Fig. 12 to 19 show various embodiments of the multi-hook type hook part and body part connecting manner of the fixed hook device, the hook part 11 of the fixed hook device can be set to be in a multi-hook 21 shape of more than 2 hooks, the multi-hooks 21 can be arranged in a straight line or arc shape, and a threaded hole connected with the body part 8 of the fixed hook device is arranged above the hook part 11 in the axial direction or the transverse direction for fixing by the fixed hook nut 10. The upper part of the hook part 11 of the multi-hook 21 fixed hook device can be arranged to be connected with the body part 8 in the same form as the hook part 11 of the single-hook fixed hook device, the radian of the hook part 11 can be arranged to be various radians suitable for skin traction, and crosspieces can be arranged between the hooks, so that the use of suturing and fixing the skin when the skin is pulled is facilitated. Only the main points of difference of the different embodiments are explained below.
Fig. 12 shows a multi-hook 21 fastening hook device connecting member, body connecting type I structure, with the fastening hook device connecting member 17 provided transversely to the body 8.
Fig. 13 shows a type II construction of a multi-hook 21 fixed hook device attachment member, body attachment, with the fixed hook device attachment member 17 axially disposed in the body 8.
Fig. 14 shows a type III construction of a connecting member and body connecting form of a multi-hook 21 fixed hook device, wherein the fixed hook body 8 is provided with an axial long hole for connecting the threaded rod 1.
Fig. 15 shows a hook portion and body portion IV type structure of the multi-hook 21 fixed hook device, in which the fixed hook body portion 8 and the hook portion 11 are formed integrally, and the fixed hook body portion 8 is provided with an axially elongated hole.
Fig. 16 shows a V-shaped hook and body structure of a multi-hook 21 fixed hook device, wherein the hook 21 is a split single hook, and the fixed hook body 8 is provided with an axial long hole.
Fig. 17 shows a VI-shaped hook portion and body portion structure of a multi-hook 21 fixed hook device, wherein the hook portion 21 is a split single hook, a transverse groove is formed in the lower portion of the fixed hook portion 8, a groove cover plate 42 covers the groove, a fixing screw 43 fixes the groove cover plate 42, and an axial long hole is formed in the upper portion of the fixed hook portion 8.
Fig. 18 is a VII-type structure of hook part and body part of a multi-hook 21 fixed hook device, wherein the hook part 21 is a split single hook, the lower part of the fixed hook body 8 is provided with a transverse groove, a groove cover plate 42 covers the groove, a fixing screw 43 fixes the groove cover plate 42, and the upper part of the fixed hook body 8 is provided with a single round hole.
Fig. 19 shows a hook portion and body portion VIII type structure of a multi-hook 21 fixed hook device, wherein the hook portion 21 is a split type single hook, a transverse groove is arranged at the lower portion of the fixed hook body portion 8, a groove cover plate 42 covers the groove, a fixing screw 43 fixes the groove cover plate 42, and 2 round holes are transversely arranged at the upper portion of the fixed hook body portion 8.
Fig. 20 to 22 show three common bar clamp configurations which can be used to connect two adjacent threaded bars 1. The common rod clips can be designed into I-type rod clips, II-type rod clips, III-type rod clips and other forms.
Fig. 20 shows a rod clamp I-shaped structure, which is composed of a clamp head a22, a clamp head B24 and a fixing nut 23, wherein the head ends of the clamp head a22 and the clamp head B24 are hollow cylinders, circular holes are matched with a sliding sleeve 5 and a threaded rod 1, the tail end of the clamp head a22 is a cylindrical threaded rod, the fixing nut 23 is radially arranged and used for fixing the tail end of the clamp head a22, the tail end of the clamp head B24 is a hollow cylinder pipe, and the inner wall of the clamp head is provided with threads and is in threaded connection with the threaded rod at the tail end.
Fig. 21 shows a rod clamp II-shaped structure, which is composed of a clamp block a26, a clamp block a27, and a fastening screw 25, wherein one end of the arc surfaces of the clamp block a26 and the clamp block a27 are provided with clamp block circular holes corresponding to the sliding sleeve 5 and the threaded rod 1, the other end of the arc surfaces of the clamp block a27 is provided with clamp block circular holes corresponding to the fastening screw 25, the two holes are perpendicular, and the other end of the clamp block a27 corresponding to the clamp block a is in threaded connection with the head end of the fastening screw 25. The surface of the clamping block A30 corresponding to the head end of the fastening screw 28 is provided with a groove corresponding to the washer 29 and the tail end of the fastening screw 28.
