Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度药芯焊丝包括钢皮和药粉,所述药粉由以下重量百分比的各组分混合而成:铁粉7-9%、硅锰合金40-45%、金红石15-17%、硅灰石2-4%、铬铁17-19%、石英6-8%、萤石0.2-1.4%、钛铁2-3%。通过加大硅锰合金的加入量可以有效改善焊缝成型,使其强度得到进一步的提升,加入的金红石、石英使得其电弧稳定性更好,加入的硅灰石可以调整熔渣的粘度、熔点和表面张力,铁粉的加入有助于提高熔敷效率,减少凹坑和气孔的数量,铬铁的加入主要是向焊缝金属过渡合金元素,萤石中的氟化钙可以改善熔渣的物化性能,加入的钛铁其含有的钛可以细化晶粒,有利于焊缝金属韧性的改善,通过本药粉制备出的药芯焊丝具有脱渣容易、电弧稳定、强度高的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属焊接材料技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度药芯焊丝。
背景技术
药芯焊丝也称为管状焊丝或粉芯焊丝,是20世纪50年代发展起来的高效率焊接材料,可以通过调整药芯添加物的种类和比例,很方便地设计各种不同用途的焊接材料,以适于不同工矿、不同条件设备部件的要求,用来焊接各种类型钢材。药芯焊丝既具有药皮焊条的配方可调性,同时又具有实芯焊丝连续焊接的特点。药芯焊丝正以其无可比拟的技术和经济性,受到国内外焊接界的极大关注。
随着焊接生产向高效率、低成本、高质量方向发展,药芯焊丝作为一种极有发展前途的焊接材料及高技术产品,在焊接材料中所占的比例越来越大,现有的药芯焊丝普遍存在、电弧不稳定、焊缝金属韧性低、强度低、不容易脱渣等问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种脱渣容易、电弧稳定且强度较高的药芯焊丝。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
一种高强度药芯焊丝,包括钢皮和药粉,所述药粉由以下重量百分比的各组分混合而成:铁粉7-9%、硅锰合金40-45%、金红石15-17%、硅灰石2-4%、铬铁17-19%、石英6-8%、萤石0.2-1.4%、钛铁2-3%。
所述铁粉中Fe的含量≥97%。
所述硅锰合金中Si的含量为40-45%。
所述金红石中TiO2的含量≥97%。
所述硅灰石中CaSiO3的含量≥65%。
所述铬铁中铬的含量为68-70%。
所述石英中二氧化硅的含量≥97%。
所述萤石中氟化钙的含量≥95%。
所述钛铁中钛的含量为30-35%。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过加大硅锰合金的加入量可以有效改善焊缝成型,使其强度得到进一步的提升,加入的金红石、石英使得其电弧稳定性更好,加入的硅灰石可以调整熔渣的粘度、熔点和表面张力,铁粉的加入有助于提高熔敷效率,减少凹坑和气孔的数量,铬铁的加入主要是向焊缝金属过渡合金元素,萤石中的氟化钙可以改善熔渣的物化性能,加入的钛铁其含有的钛可以细化晶粒,有利于焊缝金属韧性的改善,通过本药粉制备出的药芯焊丝具有脱渣容易、电弧稳定、强度高的特点。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
实施例一
取500g混合物为例:铁粉35g、硅锰合金200g、金红石75g、硅灰石10g、铬铁85g、石英30g、萤石1g、钛铁10g,将各种粉末放入混粉机中混合35min,让后将粉末加入到钢皮中,填充率为18%,使药粉包裹在其中,然后通过拉丝机处理即得到高强度药芯焊丝。
实施例二
取500g混合物为例:铁粉40g、硅锰合金212.5g、金红石80g、硅灰石15g、铬铁90g、石英35g、萤石4g、钛铁12.5g,将各种粉末放入混粉机中混合35min,让后将粉末加入到钢皮中,填充率为18%,使药粉包裹在其中,然后通过拉丝机处理即得到高强度药芯焊丝。
实施例三
取500g混合物为例:铁粉45g、硅锰合金225g、金红石85、硅灰石20g、铬铁95g、石英40g、萤石7g、钛铁15g,将各种粉末放入混粉机中混合35min,让后将粉末加入到钢皮中,填充率为18%,使药粉包裹在其中,然后通过拉丝机处理即得到高强度药芯焊丝。
实施例四
取1000g混合物为例:铁粉70g、硅锰合金400g、金红石150g、硅灰石120g、铬铁170g、石英60g、萤石2g、钛铁20g,将各种粉末放入混粉机中混合35min,让后将粉末加入到钢皮中,填充率为19%,使药粉包裹在其中,然后通过拉丝机处理即得到高强度药芯焊丝。
实施例五
取1000g混合物为例:铁粉80g、硅锰合金425g、金红石160g、硅灰石30g、铬铁180g、石英70g、萤石8g、钛铁25g,将各种粉末放入混粉机中混合35min,让后将粉末加入到钢皮中,填充率为19%,使药粉包裹在其中,然后通过拉丝机处理即得到高强度药芯焊丝。
实施例六
取1000g混合物为例:铁粉90g、硅锰合金450g、金红石170、硅灰石40g、铬铁190g、石英80g、萤石14g、钛铁30g,将各种粉末放入混粉机中混合35min,让后将粉末加入到钢皮中,填充率为19%,使药粉包裹在其中,然后通过拉丝机处理即得到高强度药芯焊丝。

1.一种高强度药芯焊丝,包括钢皮和药粉,其特征在于:所述药粉由以下重量百分比的各组分混合而成:铁粉7-9%、硅锰合金40-45%、金红石15-17%、硅灰石2-4%、铬铁17-19%、石英6-8%、萤石0.2-1.4%、钛铁2-3%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述铁粉中Fe的含量≥97%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述硅锰合金中Si的含量为40-45%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述金红石中TiO2的含量≥97%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述硅灰石中CaSiO3的含量≥65%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述铬铁中铬的含量为68-70%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述石英中二氧化硅的含量≥97%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述萤石中氟化钙的含量≥95%。
9.根据权利要求1所述的高强度药芯焊丝,其特征在于:所述钛铁中钛的含量为30-35%。
