随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对产品的耐磨檫、耐溶剂、环保等性能要求也越来越高,在保证产品有优异附着力的同时,还必须要节能环保等性能,现有的油墨还不能满足这些要求,制作原料成本较高,制作工序复杂。
发明内容
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供的技术方案: 一种环保油墨, 按重量份计,包括以下重量份的原料组分:15-25份环氧树脂, 10-20 份耐磨乳液, 5-10 份消泡剂,20-30份聚乙烯醇, 2-6份太酸二辛酯。
优选的,按重量份计,还包括以下重量份的原料组分:分散剂1-2份、亚麻子油2-3份。
优选的,所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂。
本发明的有益效果是所选的原料,环氧树脂,耐磨乳液,消泡剂,聚乙烯醇,太酸二辛酯聚己内酯,使得油墨的附着力和耐磨性都大大提高,且使用中可以大幅节约油墨,使得油墨也更加环保,且生产工艺简单,成本降低。
