外壳段(10a、10b)提供一双面顶台。
4、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于一罩形外鱼尾板件(25)覆盖住该配合面(P1)。
5、根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于该内鱼尾板件(21)夹入于外鱼尾板件(25)内,该两件之间留有一空隙(30),用于插入外壳段(10a、10b)的端头。
6、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于该内鱼尾板件(21)在配合面(P1)各侧设有若干外部排放槽(22)和用于电互连件(33)的内部纵向腔口(32)。
7、根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于各导体组合(11)在内鱼尾板件(21)中与一腔口(32)连装,在该腔口内夹入的一电互连件(33)包括一座体,该座体分隔有与导体数目相同数量的层架(36)并在各层架中容放弹性连接夹(34)。
