本发明公开了一种甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,包括甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统,通过甲醇水重整制氢发电,避免搭载危险的高压氢气,转而搭载安全的甲醇水,并且同等质量情况下,可以搭载更多的氢气,解决了现有技术高压储氢既危险储氢又不多的问题,主要应用在电动汽车领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料电池电动汽车领域,尤其涉及一种甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车。
背景技术
目前的燃料电池电动汽车,主要是由储氢罐提供氢气,储氢罐的压力通常要做到70MPa以上,压力越高,加注过程能量损失越大,泄漏危险也越大,并且在如此高压力下,储氢质量密度也很难超过6.5wt%,6.5wt%的储氢质量密度,是本领域公认的氢燃料电池能够大规模应用的必要条件。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,该甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,通过甲醇水重整制氢提供氢气,无需高压储存,甲醇水储氢质量密度也可以轻松超过6.5wt%。
本发明为解决其技术问题而采取的技术方案是:一种甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,包括驱动电机、甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统为所述驱动电机提供电能,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统还包括甲醇水储存箱、重整制氢器、燃料电池,所述甲醇水储存箱连接所述重整制氢器,所述重整制氢器连接所述燃料电池。
进一步的,所述燃料电池为反应温度为125°C至170°C高温质子交换膜燃料电池,所述重整制氢器与所述燃料电池之间不设置氢气提纯装置。
进一步的,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车还包括蓄电池,所述蓄电池与所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统共同为所述驱动电机提供电能。
进一步的,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车还包括配电箱,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统、蓄电池与所述配电箱连接。
进一步的,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车还包括电机控制器,所述配电箱与所述电机控制器连接,所述电机控制器再与所述驱动电机连接。
本技术方案的工作原理是,甲醇水储存在所述甲醇水储存箱中,经所述重整制氢器产生富氢气体,富氢气体进入所述燃料电池发电,生成电能供所述驱动电机使用,进而驱动汽车行驶,由于甲醇水在常温常压为液态,可以常温常压储存,没有高压泄漏危险,并且储氢质量密度较高,以甲醇与水体积比为6/4为例,所配甲醇水储氢质量密度可以达到12wt%。
本发明的有益效果是:所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,避免搭载危险的高压氢气,转而搭载安全的甲醇水,并且同等质量情况下,可以搭载更多的氢气。

图1所示实施例中,甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统10包括甲醇水储存箱11、重整制氢器12、燃料电池13,甲醇水储存箱11与重整制氢器12连接,重整制氢器12与燃料电池13连接;甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统10、蓄电池20与配电箱30连接,配电箱30与电机控制器40连接,电机控制器40与驱动电机50连接。
本发明实施例中,燃料电池13为反应温度为125°C至170°C高温质子交换膜燃料电池,重整制氢器12与燃料电池13之间不设置氢气提纯装置。
本发明实施例中,甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统10与蓄电池20通过配电箱30共同为驱动电机50提供电能,也可以向蓄电池20充电。
本发明实施例的工作原理是,甲醇水储存在甲醇水储存箱11中,经重整制氢器12产生富氢气体,富氢气体进入燃料电池13发电,前述部件组成甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统10,甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统10与蓄电池20通过配电箱30连接,共同向电机控制器40、驱动电机50提供电能,进而驱动汽车行驶,甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统10也可向蓄电池20充电;由于甲醇水在常温常压为液态,可以常温常压储存,没有高压泄漏危险,并且储氢质量密度较高,以甲醇与水体积比为6/4为例,所配甲醇水储氢质量密度可以达到12wt%。

1.一种甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,其特征在于:包括驱动电机、甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统为所述驱动电机提供电能,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统还包括甲醇水储存箱、重整制氢器、燃料电池,所述甲醇水储存箱连接所述重整制氢器,所述重整制氢器连接所述燃料电池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,其特征在于:所述燃料电池为反应温度为125°C至170°C高温质子交换膜燃料电池,所述重整制氢器与所述燃料电池之间不设置氢气提纯装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,其特征在于:所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车还包括蓄电池,所述蓄电池与所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统共同为所述驱动电机提供电能。
4.根据权利要求1所述的甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车,其特征在于:所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池电动汽车还包括配电箱,所述甲醇水重整制氢燃料电池发电系统、蓄电池与所述配电箱连接。
