Abstract
本发明公开了一种光伏连接器,包括第一连接体和第二连接体,第一连接体由第一连接座、第一电缆线和第一绝缘座组成,第二连接体由第二连接座、第二电缆线和第二绝缘座组成,第一绝缘座的端面上成型有圆柱形的插头,第二绝缘座的端面上成型有延伸的圆柱形的插座,插头的外壁上成型环形的第一凹槽,第一凹槽内设有若干圆弧形的弹性片,弹性片的两端固定在第一凹槽的两端面内;所述的插座的外壁上呈有环形的第二凹槽,第二凹槽的底面上成型有若干贯穿插座的插槽,第二凹槽的侧壁上插接有环形的锁紧套,锁紧套的内壁上成型有若干L型的锁舌。本发明不仅连接方便,而且连接后具备较高的电连接紧密型,密封性和牢固性。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及电连接器的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种应用于光伏的连接器。
背景技术:
随社会发展及科技的进步,环保纯净的能源逐渐为人们所关注,光伏作为一个环保并可无尽获取的新能源为人们所重视,而光伏板是一种常见的转换太阳能的装置,而在光伏板的使用过程中对其连接器具有较高的要求,其要求具有较高的电连接紧密型,密封性和牢固性。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种新型连接结构的光伏连接器,其不仅连接方便,而且连接后具备较高的电连接紧密型,密封性和牢固性
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种应用于光伏的连接器,包括第一连接体和第二连接体,第一连接体由第一连接座、第一电缆线和第一绝缘座组成,第二连接体由第二连接座、第二电缆线和第二绝缘座组成,第一绝缘座的端面上成型有圆柱形的插头,第二绝缘座的端面上成型有延伸的圆柱形的插座,插头的外壁上成型环形的第一凹槽,第一凹槽内设有若干圆弧形的弹性片,弹性片的两端固定在第一凹槽的两端面内;
所述的插座的外壁上呈有环形的第二凹槽,第二凹槽的底面上成型有若干贯穿插座的插槽,第二凹槽的侧壁上插接有环形的锁紧套,锁紧套的内壁上成型有若干L型的锁舌;
第一绝缘座上的插头插接在第二绝缘座的插座内,插头上的弹性片插接在插座的插槽内并露出第二凹槽的底面,锁紧套上的锁舌插接在第二凹槽底面外侧的弹性片内。
所述的弹性片或插槽环形均匀分布在第一绝缘座的插头或第二绝缘座的插座上,弹性片和插槽的个数相同。
所述的第一电缆线的端部成型有裸露的第一线头,第一线头上插套固定有铜插管,铜插管和第一线头插接固定在第一绝缘座内,第二电缆线的端部成型有裸露的第二线头,第二线头上插套固定有铜柱,铜柱插接在铜插管内。
所述插座底部的内壁上嵌有密封圈,插头的头部插接在密封圈内。
所述的锁紧套的外壁上成型有若干个防滑条,防滑条环形均匀分布在锁紧套上,锁紧套上的锁舌的下端呈圆弧形,锁舌下端的圆弧弧度小于插座上相邻插槽之间弧度。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它提出了一种新型连接结构的光伏连接器,其不仅连接方便,而且连接后具备较高的电连接紧密型,密封性和牢固性。

实施例:见图1至7所示,一种应用于光伏的连接器,包括第一连接体1和第二连接体2,第一连接体1由第一连接座11、第一电缆线12和第一绝缘座13组成,第二连接体2由第二连接座21、第二电缆线22和第二绝缘座23组成,第一绝缘座13的端面上成型有圆柱形的插头131,第二绝缘座23的端面上成型有延伸的圆柱形的插座231,插头131的外壁上成型环形的第一凹槽1311,第一凹槽1311内设有若干圆弧形的弹性片15,弹性片15的两端固定在第一凹槽1311的两端面内;
所述的插座231的外壁上呈有环形的第二凹槽2311,第二凹槽2311的底面上成型有若干贯穿插座231的插槽2312,第二凹槽2311的侧壁上插接有环形的锁紧套25,锁紧套25的内壁上成型有若干L型的锁舌251;
第一绝缘座13上的插头131插接在第二绝缘座23的插座231内,插头131上的弹性片15插接在插座231的插槽2312内并露出第二凹槽2311的底面,锁紧套25上的锁舌251插接在第二凹槽2311底面外侧的弹性片15内。
