本发明提供一种润滑油,所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油50-55份、环氧大豆油3-5份、山梨醇2-3份、石油醚0.5-0.8份、无水乙醇0.5-0.8份、苯并三氮唑0.2-0.4份、烷基磷酸酯3-5份、聚氨酯0.8-1.2份、磷酸三甲苯脂0.5-0.8份、二异辛基二苯胺0.8-1.2份。本发明还提供其制备方法。本发明的润滑油润滑效果好,润滑油浓度均匀,摩擦系数小,价格低廉。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑油及其制备方法。
背景技术
润滑油是涂在机器轴承或者人体某个部位等运动部分表面的油状液体。有减少摩擦、避免发热、防止机器磨损以及医学用途等作用。润滑油一般由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种润滑油,本发明还提供其制备方法。
本发明提供一种润滑油,所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油50-55份、环氧大豆油3-5份、山梨醇2-3份、石油醚0.5-0.8份、无水乙醇0.5-0.8份、苯并三氮唑0.2-0.4份、烷基磷酸酯3-5份、聚氨酯0.8-1.2份、磷酸三甲苯脂0.5-0.8份、二异辛基二苯胺0.8-1.2份。
优选地,所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油52份、环氧大豆油4份、山梨醇2.5份、石油醚0.6份、无水乙醇0.6份、苯并三氮唑0.3份、烷基磷酸酯4份、聚氨酯1.1份、磷酸三甲苯脂0.6份、二异辛基二苯胺1.1份。
本发明还提供上述润滑油的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的机油、环氧大豆油、山梨醇、聚氨酯、磷酸三甲苯脂、二异辛基二苯胺混合,加热至50-55℃,搅拌30-40min;
(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10-15min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
本发明的润滑油润滑效果好,润滑油浓度均匀,摩擦系数小,价格低廉。
具体实施方式
以下的实施例便于更好地理解本发明,但并不限定本发明。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法。
实施例1
本发明的润滑油的配方如下:
机油52kg、环氧大豆油4kg、山梨醇2.5kg、石油醚0.6kg、无水乙醇0.6kg、苯并三氮唑0.3kg、烷基磷酸酯4kg、聚氨酯1.1kg、磷酸三甲苯脂0.6kg、二异辛基二苯胺1.1kg。
本发明的润滑油的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的机油、环氧大豆油、山梨醇、聚氨酯、磷酸三甲苯脂、二异辛基二苯胺混合,加热至52℃,搅拌35min;
(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌12min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例2
本发明的润滑油的配方如下:
机油50kg、环氧大豆油3kg、山梨醇2kg、石油醚0.8kg、无水乙醇0.5kg、苯并三氮唑0.2kg、烷基磷酸酯3kg、聚氨酯1.2kg、磷酸三甲苯脂0.5kg、二异辛基二苯胺1.2kg。
本发明的润滑油的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的机油、环氧大豆油、山梨醇、聚氨酯、磷酸三甲苯脂、二异辛基二苯胺混合,加热至50℃,搅拌40min;
(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌15min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
实施例3
本发明的润滑油的配方如下:
机油55kg、环氧大豆油5kg、山梨醇3kg、石油醚0.5kg、无水乙醇0.8kg、苯并三氮唑0.4kg、烷基磷酸酯5kg、聚氨酯0.8kg、磷酸三甲苯脂0.8kg、二异辛基二苯胺0.8kg。
本发明的润滑油的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的机油、环氧大豆油、山梨醇、聚氨酯、磷酸三甲苯脂、二异辛基二苯胺混合,加热至55℃,搅拌30min;
(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。

1.一种润滑油,其特征在于:所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油50-55份、环氧大豆油3-5份、山梨醇2-3份、石油醚0.5-0.8份、无水乙醇0.5-0.8份、苯并三氮唑0.2-0.4份、烷基磷酸酯3-5份、聚氨酯0.8-1.2份、磷酸三甲苯脂0.5-0.8份、二异辛基二苯胺0.8-1.2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑油,其特征在于:所述润滑油由以下质量份数的各组分组成:机油52份、环氧大豆油4份、山梨醇2.5份、石油醚0.6份、无水乙醇0.6份、苯并三氮唑0.3份、烷基磷酸酯4份、聚氨酯1.1份、磷酸三甲苯脂0.6份、二异辛基二苯胺1.1份。
3.权利要求1或2所述的润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
(1)将配方量的机油、环氧大豆油、山梨醇、聚氨酯、磷酸三甲苯脂、二异辛基二苯胺混合,加热至50-55℃,搅拌30-40min;
(2)加入配方量的其余组分,搅拌10-15min,冷却至室温,过滤即得。
