Abstract
本发明公开一种具有防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:改性丙烯酸树脂30~40份、磷酸三丁酯10~20份、环烯烃共聚物15~25份、钛白粉5~12份、聚乙烯醇2~7份、颜料3~8份、填料5~15份、增塑剂1~5份、增稠剂4~9份、分散剂2~8份。本发明制备的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,与基层的粘结强度高,不易开裂,整体无缝、防潮和防蒸汽性能优异。不使用有机溶剂,无甲醛、苯等污染空气的有害气体,符合环保要求,适用于卫生间、厨房等建筑内墙的装饰装修领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种具有防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料。
背景技术
内墙受潮后,会引起内墙乳胶漆发霉,霉菌的孢子有致癌作用,对儿童的致癌率比吸烟高一千倍,有强烈的致癌性。
防潮内墙涂料是对室内墙面起装饰和保护作用,消除涂料在低湿长时间放置或高湿环境下因为吸潮而造成的负面影响。使墙面美观整洁,同时也能够起到保护墙面,延长其使用寿命的作用。
目前,市场上主要的防潮涂料有聚氨酯体系和有机无机复合防潮涂料。但是,以上防潮涂料存在附着力很差,尤其是在金属表层上,容易剥落,在水泥等多孔性易吸潮材料上吸潮率较高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术存在的不足,提供一种粘结强度高、防潮和防蒸汽性能优异的内墙涂料。
为达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:改性丙烯酸树脂30~40份、磷酸三丁酯10~20份、环烯烃共聚物15~25份、钛白粉5~12份、聚乙烯醇2~7份、颜料3~8份、填料5~15份、增塑剂1~5份、增稠剂4~9份、分散剂2~8份。
优选的,所述改性丙烯酸树脂为有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、氟改性丙烯酸树脂、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂中的任意一种。
优选的,所述填料为碳酸钙、云母粉、钠基膨润土中的任意一种。
优选的,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的任意一种。
优选的,所述增稠剂为凹凸棒石土、分子筛、硅凝胶中的任意一种。
优选的,所述分散剂为脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯中的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明制备的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,与基层的粘结强度高,不易开裂,整体无缝、防潮和防蒸汽性能优异。不使用有机溶剂,无甲醛、苯等污染空气的有害气体,符合环保要求,适用于卫生间、厨房等建筑内墙的装饰装修领域。

本发明的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂30份、磷酸三丁酯10份、环烯烃共聚物25份、钛白粉12份、聚乙烯醇2份、颜料3份、碳酸钙15份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1份、凹凸棒石土9份、脂肪酸甘油酯2份。
实施例2
本发明的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:氟改性丙烯酸树脂40份、磷酸三丁酯20份、环烯烃共聚物15份、钛白粉5份、聚乙烯醇7份、颜料8份、云母粉5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、分子筛4份、脂肪酸山梨坦8份。
实施例3
本发明的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧改性丙烯酸树脂35份、磷酸三丁酯15份、环烯烃共聚物19份、钛白粉8份、聚乙烯醇5份、颜料6份、钠基膨润土10份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯3份、硅凝胶6份、聚山梨酯6份。
实施例4
本发明的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:氟改性丙烯酸树脂32份、磷酸三丁酯12份、环烯烃共聚物17份、钛白粉7份、聚乙烯醇3份、颜料4份、云母粉7份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、分子筛5份、脂肪酸山梨坦4份。
实施例5
本发明的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:环氧改性丙烯酸树脂37份、磷酸三丁酯18份、环烯烃共聚物23份、钛白粉10份、聚乙烯醇6份、颜料6份、钠基膨润土12份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份、硅凝胶7份、聚山梨酯7份。
实施例6
本发明的防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,按重量份数计包括下列组分:有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂34份、磷酸三丁酯15份、环烯烃共聚物19份、钛白粉8份、聚乙烯醇2份、颜料5份、碳酸钙11份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、凹凸棒石土6份、脂肪酸甘油酯5份。
性能测试
本发明的主要技术性能如表1所示:

从表1可见,本发明制备的内墙涂料,具有粘结强度高、防潮和防蒸汽性能优异等优点。

1.一种具有防潮、防蒸汽性能内墙涂料,其特征在于,按重量份数计包括下列组分:改性丙烯酸树脂30~40份、磷酸三丁酯10~20份、环烯烃共聚物15~25份、钛白粉5~12份、聚乙烯醇2~7份、颜料3~8份、填料5~15份、增塑剂1~5份、增稠剂4~9份、分散剂2~8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述改性丙烯酸树脂为有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、氟改性丙烯酸树脂、环氧改性丙烯酸树脂中的任意一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述填料为碳酸钙、云母粉、钠基膨润土中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为凹凸棒石土、分子筛、硅凝胶中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的内墙涂料,其特征在于:所述分散剂为脂肪酸甘油酯、脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯中的任意一种。
