Abstract

本发明是一种丝锥,特别是一种热熔钻孔攻丝挤压丝锥,包括柄部、攻丝钻头和热熔钻头,柄部、攻丝钻头和热熔钻头一体成型,热熔钻头位于前端,攻丝钻头位于中间,柄部位于末端,攻丝钻头的直径大于热熔钻头的直径,柄部的直径小于热熔钻头的直径;所述攻丝钻头为挤压丝锥。本发明把热熔钻孔和内螺纹加工两道工序合二为一,比起传统的用两支工具(热熔钻头和挤压丝锥)进行的加工,具有简单方便、定位精度高、螺纹品质好、工作效率高的优点;由于是用挤压丝锥进行无屑加工,所以螺纹型面饱满,提高了螺纹连接强度;本发明是一种性能十分优良的内螺纹加工工具,特别适用于各种黑色金属、不锈钢和有色金属如铜、铝合金的钻孔攻丝。

热熔钻孔攻丝挤压丝锥
技术领域
本发明是一种丝锥,特别是一种热熔钻孔攻丝挤压丝锥。
背景技术
在机械加工中,常常需要解决薄壁工件相互拆卸式连接的问题,薄壁工件的拆卸式连接,一般是在薄壁通孔中直接攻丝,通过螺钉实现薄壁工件的螺纹连接。由于薄壁工件壁厚不足,螺纹牙数少,造成螺纹连接的强度、自锁性和可靠性较差。为了提高螺纹连接的强度,就出现了热熔钻孔攻丝的方法,它包括分别钻孔和攻丝,即先用热熔钻头钻孔(见图1),钻孔产生高温将钻孔部位热熔变成衬套(见图2),然后再用挤压丝锥对衬套进行内螺纹加工(见图3)。这种加工模式要更换钻头和丝锥,进行两次装夹,因而加工误差大,还费工费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有热熔钻孔攻丝须进行两次装夹造成加工误差大费工费时的缺陷,发明一种一次成型的热熔钻孔攻丝挤压丝锥,热熔钻孔攻丝挤压丝锥是利用丝锥前端钻孔产生高温将钻孔部位热熔变成衬套,然后用丝锥后端对衬套进行内螺纹加工的丝锥。

本发明的积极效果如下:本发明把热熔钻孔和内螺纹加工两道工序合二为一,比起传统的用两支工具(一支热熔钻头、一支挤压丝锥)进行的加工,具有简单方便、定位精度高、螺纹品质好、工作效率高的优点;由于是用挤压丝锥进行无屑加工,所以螺纹型面饱满,提高了螺纹连接强度;是本发明是一种性能十分优良的内螺纹加工工具,特别适用于各种黑色金属、不锈钢和有色金属如铜、铝合金的钻孔攻丝。

具体实施方式
如图1所示所述热熔钻孔攻丝挤压丝锥,包括柄部1、攻丝钻头2和热熔钻头3,柄部1、攻丝钻头2和热熔钻头3一体成型,热熔钻头3位于前端,攻丝钻头2位于中间,柄部1位于末端, 攻丝钻头2的直径大于热熔钻头3的直径,柄部1的直径小于热熔钻头3的直径。
所述攻丝钻头2为挤压丝锥。挤压丝锥是对内螺纹进行无切屑加工的工具。
本发明是利用高速旋转和高轴向压力在金属材料上产生大量的摩擦热量,温度达到750°C左右,使工件4的加工部位呈现可塑性状态,并随着钻头位移形成衬套5(见图5),后端的攻丝钻头再对衬套进行攻牙,其可以作为螺母使用。由于衬套5是经过高温后位移形成的,硬度高,加工扭矩很大,一般的丝锥很容易崩刃、折断。为此,我们用耐磨耐高温的材料来制作本丝锥,并在表面涂镀耐磨材料,以增强丝锥的强度和耐磨性。螺母的内螺纹用挤压丝攻进行无屑加工,螺纹型面饱满,强度提高。本发明是一种性能十分优良的内螺纹加工工具,其广泛运用于汽车制造、轨道交通、工程机械、压力容器等等各种行业。本发明可直接在没有孔的金属上先用丝锥前端的热熔钻头钻出合适的孔,并形成衬套,然后用后端的攻丝钻头攻出内螺纹,这样一次装夹就可以做出需要的螺纹孔,非常方便。

1.一种热熔钻孔攻丝挤压丝锥,其特征在于:其包括柄部、攻丝钻头和热熔钻头,柄部、攻丝钻头和热熔钻头一体成型,热熔钻头位于前端,攻丝钻头位于中间,柄部位于末端, 攻丝钻头的直径大于热熔钻头的直径,丝杆的直径小于热熔钻头的直径。
