一种保温棉加工车间的改良型空调系统
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种保温棉加工车间的改良型空调系统,属于加工车间空气调节技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,分体式空调技术已经属于相当成熟的技术了,但它基本上属于制冷量不够大的家用空调;由于一般的生产车间是按照大面积,高空间的设计要求建造的,所以配套的通常是工业用大型水冷式制冷空调系统,投入大,安装复杂,能耗高。为节约能源,降低成本,目前在一些小型加工车间可以安装现有的大制冷量分体式空调,安装这种分体式空调,安装极为方便,在规定的空间安装室外机和室内机,并通过管道相连而成;但是由于工业加工车间基本上属于灰尘较多,或粉尘较多的室内空间,不仅在车间里积聚很多粉尘,而且长期使用分体式空调,会在室内机中的换热器铜管上积灰,影响换热效果,降低制冷效果,从而增加能量消耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种在现有分体式空调的基础上进行改良而成结构合理,使用安装方便,提高制冷效率,降低能耗,延长空调系统使用寿命的保温棉加工车间的改良型空调系统。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种保温棉加工车间的改良型空调系统,它包括至少一配套用于保温棉加工车间的、由室内机和室外机构成的分体式空调,所述保温棉加工车间的墙壁上分别开设有带有过滤网的进风口和出风口,所述的进风口和出风口各自相接有进风管和出风管并分接于保温棉加工车间墙壁外的集风器,集风器内安装有分体式空调的室内机和朝向进风管的通风器,且所述室内机通过管道连接着安装在保温棉加工车间外的室外机。
所述的集风器内安装由至少两台室内机,且所述室内机为拆除前盖板后外露蒸发器活冷凝器的室内主机,它们分别通过各自的管道连接着安装在保温棉加工车间外的室外机;所述的进风口和出风口相隔一定的距离,以利于室内的空气循环;所述的分体式空调集中控制,并将控制板安装在保温棉加工车间的进门边墙壁上。
本发明具有使用安装方便,提高制冷效率,降低能耗,延长空调系统使用寿命等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种保温棉加工车间的改良型空调系统,它包括至少一配套用于保温棉加工车间1的、由室内机2和室外机3构成的分体式空调,所述保温棉加工车间1的墙壁上分别开设有带有过滤网4的进风口5和出风口6,所述的进风口5和出风口6各自相接有进风管7和出风管8并分接于保温棉加工车间墙壁外的一个集风器9,集风器9内安装有分体式空调的室内机2和朝向进风管7的通风器10,且所述室内机2通过管道11连接着安装在保温棉加工车间1外的室外机3。
图中所示,本发明所述的集风器9内安装由至少两台室内机2,且所述室内机2为拆除前盖板后外露蒸发器活冷凝器的室内主机,它们分别通过各自的管道11连接着安装在保温棉加工车间1外的室外机3;所述的进风口5和出风口6相隔一定的距离,以利于室内的空气循环;所述的分体式空调集中控制,并将控制板安装在保温棉加工车间的进门边墙壁上。
本发明属于对现有技术的改良,采用现有常规的分体式空调用于工业生产车间的空气调节,因此,本说明书中未公开的技术为现有常规技术,本领域技术人员在了解本发明的内容基础上,能够方便地实施本发明。

1.一种保温棉加工车间的改良型空调系统,它包括至少一配套用于保温棉加工车间的、由室内机和室外机构成的分体式空调,其特征在于所述保温棉加工车间的墙壁上分别开设有带有过滤网的进风口和出风口,所述的进风口和出风口各自相接有进风管和出风管并分接于保温棉加工车间墙壁外的集风器,集风器内安装有分体式空调的室内机和朝向进风管的通风器,且所述室内机通过管道连接着安装在保温棉加工车间外的室外机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温棉加工车间的改良型空调系统,其特征在于所述的集风器内安装由至少两台室内机,且所述室内机为拆除前盖板后外露蒸发器活冷凝器的室内主机,它们分别通过各自的管道连接着安装在保温棉加工车间外的室外机;所述的进风口和出风口相隔一定的距离,以利于室内的空气循环;所述的分体式空调集中控制,并将控制板安装在保温棉加工车间的进门边墙壁上。
