Abstract

本发明公开了一种快速接头,包含:接头本体和与接头本体相连的卡头;接头本体的若干个端部分别设有开口,且在每个开口的内侧壁上设有卡槽;卡头贯穿设有通孔,且卡头从端部延伸至中部开设有槽口;槽口与通孔相互贯通。本发明结构简单、实用性强,能够提高供电线路的可靠性,保证导线之间有良好的接触性,从而避免跳火花、脱离等现象的发生,同时具有安装方便等优点。

一种快速接头
技术领域
本发明涉及电力设施技术领域,特别涉及一种快速接头。
背景技术
随着社会经济的不断发展和企业生产水平的不断提高,人们的生活中越来越离不开电力;由于电力在传输过程中是需要依靠导线进行传输的,因此供电部门在供电之前首先需要架设导线;由于在架设导线时,主导线上往往会连接分支导线,目前在将分支导线连接到主导线时,主要是将分支导线绕制在主导线上来完成连接的;由于采用这种方法,当导线在长期使用中,很容易使得分支导线与主导线产生接触不良的现象,甚至会产生从导线与主导线脱离的现象;从而造成了断电现象的发生,给用户带来了极大的麻烦,甚至会因为分支导线与主导线接触不良而产生电火花,从而会导致火灾的发生,虽然目前市面上已出现了部分导线接头,但该种导线接头往往需要通过螺栓来实现对导线的固定,存在安装麻烦的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种快速接头,该接头结构简单、实用性强,能够提高供电线路的可靠性,保证导线之间有良好的接触性,从而避免跳火花、脱离等现象的发生,同时具有安装方便等优点。
为了实现以上目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种快速接头,其特点是,包含:接头本体和与接头本体相连的卡头;
所述接头本体的若干个端部分别设有开口,且在每个所述开口的内侧壁上设有卡槽;
所述的卡头贯穿设有通孔,且所述的卡头从端部延伸至中部开设有槽口;
所述的槽口与通孔相互贯通。
所述的接头本体呈T型,使得所述的接头本体具有3个开口。
所述的开口3由外向内呈收缩状设置。
所述卡头的外侧壁上设置有可与卡槽配合扣接的凸起,所述的凸起与卡槽相适配,且所述卡头通过凸起与卡槽的配合将卡头扣接在开口内部。
所述的槽口设置有N个,且均匀分布在每个卡头的侧壁上。
所述卡头的外侧壁对应开口设置为收缩状。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、本发明的一种结构简单,实用性强,能够提高供电线路的可靠性,保证导线之间有良好的接触性,从而避免跳火花、脱离等现象的发生,同时具有安装方便等优点的快速接头。
2、正常时,本发明的接头本体和卡头处于分离状态,在使用本发明时,通过将卡头套接在剥离绝缘皮后的导线上,然后再将卡头扣接到接头本体的开口中即可,简单快捷。
3、由于开口由外向内呈收缩状设置,且卡头的侧壁对应开口同样设置为收缩状,因此在卡头插进开口时,能够对卡头中的导线进行压紧,从而实现了对导线的连接。
4、本发明有效实现了对导线的压紧,保证导线有良好的电气连接性,从而避免跳火花、脱离等现象的发生,同时本发明在对导线进行固定时,无需用到螺栓,具有安装方便的优点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,通过详细说明一个较佳的具体实施例,对本发明做进一步阐述。
如图1~3所示,一种快速接头,包含:接头本体1和与接头本体1相连的卡头2;接头本体1呈T型,该接头本体1具有3个端部, 所述接头本体1的3个端部分别设有开口11,且在每个开口11的内侧壁上设有卡槽12;卡头2贯穿设有通孔21,且所述的卡头2从端部延伸至中部开设有槽口22;槽口22与通孔21相互贯通。
上述的开口11由外向内呈收缩状设置;卡头2的外侧壁上设置有可与卡槽12配合扣接的凸起23,所述的凸起23与卡槽12相适配,且所述卡头2通过凸起23与卡槽12的配合将卡头2扣接在开口11内部。
在具体实施例中,上述的槽口22设置有4个,且均匀分布在每个卡头2的侧壁上。卡头2的外侧壁对应开口11设置为收缩状(参见图2)。
正常时,本发明的接头本体1和卡头2处于分离状态,在使用本发明时,通过将卡头2套接在剥离绝缘皮后的导线上,然后再将卡头2扣接到接头本体1的开口11中即可;由于开口11由外向内呈收缩状设置,且卡头2的外侧壁对应开口同样设置为收缩状,因此在卡头2插进开口11时,能够对卡头2中的导线进行压紧,从而实现了对导线的连接。
综上所述,本发明一种快速接头,该接头结构简单、实用性强,能够提高供电线路的可靠性,保证导线之间有良好的接触性,从而避免跳火花、脱离等现象的发生,同时具有安装方便等优点。

1.一种快速接头,其特征在于,包含:接头本体和与接头本体相连的卡头;
所述接头本体的若干个端部分别设有开口,且在每个所述开口的内侧壁上设有卡槽;
所述的卡头贯穿设有通孔,且所述的卡头从端部延伸至中部开设有槽口;
所述的槽口与通孔相互贯通。
2.如权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于,所述的接头本体呈T型,使得所述的接头本体具有3个开口。
3.如权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于,所述的开口3由外向内呈收缩状设置。
4.如权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于,所述卡头的外侧壁上设置有可与卡槽配合扣接的凸起,所述的凸起与卡槽相适配,且所述卡头通过凸起与卡槽的配合将卡头扣接在开口内部。
5.如权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于,所述的槽口设置有N个,且均匀分布在每个卡头的侧壁上。
6.如权利要求1或3所述的快速接头,其特征在于,所述卡头的外侧壁对应开口设置为收缩状。
