本发明涉及医疗器械领域,特别是一种握笔钳。
背景技术
医用领域内使用到各式各样的钳子、剪刀等手术用工具,需要这些设备不仅卫生,而且使用极其方便,为手术节省时间。现有钳子包括相互交叉的金属部件,相互交叉的金属部件通过一贯通轴连接,而且相互交叉的金属部件的开合方式为V字形后开口式,但是在做一些无损伤的夹持时,使用起来不够灵活,造成操作不便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种开合方式为V字形前开口式的握笔钳,操作更加灵活。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的握笔钳,它包括上钳头、下钳头和钳杆,所述上钳头和下钳头通过第一销轴与钳杆的前端轴接,钳杆内设有拉杆,拉杆的前端通过第一连接片与上钳头和下钳头的末端轴接,拉杆的末端设有上弹性手把和下弹性手把,上弹性手把和下弹性手把的末端与拉杆的末端固定连接,上弹性手把和下弹性手把的前端通过第二连接片与拉杆轴接,常态下上弹性手把和下弹性手把的前端相互分开。上弹性手把和下弹性手把采用V字形前开口式,通过握笔的三个手指,即可轻松操作器械,大大提高了无损伤夹持的操作灵活性。
作为优选,所述钳杆的长度短于拉杆的长度,钳杆的末端螺纹连接有钳杆座,钳杆座的末端与拉杆激光焊接。提高整体的牢固度,增强整体的强度。
作为优选,所述上弹性手把和下弹性手把上设有柔性握把。提高操作者的操作舒适度,不容易产生疲劳。
作为优选,所述的钳杆座上设置有冲洗口,冲洗口与钳杆的内腔相连通。根据需要,进行伤口的清洗。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
如图1-2示,本实施例提供的握笔钳,它包括上钳头1、下钳头2和钳杆3,所述上钳头1和下钳头2通过第一销轴4与钳杆3的前端轴接,钳杆3内设有拉杆5,拉杆5的前端通过第一连接片6与上钳头1和下钳头2的末端轴接,拉杆5的末端设有上弹性手把7和下弹性手把8,上弹性手把7和下弹性手把8的末端与拉杆5的末端固定连接,上弹性手把7和下弹性手把8的前端通过第二连接片9与拉杆5轴接,常态下上弹性手把7和下弹性手把8的前端相互分开。所述钳杆3的长度短于拉杆5的长度,钳杆3的末端螺纹连接有钳杆座10,钳杆座10的末端与拉杆5激光焊接。所述上弹性手把7和下弹性手把8上设有柔性握把11。所述的钳杆座10上设置有冲洗口12,冲洗口12与钳杆3的内腔相连通。
工作原理:握住上、下弹性手把,将其闭合,通过第二连接片拉动拉杆向弹性手把方向移动,带动第一连接片,上、下钳头闭合。松开手,上、下弹性手把自动弹开,拉杆向钳头方向移动,上、下钳头张开。也就是说钳头与手柄动作一致,增加了可操作性。

1.一种握笔钳,它包括上钳头、下钳头和钳杆,所述上钳头和下钳头通过第一销轴与钳杆的前端轴接,其特征在于:钳杆内设有拉杆,拉杆的前端通过第一连接片与上钳头和下钳头的末端轴接,拉杆的末端设有上弹性手把和下弹性手把,上弹性手把和下弹性手把的末端与拉杆的末端固定连接,上弹性手把和下弹性手把的前端通过第二连接片与拉杆轴接,常态下上弹性手把和下弹性手把的前端相互分开。
2.根据权利要求1所述的握笔钳,其特征在于:所述钳杆的长度短于拉杆的长度,钳杆的末端螺纹连接有钳杆座,钳杆座的末端与拉杆激光焊接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的握笔钳,其特征在于:所述上弹性手把和下弹性手把上设有柔性握把。
4.根据权利要求2所述的握笔钳,其特征在于:所述的钳杆座上设置有冲洗口,冲洗口与钳杆的内腔相连通。