Fig. 22 is a rod clamp type III structure, which is composed of a clamp block a30, a clamp block a31, a fastening screw 28 and a washer 29, wherein one end of the arc surface of the clamp block a30 and the clamp block a31 are respectively provided with a clamp block circular hole corresponding to the sliding sleeve 5 and the threaded rod 1, the corresponding other ends are separated by about 2mm clearance, a clamp block circular hole corresponding to the fastening screw 28 is provided, the two holes are vertical, the other end corresponding to the clamp block a31 is in threaded connection with the head end of the fastening screw 28, and the corresponding surface of the clamp block a30 and the head end of the fastening screw 28 is provided with a groove corresponding to the tail end of the washer 29 and the fastening screw 28.
Fig. 23 to 25 show a common embodiment of a pulling steel needle, which may be a steel wire 32 with a needle, or a cable 33, a cylindrical steel needle 34.
FIG. 23 shows a structure of a steel wire with a needle, a needle-like head and a cylindrical tail.
Fig. 24 shows a cable structure, cylindrical, consisting of a plurality of steel or titanium wires or other filamentary material.
FIG. 25 shows a drawing steel needle structure, which is a cylindrical steel needle with a pointed tip.
Fig. 26-29 illustrate various embodiments of a skin stretching system for a flexible skin expander using a plurality of hook bar anchoring system type I structures as described above.
Fig. 26 is an elastic skin expander skin stretching system type I structure, the skin stretching system is composed of 1 adjusting component in the hook rod fixing system and 2 fixing hook devices in the hook rod fixing system, wherein the 2 fixing hook devices are directly arranged at the lower part of the threaded rod of the adjusting component of the hook rod fixing system.
Fig. 27 is a type II structure of an elastic skin expander skin stretching system, which consists of 2 hook rod fixing systems and 1 rod clamp, and the rod clamp is respectively connected with the threaded rods of the 2 hook rod fixing systems in a sliding manner.
Fig. 28 is a type III structure of the elastic skin expander skin stretching system, which is composed of 1 adjusting component in the hook rod fixing system, 2 fixing hook devices in the hook rod fixing system, and 1 scissor type stretching arm, and the scissor type stretching arm is arranged between the sliding sleeve 5 and the fixing nut 6. The stretching arm is divided into a solid arm 35 and a hollow arm 36, the solid arm 35 is in a long strip shape, the upper part of the stretching arm is provided with a flat wide head, the upper end of the stretching arm is provided with a fixed hook device connecting component 17, the fixed hook device is divided into a hole part and a screw rod part, the hole part is in sliding connection with the screw rod, the screw rod part is in threaded connection with the solid arm 35, the lower part of the stretching arm is in a screw rod shape, and a fixed; the hollow arm 36 is long and is provided with a hollow groove, the hollow groove is in sliding fit with the solid arm 35, the upper end of the hollow groove is provided with a fixed hook device connecting component 17, the hole part is in sliding connection with the threaded rod 1, the threaded rod part is in threaded connection with the hollow arm 36, the lower part of the hollow arm is in a threaded rod shape, and a fixed nut 38 and a fixed hook device are arranged on the lower part of the threaded rod part; the solid arm 35 and the hollow arm 36 are each provided with a central hole at their central portions, and the solid arm 35 and the hollow arm 36 are connected by a central shaft 37.
Fig. 29 is an elastic skin expander skin stretching system IV-type structure, which is composed of 1 adjusting component in the hook rod fixing system, 2 fixing hook devices in the hook rod fixing system, and 1 door-type stretching arm, the door-type stretching arm is arranged between the sliding sleeve 5 and the fixing nut 6 of the hook rod fixing system adjusting component, the stretching arm is divided into a solid arm 41 and a hollow arm 40, the solid arm 41 and the hollow arm 40 are both long, the upper part of the hollow arm 40 is provided with a hollow groove, the hollow groove is in sliding fit with the solid arm 41, the upper parts of the solid arm 41 and the hollow arm 40 are respectively provided with an axial hole, the solid arm 41 and the hollow arm 40 are connected by a top shaft 39, the middle part of the solid arm is respectively provided with a fixing hook device connecting member 17, the lower part of the hollow arm is provided with a screw rod shape, and the fixing nut 38 and the fixing hook.
Fig. 30 to 36 show various embodiments of the elastic skin expander composed of the skin stretching system, any one of the single hook type skin traction systems can be combined with a traction steel needle and a rod clip to form different types of elastic skin expanders, and any one of the skin traction systems can also be combined with a multi-hook type fixed hook device to form different types of elastic skin expanders. The single-hook elastic skin dilator is matched with the traction steel needle for use, and the multi-hook elastic skin dilator can be directly applied to the skin to be dragged of a patient.
Fig. 30 shows the elastic skin expander type I structure, which is composed of 3 skin stretching system type I structures and 2 traction steel needles 34.
Fig. 31 is a type II structure of the elastic skin expander, which is composed of 2 type I structures of skin stretching systems, 2 traction steel needles 34, and 2 type III rod clamps.
