Abstract
本发明属于交通运输业的一种多轨道组大运量铁路系统,由(1)铺设在路基上的常规枕木6和长枕木5上安装铁轨组3和4或更多组轨道组成的多轨道组铁路,和(2)安装在多个转向架上2的大容量车厢1(一节车厢)一起组成。这种系统可以在每个轨道组上同时运行现有的列车。在运行新型多轨道组大运量列车时,消除了列车倾覆的可能性。列车牵引头牵引许多节大容量车厢组成一列运输列辆,实现大量快速低成本运输。

技术领域
本发明属于交通运输业的一种多轨道组大运量铁路系统。
背景技术
铁路系统自问世以来以其快速高效准时运量大而在各国得到了大力发展。但和海运在矿产品和原油等大宗货物及战略物资运输能力方面相比就显得运力不足而且成本高,对豪华型的旅行也没有办法和豪华游轮相比。本发明结合铁路和海运两者的优点,在铁路系统标准的基础上提出了一种多轨道组大运量铁路系的解决方案。本发明以现有的两根间距为国家标准铁路铁轨间距的铁轨为一组,称之为铁道轨道组。以轨道组为单位,由两组或两组以上组成多轨道组大运量铁路系,该系统也可以在每个轨道组上同时运行现有的列车。
发明内容
本发明由多轨道铁路路面系统和与之相配套的大型运输车厢组成。路面系统包括路基,常规枕木6,长枕木5,铁轨组3和4;一节车厢主要包括转向架2和大容量车厢1。示意图为了简洁,只绘制了两组铁轨组,实际铁轨组数量应该由国家经过计算设计规定具体的标准。
铁轨和常规枕木,转向架都可以利用现有的生产工艺,成本不会有大的增加。本发明可以兼容现有的列车运行,消除了列车因为重心问题而倾覆可能性。列车牵引头牵引许多节大容量车厢组成一列运输列辆,实现大量快速低成本运输。

图1是最简洁的由两个轨道组组成的多轨道组大运量铁路系统示意图,实示意图为了简洁只绘制了2组(3和4)轨道组,计算设计规定的标准可能更多。
具体实施方法
如示意图所示,铁路的路面处理与现在的方法一样;铁轨,枕木,转向架都可以采用现有的方法和工艺生产,但都要增加它们的承载能力以和运量相匹配。图中,可以假设国家到时候规定采用N组铁轨组,铁轨组间距为L(建议大于1.8米),现在的标准规距为B,枕木伸出铁轨的长度为S,则长枕木的长度为L*(N-1)+B*N+2S。车厢也可以由国家规定尺寸,以实现标准化。
Claims (5)
1.本发明涉及一种多轨道组大运量铁路系统,由安装在常规枕木6和长枕木5上的铁轨组3和4或更多组铁轨组组成(具体铁轨组数量由国家规定标准化)的多铁轨组路面轨道和安装在多个转向架2上的大容量车厢1(一节车厢)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大容量车厢1,假设国家规定标准化的轨道组数量为N,轨道组标准化的间距为L,目前标准化的铁轨间距为B,其特点是其宽度大于L*(N-1)+B*N,运载量为目前单一轨道组上的好多倍,国家会规定和标准化具体的尺寸和装载量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的长枕木5,其长度大于L*(N-1)+B*N,其标准化轨道组间距的作用,同时其承载能力应该与运量相配合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的常规枕木6和轨道组3和4,生产工艺和现有的一样,但应该相应 提高它们的承载能力以配合运输量的要求。
5.根据权利要求1所述的转向架2, 生产工艺和现有的一样,但应该相应地提高它们承载能力以配合运量的要求。