所述的弹性片15或插槽2312环形均匀分布在第一绝缘座13的插头131或第二绝缘座23的插座231上,弹性片15和插槽2312的个数相同。
所述的第一电缆线12的端部成型有裸露的第一线头121,第一线头121上插套固定有铜插管14,铜插管14和第一线头121插接固定在第一绝缘座13内,第二电缆线22的端部成型有裸露的第二线头221,第二线头221上插套固定有铜柱24,铜柱24插接在铜插管14内。
所述插座231底部的内壁上嵌有密封圈26,插头131的头部插接在密封圈26内。
所述的锁紧套25的外壁上成型有若干个防滑条252,防滑条252环形均匀分布在锁紧套25上,锁紧套25上的锁舌251的下端呈圆弧形,锁舌251下端的圆弧弧度小于插座231上相邻插槽2312之间弧度。
工作原理:本新型结构的光伏连接器由第一连接体1和第二连接体2组成,使用时,将第一连接体1的插头131插接在第二连接体2的插座231内,同时其插头131上的弹性片15先受压变形抵靠在插座231的内壁上进入插头131内,然后弹性片15进入插座231的插槽2312内再恢复原先的形状,从而完成第一连接体1和第二连接体2的连接;从而连接较为方便,同时其铜柱24又插接在铜插管14内,连接较为紧密,同时插头131的头部插接在插座231的密封圈26内,具备加好的密封效果;而第一连接体1和第二连接体2分开时直接拔出即可;
而为了加强第一连接体1和第二连接体2的连接强度,可以旋转锁紧套25,锁紧套25上的锁舌251插接在弹性片15内,从而防止第一连接体1和第二连接体2之间相互拔出,从而使连接器具备较高的连接牢固性。
Claims (5)
1.一种光伏连接器,包括第一连接体(1)和第二连接体(2),第一连接体(1)由第一连接座(11)、第一电缆线(12)和第一绝缘座(13)组成,第二连接体(2)由第二连接座(21)、第二电缆线(22)和第二绝缘座(23)组成,第一绝缘座(13)的端面上成型有圆柱形的插头(131),第二绝缘座(23)的端面上成型有延伸的圆柱形的插座(231),其特征在于:插头(131)的外壁上成型环形的第一凹槽(1311),第一凹槽(1311)内设有若干圆弧形的弹性片(15),弹性片(15)的两端固定在第一凹槽(1311)的两端面内;
所述的插座(231)的外壁上呈有环形的第二凹槽(2311),第二凹槽(2311)的底面上成型有若干贯穿插座(231)的插槽(2312),第二凹槽(2311)的侧壁上插接有环形的锁紧套(25),锁紧套(25)的内壁上成型有若干L型的锁舌(251);
第一绝缘座(13)上的插头(131)插接在第二绝缘座(23)的插座(231)内,插头(131)上的弹性片(15)插接在插座(231)的插槽(2312)内并露出第二凹槽(2311)的底面,锁紧套(25)上的锁舌(251)插接在第二凹槽(2311)底面外侧的弹性片(15)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏连接器,其特征在于:所述的弹性片(15)或插槽(2312)环形均匀分布在第一绝缘座(13)的插头(131)或第二绝缘座(23)的插座(231)上,弹性片(15)和插槽(2312)的个数相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏连接器,其特征在于:所述的第一电缆线(12)的端部成型有裸露的第一线头(121),第一线头(121)上插套固定有铜插管(14),铜插管(14)和第一线头(121)插接固定在第一绝缘座(13)内,第二电缆线(22)的端部成型有裸露的第二线头(221),第二线头(221)上插套固定有铜柱(24),铜柱(24)插接在铜插管(14)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏连接器,其特征在于:所述插座(231)底部的内壁上嵌有密封圈(26),插头(131)的头部插接在密封圈(26)内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏连接器,其特征在于:所述的锁紧套(25)的外壁上成型有若干个防滑条(252),防滑条(252)环形均匀分布在锁紧套(25)上,锁紧套(25)上的锁舌(251)的下端呈圆弧形,锁舌(251)下端的圆弧弧度小于插座(231)上相邻插槽(2312)之间弧度。
