本发明公开了一种带水食品的放置架，包括有支架，在支架的底端安装有轮子，在支架上设有多层倾斜的槽型放置板，在槽型放置板的底板上设有多个横竖交叉的槽纹，在底板上还固定有多个水平的挡板，在挡板上开有漏水孔，在槽型放置板的底端侧面上开有出水口，所述的出水口连接有出水管。本发明在槽型放置板内设有槽纹，既可以防止食品下滑，又起到引导水流向的作用，食品上的水都从出水口和出水管内流出，不会滴到下层放置架上，使用方便，干净卫生。

技术领域
    本发明涉及食品的加工生产技术领域，尤其涉及一种带水食品的放置架。
背景技术
    有很多食品在加工过程中，会沾有很多水，需要放置放置架上进行晾干，现有技术中的放置架为了节省空间，将放置架设为多层平行的隔板，这样的放置架会导致上层隔板上的水滴到下层隔板上，导致下层隔板上的食品晾干的速度慢，且容易导致二次污染。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种带水食品的放置架。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
    一种带水食品的放置架，包括有支架，在支架的底端安装有轮子，在支架上设有多层倾斜的槽型放置板，在槽型放置板的底板上设有多个横竖交叉的槽纹，在底板上还固定有多个水平的挡板，在挡板上开有漏水孔，在槽型放置板的底端侧面上开有出水口，所述的出水口连接有出水管。
本发明的优点是：本发明在槽型放置板内设有槽纹，既可以防止食品下滑，又起到引导水流向的作用，食品上的水都从出水口和出水管内流出，不会滴到下层放置架上，使用方便，干净卫生。

具体实施方式
    如图1、2所示，一种带水食品的放置架，包括有支架1，在支架1的底端安装有轮子2，在支架1上设有多层倾斜的槽型放置板3，在槽型放置板3的底板上设有多个横竖交叉的槽纹4，在底板上还固定有多个水平的挡板5，在挡板5上开有漏水孔6，在槽型放置板3的底端侧面上开有出水口，所述的出水口连接有出水管7。
