Further optionally, the receiving unit 301 is further configured to receive a filling instruction of a user for a target service form item.
The display unit 303 is further configured to display a preset form item content menu corresponding to the target service form item to the user according to the filling instruction.
The receiving unit 301 is further configured to receive selection information of a user for a target form item content in the form item content menu.
The presentation unit 303 is further configured to present the content of the target form item in the target service form item according to the selection information.
For example, when a user fills in a home address form, the user may touch a target service form to be filled in with a finger, that is, a filling instruction for the target service form is sent to the receiving unit 301, the displaying unit 303 may display 34 provinces and administrative districts of china to the user, if the user selects guangdong province, the displaying unit 303 continues to display 21 prefects of guangdong province to the user, if the user selects shenzhen city, the displaying unit 303 continues to display 8 districts of shenzhen city to the user, and so on, until the user completely fills in the home address form, the displaying unit 303 displays information selected by the user in the home address form. By adopting the form item input mode, the user can fill in the service form item in a click mode without using an input method for typing, so that the efficiency is improved, and the user experience is improved.
Further optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the submission unit 305 may include a content presentation sub-unit 3501 and a form item submission sub-unit 3502, where:
a content displaying subunit 3501, configured to display, to the user, the service form item in which the form item content is filled in the form item filling process after the target form item filling process is completed.
The content presentation subunit 3501 presents all the service form items in the target data filling process, in which the form item content is filled, to the user, so that the user can confirm the form item content.
A form item submitting subunit 3502, configured to, when it is detected that the user determines information for the content of the filled form item, submit the service form item filled with the form item content in the target form item filling process.
When it is detected that the user inputs content determination information for the form content displayed by the content display subunit 3501, the form submission subunit 3502 submits the service form item filled with the form content to a core system of a bank, or a printer to print out, etc.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring a corresponding target form filling process according to a target service type input by a user, displaying at least one corresponding filling interface according to the target form filling process, acquiring filled service data corresponding to a user identifier of the user when the current display interface is displayed, guiding the user to fill form content in the display interface according to corresponding service forms of filling guide information only when the filled service data corresponding to the user identifier does not contain form content of the service forms in the current filling interface, and submitting the service forms of the filled form content after the target form filling process is finished. The efficiency of filling the order is improved, and then the service handling period is shortened.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The above disclosure is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and it is therefore to be understood that the invention is not limited by the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (12)
1. A method of filling a form, comprising:
receiving a target service type and a user identification of a service to be managed, which are input by a user;
acquiring a target form filling process corresponding to the target service type according to a preset corresponding relation between the service type and the form filling process, wherein the target form filling process comprises filling steps corresponding to different information types;
sequentially displaying at least one filling interface corresponding to each filling step according to the filling flow of the target form item, wherein each filling interface in the at least one filling interface comprises no more than three service form items;
when the current filling interface is displayed, the filled service data corresponding to the user identification is obtained from a data database;
judging whether the filled service data contains the form item content of the service form item in the current filling interface, if so, filling the form item content into the corresponding service form item in the current filling interface, and if not, displaying filling guide information corresponding to the service form item to a user so that the user inputs the form item content aiming at the service form item according to the filling guide information;
if the fact that the user does not input confirmation information to the form item content in the current filling interface is detected, receiving form item content input by the user aiming at the form item content modification in the current filling interface; if the fact that the user inputs confirmation information aiming at the form item content in the current filling interface is detected, displaying a next corresponding filling interface according to the target form item filling process;
and after the target form filling process is finished, submitting the business form item filled with the form item content in the target form filling process.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and displaying the input method input interface corresponding to the currently filled service form item to the user according to the corresponding relation between the preset service form item and the input method input interface.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a filling instruction of a user for a target service form item;
displaying a preset form item content menu corresponding to the target service form item to a user according to the filling instruction;
receiving selection information of a user aiming at target form content in the form content menu;
and displaying the content of the target form item in the target service form item according to the selection information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and updating the filled service data corresponding to the user identification in the data database according to the form item content input by the user, so that the updated filled service data is called when the user identification is received again and the corresponding filling interface is displayed according to the form item filling process.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein submitting the service form item filling the form item content in the target form item filling process after the target form item filling process is finished comprises:
after the target form filling process is finished, displaying the service form item filled with the form item content in the target form filling process to a user;
and submitting the business form items filled with the form item contents in the target form item filling process when detecting that the user inputs content determination information aiming at the business form items filled with the form item contents.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the filling guide information includes filling format information and filling example information.
7. An order filling device, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the target service type and the user identification of the service to be managed, which are input by the user;
an obtaining unit, configured to obtain a target form filling process corresponding to a target service type according to a preset correspondence between a service type and the form filling process, where the target form filling process includes filling steps corresponding to different information types;
the display unit is used for sequentially displaying at least one filling interface corresponding to each filling step according to the filling flow of the target form item, wherein each filling interface in the at least one filling interface comprises no more than three service form items;
the acquiring unit is further configured to acquire filled service data corresponding to the user identifier from a data database when the current filling interface is displayed;
the judging unit is used for judging whether the filled service data contains the list item content of the service list item in the current filling interface;
the display unit is further configured to receive form content input by a user in a modification manner for the form content in the current filling interface if it is detected that the user does not input confirmation information for the form content in the current filling interface, and display a next corresponding filling interface according to the target form filling process if it is detected that the user inputs confirmation information for the form content in the current filling interface;
the display unit is further configured to, when the filled-in service data includes form content of a service form item in a current filling interface, fill the form content into a corresponding service form item in the current filling interface, and when the filled-in service data does not include form content of the service form item in the current filling interface, display filling guide information corresponding to the service form item to a user, so that the user inputs the form content for the service form item according to the filling guide information;
and the submitting unit is used for submitting the business form item filled with the form item content in the target form item filling process after the target form item filling process is finished.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the presentation unit is further configured to present, to the user, an input method input interface corresponding to the currently filled service form item according to a preset correspondence between the service form item and the input method input interface.
9. The apparatus of claim 7,
the receiving unit is further configured to receive a filling instruction of a user for a target service form item, and receive selection information of the user for a target form item content in a form item content menu;
the display unit is further configured to display a preset form item content menu corresponding to the target service form item to a user according to the filling instruction, and display the target form item content in the target service form item according to the selection information.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the updating unit is used for updating the filled service data corresponding to the user identification in the data database according to the form item content input by the user, so that the updated filled service data is called when the user identification is received again and the corresponding filling interface is displayed according to the form item filling process.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the commit unit comprises:
a content display subunit, configured to display, to the user, the service form item in which the form item content is filled in the target form item filling process after the target form item filling process is completed;
and the form item submitting subunit is used for submitting the service form items filled with the form item contents in the target form item filling process when detecting that the user inputs content determination information aiming at the service form items of the filled form item contents.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the filling guide information includes filling format information and filling example information.