Fig. 32 shows a flexible skin expander type III structure consisting of 3 skin stretching system type II structures and 2 traction steel needles 34.
Fig. 33 is an elastic skin expander type IV structure consisting of 3 skin stretching system type III structures and 2 traction steel needles 34.
Fig. 34 is a V-shaped structure of the elastic skin dilator, which is composed of 3 IV-shaped structures of the skin stretching system and 2 traction steel needles 34.
Fig. 35 is a VI-type structure of the elastic skin expander, which is composed of 2 II-type structures of the skin stretching system and 2 multi-hooks 21, wherein the hook part and the body part of the multi-hook 21 fixing hook device are VII-type structures.
Fig. 36 is a VII-type structure of the elastic skin dilator, which is composed of 1I-type structure of the skin stretching system and 2 multi-hooks 21, wherein the multi-hooks 21 are used for fixing hook devices, and the hook parts and the body parts are VIII-type structures.
As described above, although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many modifications are possible without substantially departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, such modifications are also all included in the scope of protection of the present invention.
Claims (17)
1. A hook rod fixing system of an elastic skin expander for clinical application in orthopedics and orthopedics department comprises an adjusting component and a fixing hook device, wherein,
the adjustment assembly includes: the device comprises a threaded rod (1), a fixed wheel nut (2), a pressure regulating component, a pressure regulating spring (4), a sliding sleeve (5) and a fixed nut (6); wherein,
the main body part of the threaded rod (1) is in a cylindrical rod shape and is provided with an external thread, and the fixed wheel nut (2), the pressure regulating member, the pressure regulating spring (4), the sliding sleeve (5) and the fixing nut (6) are sequentially arranged on the threaded rod (1) from top to bottom;
the fixed wheel nut (2) is in threaded connection with the threaded rod (1) and is used for fixing the pressure regulating member;
the pressure regulating spring (4) is sleeved on the threaded rod (1), the upper end of the pressure regulating spring (4) is abutted against the pressure regulating component, and the lower end of the pressure regulating spring (4) is abutted against the upper end face of the sliding sleeve (5);
the sliding sleeve (5) is a cylindrical hollow sleeve, a pressure scale meter consistent with the pressure of the pressure regulating spring (4) is arranged on the outer wall of the sliding sleeve (5), the threaded rod (1) axially penetrates through the sliding sleeve, and the sliding sleeve (5) is in sliding connection with the threaded rod (1);
the pressure applied to the pressure regulating spring (4) by the pressure regulating member is read by a pressure scale meter of the sliding sleeve (5) through the matching of the pressure regulating member, the pressure regulating spring (4) and the sliding sleeve (5);
the fixed nut (6) is arranged at the tail end of the threaded rod (1);
the fixed hook device is arranged between the sliding sleeve (5) and the fixed nut (6), and comprises a body part (8) and a hook part (11), wherein the body part (8) and the hook part (11) are in threaded connection, fastening connection, ball-and-socket connection or integrated molding.
2. The hook stem fastening system of claim 1, wherein: the pressure regulating wheel (3) with the pressure regulating component integrated is divided into a nut part and a sleeve part, the nut part is in threaded connection with the threaded rod (1), and the inner wall of the sleeve part is in sliding connection with the pressure regulating spring (4) and the outer wall of the upper part of the sliding sleeve (5); pressure regulating spring (4) are located pressure regulating wheel (3) sleeve portion, and pressure regulating spring (4) upper end butt pressure regulating wheel (3) nut portion down terminal surface, are in under the natural state when pressure regulating spring (4), and the initial scale on slip sleeve (5) pressure scale is instructed to pressure regulating wheel (3) sleeve portion lower extreme reason.
3. The hook stem fastening system of claim 1, wherein: the pressure regulating component comprises a nut type pressure regulating wheel (3) and a pressure scale needle (12) arranged below the pressure regulating wheel (3); the pressure scale needle (12) is divided into a bottom part and a needle part, the bottom part is a cylindrical hollow sleeve and is positioned between the pressure regulating wheel (3) and the pressure regulating spring (4), the upper end of the pressure regulating spring (4) is abutted against the lower end face of the bottom part of the pressure scale needle (12), and the needle part of the pressure scale needle (12) is positioned outside the outer walls of the upper parts of the pressure regulating spring (4) and the sliding sleeve (5); when the pressure regulating spring (4) is in a natural state, the lower end edge of the needle part of the pressure scale needle (12) indicates the initial scale on the pressure scale of the sliding sleeve (5).
4. The hook stem fastening system of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: a connecting component (17) is arranged on the body part (8) of the fixed hook device, and the connecting component (17) is divided into a hole part and a screw rod part; wherein, the screw part of the connecting component (17) is connected with the body part (8) by screw thread and is fixed by a fixing screw (16) vertical to the screw part, and the hole part of the connecting component (17) is directly connected with the screw rod (1) in a sliding way or connected with a traction arm connected with the screw rod (1) in a sliding way.
