Abstract
The invention discloses an electronic fence at a construction site. The electronic fence comprises a fence rail housing, a base plate fixation device, a detection device, a control device, an alarm device and a power supply device. The detection device is used for detecting whether a non-staff person enters at a preset distance of the electronic fence at a set direction at the construction site, generating a detection signal according to a detection result, and sending the detection signal to the control device; the control device is used for generating a control signal based on the detection signal and sending the control signal to the alarm device; the alarm device is used for carrying out alarming based on the control signal; and the power supply device is used for provide a power supply for the detection device, the control device, and the alarm device. According to the disclosed electronic fence, people who want to approach the electronic fence area of the construction site and the maintenance staff working in the fence can be effectively prompted and warned, thereby realizing the good isolation and prompting effect; and thus the safety warning effect is obviously improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of safety protection of construction sites, in particular to an electronic fence for a construction site.
Background
In real life, when a worker performs a job in one job site, it is generally necessary to arrange fences around the job site. For example, in the power industry, when a power system is overhauled or tested, fences are arranged around an operation area, and the purpose of the fences is to isolate the operation area, prevent non-operators from entering the operation area and interfering normal work of the maintainers or damaging equipment; on the other hand, the operation area in the fence area may have high-voltage equipment or other equipment causing personal injury, and the non-operating personnel is warned to forbid entering.
In the prior art, a common fence mainly comprises an insulating telescopic fence and a safety belt type fence, and the working principles of the insulating telescopic fence and the safety belt type fence draw attention of others according to an isolation area and colors on the fence, so that a certain isolation and prompt effect is achieved, but the safety warning effect is general.
Therefore, how to provide warning effect for effectively improving the fence is a problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a construction site electronic fence which effectively reminds people trying to get close to a construction site electronic fence area and maintainers working in the fence, plays a good role in isolation and prompt, and obviously improves the safety warning effect.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a construction site electronic fence, which comprises a fence rod shell, a chassis fixing device, a detection device, a control device, an alarm device and a power supply device, wherein,
the detection device is used for detecting whether non-operating personnel enter the construction site electronic fence within a preset distance of a set direction, generating a detection signal according to a detection result and sending the detection signal to the control device;
the control device is used for generating a control signal according to the detection signal and sending the control signal to the alarm device;
the alarm device is used for giving an alarm according to the control signal;
and the power supply device is used for providing power for the detection device, the control device and the alarm device.
Preferably, the detection means comprises infrared transmitting means, infrared receiving means and processing means, wherein,
the infrared transmitting device is used for transmitting an infrared signal;
the infrared receiving device is used for receiving the infrared signal reflected by the non-operating personnel when the infrared signal meets the non-operating personnel;
and the processing device is used for generating a detection signal according to the reflected infrared signal and sending the detection signal to the control device.
Preferably, the control device comprises a microprocessor, a signal conditioning circuit and a peripheral circuit; wherein,
the signal conditioning circuit is used for receiving the detection signal, shaping and amplifying the detection signal, and transmitting the detection signal after shaping and amplifying to the microprocessor;
the microprocessor is used for generating a control signal according to the shaped and amplified detection signal;
and the peripheral circuit is used for sending the control signal to the alarm device.
Preferably, the alarm device comprises an audible alarm device and an alarm flash, wherein,
the sound alarm device is used for sending out sound alarm according to the control signal;
and the alarm flash lamp is used for carrying out flash alarm according to the control signal.
Preferably, the alarm means comprises audible alarm means, wherein,
and the sound alarm device is used for sending out sound alarm according to the control signal.
Preferably, the warning device comprises a warning flash, wherein,

Detailed Description
The core of the invention is to provide the construction site electronic fence, which effectively reminds people trying to get close to the construction site electronic fence area and maintainers working in the fence, plays a good role in isolation and prompt, and obviously improves the safety warning effect.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic fence in a construction site according to the present invention, the electronic fence includes:
a railing housing 11, chassis fixing means 12, detecting means 13, control means 14, alarm means 15 and power supply means 16, wherein,
the detection device 13 is used for detecting whether non-operating personnel enter the construction site electronic fence within a preset distance in the set direction, generating a detection signal according to the detection result and sending the detection signal to the control device 14;
it will be appreciated that the sensing means 13 is mounted on the upper part of the enclosure rail housing 11 and is connected to the control means 14 by a cable. Of course, the specific installation position of the detection device 13 is not particularly limited in the present invention, as the case may be.
