一种带剖刀的搅拌机料斗，属于建筑机械领域。
背景技术
现在建筑工地上用的混凝土搅拌机，大都是爬斗和转斗式两种搅拌机，而工地上广泛使用的又大多是袋装水泥，水泥的拆包剖袋要用人工来完成，影响了工作效率。
发明内容
本申请的目的是要提供一种带剖刀的搅拌机料斗，它能够利用水泥的重力冲击完成剖包作业，料斗的剖刀安装在料斗上，剖刀由刀架、刀刃、锯齿组成。刀架的形状为十字型，刀架的三端固定在料斗的上口框架的中部（上料的一端较短，以免影响上料），刀架和料斗的上口在同一平面上。在刀架上设有刀刃，刀刃的形状为十字形，刀刃和刀架相连成一体，剖刀的刀刃向上，刀刃高出料斗的上口平面。在刀刃上设有锯齿，锯齿的顶尖为锋利的锥状体，以便于刺破水泥袋。同一刀刃上的锯齿的倾斜方向一致，以便于拿下水泥的空袋。在料斗的底部外侧平面上安装振动器，振动器选用板式电动振动器，振动器的振动板和料斗的底部相连成一体，开启振动器能够使积存在料斗上的材料产生脱落，以此达到防粘的目的。
需要放入袋装水泥时，由人工将整袋水泥抛向剖刀的中部刀刃上，水泥袋在重力的冲击下破裂成十字形刀口（以前都是用铁锨剖开），水泥自行从刀口处流落在料斗内，残留的空袋在剖刀上由人工捡拾抖净后回收。
实践证明，带剖刀的料斗，增加了剖袋功能，使料斗的设计更加功能齐全，实用简便。

如图1、2所示，一种带剖刀的（转斗式）搅拌机料斗，它能够利用水泥的重力冲击完成剖包作业，料斗的剖刀安装在料斗1上，剖刀由刀架2、刀刃3、锯齿4组成。刀架2的形状为十字型，刀架2的三端固定在料斗1的上口框架的中部，刀架2和料斗1的上口在同一平面上。在刀架2上设有刀刃3，刀刃3的形状为十字形，刀刃3和刀架2相连成一体，剖刀的刀刃3向上，刀刃3高出料斗1的上口平面。在刀刃3上设有锯齿4，锯齿4的顶尖为锋利的锥状体，以便于刺破水泥袋。同一刀刃3上的锯齿4的倾斜方向一致，以便于拿下水泥的空袋。在料斗1的底部外侧平面上安装振动器5，振动器5选用板式电动振动器，振动器5的振动板和料斗1的底部相连成一体，开启振动器5能够使积存在料斗1上的材料产生脱落，以此达到防粘的目的。

1. 一种带剖刀的搅拌机料斗，它能够利用水泥的重力冲击完成剖包作业，特征是：料斗的剖刀安装在料斗（1）上，剖刀由刀架（2）、刀刃（3）、锯齿（4）组成；刀架（2）的形状为十字型，刀架（2）的三端固定在料斗（1）的上口框架的中部，刀架（2）和料斗（1）的上口在同一平面上；在刀架（2）上设有刀刃（3），刀刃（3）的形状为十字形，刀刃（3）和刀架（2）相连成一体，剖刀的刀刃（3）向上，刀刃（3）高出料斗（1）的上口平面；在刀刃（3）上设有锯齿（4），锯齿（4）的顶尖为锋利的锥状体，以便于刺破水泥袋；同一刀刃（3）上的锯齿（4）的倾斜方向一致，以便于拿下水泥的空袋；在料斗（1）的底部外侧平面上安装振动器（5），振动器（5）选用板式电动振动器，振动器（5）的振动板和料斗（1）的底部相连成一体，开启振动器（5）能够使积存在料斗（1）上的材料产生脱落，以此达到防粘的目的。
