Abstract
The invention relates to a telescopic bone defect repair external fixation device, which comprises 4 telescopic annular braces and universal spicule devices, wherein the 4 telescopic annular braces are arranged at intervals up and down and are connected into a whole through a plurality of connecting rods, and each telescopic annular brace is provided with at least two universal spicule devices; the telescopic annular support comprises a first half ring and a second half ring, and the end parts of the first half ring and the second half ring are connected through a sliding opening arm; the universal spicule device comprises a fixing needle and a universal fixing nut, the universal fixing nut is installed on the telescopic annular brace, and the fixing needle is installed on the universal fixing nut. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the telescopic bone defect repair external fixation device disclosed by the invention comprises 4 telescopic annular braces and a universal spicule device, wherein the 4 telescopic annular braces are connected into a whole through a plurality of connecting rods 6, preferably, four connecting rods 6 are provided, and the interval distance between two adjacent connecting rods 6 is equivalent. 4 scalable annular brace upper and lower, interval setting, two of them scalable annular braces are distal end ring, and another two are near end ring. Connecting rod 6 is the threaded rod, has the through-hole 5 with connecting rod 6 adaptation on the scalable annular brace, and through-hole 5 is the screw. The connecting rod 6 is locked and fixed with the telescopic annular brace through the upper locking nut 4 and the lower locking nut 4. The diameter of the fixing pin 7 is 2 mm. The lock nut 4 is provided with a washer and a wrench. Before operation, the size of the telescopic annular brace is adjusted according to the size of the limb diameter of a patient, a gap with the width of 2 fingers is reserved between the retaining ring and the affected limb, and a nut is screwed down to keep the horizontal plane of the telescopic annular brace fixed; then, cross fixing pins are driven into the bone surface perpendicularly, and the fixing pins are fixed on the universal nut.
