技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于可拆卸地组装可以相似或不同的薄板元件的紧固件,该紧固件可用于薄板元件中,薄板元件构成用于运输酒瓶、运输食品如水果或蔬菜、运输奶罐等的箱子或集装箱。
背景技术
已知用于若干用途如运输水果和蔬菜的箱子和容器组件包括数个构成底部和侧壁的大体上为薄板的元件,这些薄板的元件可通过紧固件可拆卸地进行组装,该紧固件包括连接至所述底部和/或侧壁的凹槽和舌部;因此这些箱子可以包含盖子、支架、与其他类似箱子相连用于堆放箱子的连接装置等。
由于这些箱子或容器由数个可拆卸元件制成,储运或运输时仅占用大体上为平面的空间,此空间与其安装在位所需空间相比要小得多,从而将相应的成本减到最少。
例如,专利号为EP0154558的欧洲专利申请中公开的可拆卸箱子是已知的;所述申请公开了一种可拆卸箱型容器,其具有多个侧壁和基底,以及这些元件之间的可拆卸连接装置。该可拆卸连接装置包括进入凹槽内的舌部,所述舌部具有鱼叉状端部保持唇,其宽度大于相应的凹槽尺寸。
该紧固件配置的缺点在于,一旦箱子或容器被组装,当其与装满产品的其它箱子或容器堆叠进行储存和运输时,支承所有其他容器的下部各排无法承受重量或其通常被操作的方式;从而,大部分产品以整体损坏的状态到达目的地,造成损失。
此外,重复装拆操作造成磨损、变形、以及保持唇和凹槽二者内的耐受力损失,紧固变得不充分。因此,产品被运输(陆运和海运)时,大部分箱子或容器无法承受这些情况,到达目的地的产品整体损坏,同时也造成损失。
一般而言,环形紧固件不耐拆卸,因为紧固零件必须弯曲以便相互插入;这造成对其尺寸的限制,其对保证适宜的保持容量以便承受因产品重量、后续堆放及其运输引起的牵引力来说过小;此外,弯曲工序使人们不得不同时包括其他系统来保持这些零件,否则其就会因弯曲而变为拆散,并且在采用大量孔的情况下,材料结构被削弱。在其他情况下,没有保持系统设置在底部,这使大型容器的底部极易于分离。
发明内容
本发明的用于可拆卸地组装薄板元件的紧固件具有解决上述技术问题的配置,因为那些承受牵引力的部件不是通过弯曲插入的,这使得它们具有较大的尺寸,从而获得更好的保持容量且不致被削弱。
根据本发明,该紧固件至少包括舌部并至少一个凹槽,舌部具有宽头并具有位于待组装元件之一中的颈部,至少一个凹槽被设计为用于容纳位于其他待组装元件中的所述颈部,此凹槽具有的宽度介于颈部的宽度与宽头的宽度之间;所述凹槽至少具有开放侧,弹性可偏移止动件被设置在该侧。
止动件弯曲使得舌部的头部插入从而使颈部位于凹槽处,然后其返回具有将颈部保持在凹槽中之唯一功能的位置;止动件一旦置于容器中即施加与产品负载相同的牵引力。从而获得较大的耐受力,并利用用于组装材料的耐受力,避免孔数过多削弱材料结构,所获得的容器被刚性组装且在堆放和运输时完全可耐受。
理想地,止动件包括条带,其具有与相应凹槽的每个开放侧邻接的弹性可偏移自由端,而另一端直接或间接地连接到凹槽所在的薄板元件。
这种紧固可用于塑料、木材、木材衍生产品如木纤维板、胶合板、硬纸板等。甚至用于钢等金属制成的具有较大耐受力的组装连接件,不必采用焊接或铆接。
这种紧固件对于提供可靠一致的组装而言是令人满意的;但是,在与盖子的开口的连接及其装拆方面存在一定限制。的确,所提出的紧固件配置不可以用于容器的盖子,因为这会使得几乎无法拆卸盖子进而利用箱内产品。
同样,不存在真正解决这一问题的公知紧固系统,这使得这些容器的盖子或者非常易于打开从而无法保证内部的东西不被操作,或者需要具有附加元件如钉子、肘钉、粘合剂等以便同时保证运输过程中产品本身施加在盖子上的、针对盖子的适当耐受力。这些附加元件使开启变得困难并使容器和/或盖子无法再使用。
此外,采用由不同于容器的材料制成的其他元件以保证适当的闭合使回收利用变得复杂化。因此,也因其难以使用,通常不使用这些附加元件。这使得用于这些容器的盖子的闭合或紧固系统无法保证产品未进行检测的情况下尚未被不当操作。
有鉴于此,还公开了一种改进型紧固件,其中条带另外具有由削弱线界定的可撕开端部扇区,其尺寸允许舌部的拔出运动但其削弱线提供了比组装紧固件时弯曲条带所需的力更高的机械耐受力。
这意味着必须折断可撕开扇区断裂以开启盖子,从而检测其任何不当开启。为了在安装盖子时组装该紧固件,盖子无需断裂其可撕开端部扇区即可弯曲,因为尚未超过削弱线的机械强度。为了开启盖子,必须施加折断此端部扇区所需的力,使舌部被置成自由态以便将其颈部从凹槽拆除,同时其通过可撕开扇区分离时生成的孔拔出。
同样,改进型紧固件包括在舌部所在的薄板元件中设置切口,具体地邻接其被分离的点,使其在结合和脱开紧固件时侧向弯曲。从而,这部分紧固件必要时可多次使用。此外,当容器已到达其目的地时,一旦密封破裂,盖子可自由安置和拔出;从而使产品得到保护,尽管由条带的可撕开扇区获得的密封破裂检测功能不再使用。

本发明的紧固件4可用于可拆卸地组装薄板元件,例如,如图所示的箱子1的底部2和侧壁3,其也可具有盖子12,用于堆放的支架或底座,等等。
根据本发明,紧固件至少包括舌部6并至少包括凹槽5,舌部6具有界定了位于待组装元件之一中的颈部6b的宽头6a,凹槽5被设计为用于容纳位于其他待组装元件中的所述颈部6b,凹槽5具有的宽度介于颈部6b的宽度与宽头6a的宽度之间,凹槽5至少具有弹性可偏移止动件8所在的开放侧7。理想地,凹槽5包括与开放侧7相对的闭合侧7a,如图3至图5所示,尽管如此,也可以设置两个相对的开放侧7,这种变型未示于图中。

另一方面,止动件8和/或舌部6可以在形成待组装箱子1的底部2和/或侧壁3的整体形态的板或薄板元件中由冲裁产生。这些薄板元件优选地由各种材料如塑料、木材、木材衍生产品如木纤维板、胶合板、硬纸板等制成。甚至用金属如钢制成,从而不必采用焊接、铆接等。
