Abstract

一种焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅。该板栅的技术特点是,将铅及铅合金按需要的厚度轧制成铅带,采用精密切拉网工艺制成超小孔铅网,将铅及铅合金制成的汇流耳用贴片焊接工艺与超小孔铅网焊接为一体成为铅酸蓄电池板栅。该板栅大幅度减小了现有技术铅酸蓄电池板栅的孔尺寸,同时降低板栅筋条的尺寸,大幅度提高板栅的表面积,使电池的活性物质利用率大幅提高,从而大幅度提高铅酸蓄电池的比能量、充放电性能和使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及铅酸蓄电池板栅的改进和提高。
背景技术
目前,现有技术铅酸蓄电池的板栅基本采用重力铸造法、铅带连轧扩展法和铅带冲孔法生产。采用这些方法生产的铅酸蓄电池板栅的孔尺寸大,一般为6mm×8mm;板栅筋条尺寸粗,一般为1mm×1.5mm,使得现有技术板栅的表面积小,与活性物质的接触面积少;同时铅酸蓄电池现有技术板栅厚度大,一般在1.1mm以上。用现有技术板栅生产的铅酸蓄电池极板,活性物质利用率低,电池的充放电性能差、比能量低、使用寿命短,已不能满足铅酸蓄电池发展的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:采用焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网的方法生产铅酸蓄电池板栅,大幅度减小铅酸蓄电池板栅的孔尺寸,同时降低板栅的厚度和筋条的尺寸,在大幅度降低板栅重量的同时大幅度提高板栅的表面积,使活性物质利用率大幅提高,从而大幅度提高铅酸蓄电池的比能量、充放电性能和使用寿命,降低了铅酸蓄电池的生产成本。
本发明提供一种焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅,由汇流耳(1)、筋条(2)、孔长(3)、孔宽(4)、板栅宽(5)、板栅长(6)组成,其特征是:将铅金属轧成的铅带,通过切拉网工艺制成超小孔的铅酸蓄电池板栅。
所述的汇流耳用贴片焊接工艺与超小孔切拉网焊接在一起。
所述的超小孔的孔长在0.5mm—3.5mm之间。
所述的超小孔的孔宽在0.5mm—3.5mm之间。
所述的铅带厚度在0.1mm-4mm之间。
所述的板栅筋条的尺寸在0.2mm-1.8mm之间。
所述的铅酸蓄电池包括起动型、动力型、储能型、电动车辆型、船舶型、铁路型、军用型等所有类型的铅酸蓄电池。
所述的铅金属包括纯铅、铅钙合金、铅钙锡铝合金、铅锑合金、铅锶合金、铅稀土合金等各种铅及铅合金。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:将铅金属或铅合金轧制成厚度0.1mm-1.5mm的铅带,再采用数控切拉网机将铅带切拉成孔尺寸0.5mm-3.5mm×0.5mm-3.5mm的超小孔铅酸蓄电池板栅,板栅筋条的尺寸控制在0.2mm-1.8mm,使板栅的表面积比现有技术板栅提高5倍以上,用0.2mm-4mm厚度的纯铅板制成极板汇流耳,用贴片焊接工艺将其与超小孔网栅焊接在一起。
由于采用以上方案,铅酸蓄电池的充放电能力和循环寿命大幅度提高。经试验,采用本发明的铅酸蓄电池的放电能力可以达到100C以上,可以在2小时内完成100%充电,深放电循环使用寿命超过500次,是现有技术铅酸蓄电池的5倍以上。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示,本发明包括:汇流耳1、筋条2、孔长3、孔宽4、板栅宽5、板栅长6,将铅金属轧成的铅带,通过切拉网工艺制成超小孔的铅酸蓄电池板栅。
所述的汇流耳用贴片焊接工艺与超小孔切拉网焊接在一起。
所述的超小孔的孔长在0.5mm—3.5mm之间。
所述的超小孔的孔宽在0.5mm—3.5mm之间。
所述的铅带厚度在0.1mm-4mm之间。
所述的板栅筋条的尺寸在0.2mm-1.8mm之间。
所述的铅酸蓄电池包括起动型、动力型、储能型、电动车辆型、船舶型、铁路型、军用型等所有类型的铅酸蓄电池。
所述的铅金属包括纯铅、铅钙合金、铅钙锡铝合金、铅锑合金、铅锶合金、铅稀土合金等各种铅及铅合金。

下面结合图1说明本发明的实施例:
    1、按12V10Ah电动自行车铅酸蓄电池的极板尺寸,将铅合金轧制成厚度0.6mm宽度78mm的铅合金带,并把铅合金带装定在数控切拉网机上。
2、将以下数据输入数控切拉网机:筋条(2)的尺寸为0.3mm×0.6mm,孔长(3)为1.5mm,孔宽(4)为1.5mm,板栅宽(5)为44mm,板栅长(6)为78mm。
3、起动数控切拉网机,即可切拉出符合12V10Ah电动自行车铅酸蓄电池所需要的超薄的超小孔切拉网铅酸电池网栅。
4、用纯铅制成厚0.5mm宽5mm长12mm的汇流耳(1)。
5、采用贴片焊接工艺将汇流耳(1)与切拉完成的超薄超小孔切拉网栅可靠焊接在一起,即可实施本发明。

1.一种焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅,由汇流耳(1)、筋条(2)、孔长(3)、孔宽(4)、板栅宽(5)、板栅长(6)组成,其特征是:将铅金属轧成的铅带,通过切拉网工艺制成超小孔的铅酸蓄电池板栅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述的汇流耳用贴片焊接工艺与超小孔切拉网焊接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述的超小孔的孔长在0.5mm—3.5mm之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述的超小孔的孔宽在0.5mm—3.5mm之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述的铅带厚度在0.1mm-4mm之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的焊接汇流耳超小孔切拉网铅酸蓄电池板栅,其特征在于,所述的板栅筋条的尺寸在0.2mm-1.8mm之间。