5. The hook stem fastening system of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: an axial long hole is formed in a body part (8) of the fixed hook device, a fixing screw (7) is arranged at the upper end of the body part (8), and the threaded rod (1) or a traction arm connected with the threaded rod (1) penetrates through the axial long hole in a sliding mode.
6. The hook stem fastening system of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: the body part (8) of the fixed hook device is transversely provided with 1 round hole or 2 round holes, and the threaded rod (1) or a traction arm connected with the threaded rod (1) is slidably arranged in the round holes in a penetrating way.
7. The hook stem fastening system of claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein: a ball socket is arranged above a body part (8) of the fixed hook device and connected with a universal ball rod (19) through a connecting screw sleeve (20), a connecting sleeve (18) is arranged above the universal ball rod (19) and in threaded connection with the upper part of the universal ball rod (19), and the connecting sleeve (18) is radially provided with a connecting hole which is in sliding connection with the threaded rod (1) or a traction arm connected with the threaded rod (1).
8. The hook stem fastening system of claim 4 or 5 or 6 or 7, wherein: the hook part (11) of the fixed hook device is a single hook, and a needle fixing nut (10) or a needle fixing screw (14) is arranged above the hook part (11) to clamp and pull the steel needle (34) in a matching manner.
9. The hook stem fastening system of claim 4 or 5 or 6 or 7, wherein: the hook part (11) of the fixed hook device is a multi-hook (21) with more than 2 hooks, and the multi-hook (21) is an integrated or split type single hook.
10. The hook stem fastening system of claim 9, wherein: the multiple hooks (21) of the hook part (11) are arranged in a straight line or arc shape.
11. A skin retraction system for a flexible skin expander, comprising: the skin traction system consists of 2 hook bar fixing systems according to any of claims 1 to 10 and 1 bar clamp slidably connected to the threaded rods (1) of the 2 hook bar fixing systems, respectively.
12. A skin retraction system for a flexible skin expander, comprising: the skin traction system consists of 1 adjusting member of the hook stem fastening system according to any one of claims 1 to 10 and 2 fixed hook devices of the hook stem fastening system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the 2 fixed hook devices are directly arranged on the lower part of the threaded rod (1) of the adjusting member of the hook stem fastening system.
13. A skin retraction system for a flexible skin expander, comprising: the skin traction system consists of 1 adjusting component in the hook rod fixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, 2 fixing hook devices in the hook rod fixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, and 1 scissor type stretching arm,
the scissor type stretching arm is arranged between a sliding sleeve (5) and a fixing nut (6) of the hook rod fixing system adjusting assembly and is divided into a solid arm (35) and a hollow arm (36), a shaft center hole is formed in the middle of each of the solid arm (35) and the hollow arm (36), the solid arm (35) and the hollow arm (36) are connected through the central shaft (37), a hollow groove is formed in the hollow arm (36), and the hollow groove is in sliding fit with the solid arm (35); the upper ends of the solid arm (35) and the hollow arm (36) are respectively connected with a threaded rod (1) in the hook rod fixing system adjusting assembly in a sliding mode through connecting components, and the lower ends of the solid arm (35) and the hollow arm (36) are respectively provided with 1 fixing hook device.
14. A skin retraction system for a flexible skin expander, comprising: the skin traction system consists of 1 adjusting component in the hook rod fixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, 2 fixed hook devices in the hook rod fixing system according to any one of claims 1 to 10, and 1 portal traction arm,
the gate type traction arm is arranged between a sliding sleeve (5) and a fixing nut (6) of the hook rod fixing system adjusting assembly, the gate type traction arm is divided into a solid arm (41) and a hollow arm (40), an axle center hole is formed in the upper ends of the solid arm (41) and the hollow arm (40), the solid arm (41) and the hollow arm (40) are connected through a jacking shaft (39), a hollow groove is formed in the hollow arm (40), the hollow groove is in sliding fit with the solid arm (41), the middle portions of the solid arm (35) and the hollow arm (36) are in sliding connection with a threaded rod (1) in the hook rod fixing system adjusting assembly through a connecting component, and 1 fixing hook device is arranged at the lower end of each of the solid arm (35) and the hollow arm (36).
15. An elastic skin expander, characterized by: the elastic skin expander consists of 2 or more than 2 single-hook skin traction systems in the skin traction system as in any one of claims 11-14, and a traction steel needle.
16. An elastic skin expander, characterized by: the elastic skin expander consists of 1 or more than 1 multi-hook skin traction system as in any one of claims 11-14.
17. The elastic skin expander of claim 14, wherein: the traction steel needle is one or combination of a cylindrical steel needle, a steel wire with a needle or a cable.