When an operator in the electronic fence on the construction site works, the detection device 13 detects whether a non-operator enters the electronic fence area within a preset distance (which may include other areas except the electronic fence area) in a set direction, and when the non-operator enters the electronic fence area, the detection device 13 generates a detection signal and sends the detection signal to the control device 14.
The preset distance may be set manually, and may be, for example, 3m or 5m, and the specific value is determined according to the actual situation.
A control device 14 for generating a control signal according to the detection signal and sending the control signal to an alarm device 15;
the control device 14 is installed inside the enclosure rail housing 11 and is composed of a microprocessor, a signal conditioning circuit and a peripheral circuit.
An alarm device 15 for giving an alarm according to the control signal;
the alarm device 15 is connected to the control device 14 via a cable.
And the power supply device 16 is used for supplying power to the detection device 13, the control device 14 and the alarm device 15.
The power supply 16 is mounted to the lower portion of the enclosure rail housing 11, but the present invention is not limited to the specific mounting position of the power supply 16, as the case may be.
After receiving the detection signal, the control device 14 generates a control signal for controlling the alarm device 15 to alarm according to the detection signal, and sends the control signal to the alarm device 15, and the alarm device 15 gives an alarm after receiving the control signal.
The invention provides a construction site electronic fence which comprises a detection device, a control device, an alarm device and a power supply device on the basis of the prior art, wherein the detection device is used for detecting whether non-operating personnel enter the construction site electronic fence within a preset distance in a set direction, and when the non-operating personnel enter the construction site electronic fence, the control device controls the alarm device to give an alarm, so that personnel trying to approach the construction site electronic fence area and maintainers operating in the fence are effectively reminded, good isolation and prompt effects are achieved, and the safety warning effect is obviously improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, more specifically:
referring to fig. 2 and 4, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a detection device in an electronic fence of a construction site according to the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a construction site electronic fence object provided by the invention.
The detection device 13 includes:
infrared transmitting means 131, infrared receiving means 132, and processing means 133, wherein,
an infrared transmitting device 131 for transmitting an infrared signal;
an infrared receiving device 132 for receiving the infrared signal reflected by the non-operator when the infrared signal encounters the non-operator;
and a processing device 133 for generating a detection signal according to the reflected infrared signal and sending the detection signal to the control device 14.
It can be understood that the infrared transmitting device 131 sends out an infrared signal, when the infrared signal meets an obstacle, such as a non-operator, in a preset direction and within a preset distance outside the electronic fence area, the infrared signal is reflected back by the obstacle, the infrared receiving device 132 receives the reflected infrared signal and sends the reflected infrared signal to the processing device 133, and the processing device 133 generates a detection signal and sends the detection signal to the control device 14.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device in an electronic fence on a construction site according to the present invention. The control device 14 includes:
a microprocessor 142, a signal conditioning circuit 141, and peripheral circuits 143; wherein,
the signal conditioning circuit 141 is used for receiving the detection signal, shaping and amplifying the detection signal, and transmitting the shaped and amplified detection signal to the microprocessor 142;
a microprocessor 142 for generating a control signal according to the shaped and amplified detection signal;
and a peripheral circuit 143 for transmitting a control signal to the alarm device 15.
More specifically, the alarm device 15 includes an audible alarm device 15 and an alarm flash, wherein,
an acoustic alarm device 15 for emitting an acoustic alarm in accordance with the control signal;
and the alarm flash lamp is used for carrying out flash alarm according to the control signal.
It is understood that the sound alarm device 15 may include a voice chip, and the voice of the alarm is pre-recorded by the voice chip. Of course, the sound alarm device 15 may be a buzzer, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and the sound alarm device 15 capable of emitting a sound alarm is within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the alarm flash lamp can adopt a yellow luminous tube and is arranged in a yellow transparent plastic outer cover. Of course, the alarm flash lamp may be in other colors, and the invention is not particularly limited to the specific form.
When no non-operating personnel approach the electronic fence area within the preset direction distance, the alarm flash lamp flickers at the frequency of 1Hz, and when no non-operating personnel approach the electronic fence area within the preset direction distance, the light-emitting body flickers at the frequency of 5Hz, and the sound alarm device 15 gives out a sound alarm to prompt. Of course, the present invention is not limited to how to implement the present invention, and for example, the warning flash lamp may not flash when no non-operator approaches, or may flash again only when a non-operator approaches, and the specific frequency of flashing is not limited to any particular frequency, and may be set manually.
It should be noted that the alarm device 15 may only include the sound alarm device 15 or the alarm flash lamp, and the invention is not particularly limited herein as appropriate.
In particular, the power supply 16 may be a battery.
More specifically, the undercarriage fixing device 12 is a disc 121 or a vertebral body 122 or a combination of a disc 121 and a vertebral body 122.
It will be appreciated that when the undercarriage securing assembly 12 is a combination of the disc 121 and the vertebral body 122, the vertebral body 122 is free to disassemble to accommodate a variety of locations such as hard cement-covered ground or earth ground.
More specifically, the enclosure rail housing 11 and the chassis fixture 12 are a stainless steel enclosure rail housing and a stainless steel chassis fixture, respectively.
It will be appreciated that the materials of the enclosure rail housing 11 and the chassis fixing means 12 are stainless steel, which is durable and inexpensive.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic view of an application structure of a construction site electronic fence object provided by the present invention.
It is noted that the control means 14 are not shown in figure 5 because they are within the enclosure 11.

1. A construction site electronic fence is characterized by comprising a fence rod shell, a chassis fixing device, a detection device, a control device, an alarm device and a power supply device, wherein,
the detection device is used for detecting whether non-operating personnel enter the construction site electronic fence within a preset distance of a set direction, generating a detection signal according to a detection result and sending the detection signal to the control device;
the control device is used for generating a control signal according to the detection signal and sending the control signal to the alarm device;
the alarm device is used for giving an alarm according to the control signal;
and the power supply device is used for providing power for the detection device, the control device and the alarm device.
2. A job site electronic fence according to claim 1 wherein said detection means comprises infrared transmission means, infrared reception means and processing means, wherein,
the infrared transmitting device is used for transmitting an infrared signal;
the infrared receiving device is used for receiving the infrared signal reflected by the non-operating personnel when the infrared signal meets the non-operating personnel;
and the processing device is used for generating a detection signal according to the reflected infrared signal and sending the detection signal to the control device.
3. The jobsite electronics fence of claim 2, wherein the control means comprises a microprocessor, signal conditioning circuitry, and peripheral circuitry; wherein,
the signal conditioning circuit is used for receiving the detection signal, shaping and amplifying the detection signal, and transmitting the detection signal after shaping and amplifying to the microprocessor;
the microprocessor is used for generating a control signal according to the shaped and amplified detection signal;
and the peripheral circuit is used for sending the control signal to the alarm device.
4. A job site electronic fence according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said alarm means comprises an audible alarm means and an alarm flash, wherein,
the sound alarm device is used for sending out sound alarm according to the control signal;
and the alarm flash lamp is used for carrying out flash alarm according to the control signal.
5. A job site electronic fence according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said alarm means comprises an audible alarm means, wherein,
and the sound alarm device is used for sending out sound alarm according to the control signal.
6. A job site electronic fence according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said alarm means comprises an alarm flash, wherein,
and the alarm flash lamp is used for carrying out flash alarm according to the control signal.
7. A job site electronic fence according to claim 4, wherein said power supply means is embodied as a battery.
8. The construction site electronic fence according to claim 4, wherein the predetermined direction distance is 5 m.
9. A job site electronic fence according to claim 1 wherein said chassis fixture is a disk or a cone or a combination of a disk and a cone.
10. A job site electronic fence according to claim 1 wherein said enclosure rail housing and said chassis fixture are a stainless steel enclosure rail housing and a stainless steel chassis fixture, respectively.
