本发明公开了一种汽车转向器齿条的支撑机构，包括齿条及其双O型密封圈支撑套，在双O型密封圈支撑套外转向器壳体孔中设有滑动轴承座，滑动轴承置于此轴承座的孔中，所述滑动轴承为内表面涂设有PTFE层的开口管，所述开口管与轴承座紧配合。本发明具有噪声小及舒适性好的显著优点。

技术领域：
本发明涉及一种汽车转向技术，特别是一种汽车转向器齿条的支撑机构。
背景技术：
现有汽车转向器齿条的支撑机构为双O型密封圈支撑套结构，这种支撑结构在车辆平稳运行时，支撑套上的双O型密封圈对齿条有一定的抱紧力和支撑力，可使齿条平稳运行，然而，在路况变劣时，齿条受到较大的轴向冲击力，O型密封圈被进一步压缩变形，齿条与支撑套的间隙增大，导致发生异响和手感变差。
发明内容：
本发明目的是提供一种异响噪声小及舒适性好的一种汽车转向器齿条的支撑机构。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种汽车转向器齿条的支撑机构，包括齿条及其双O型密封圈支撑套，其特征在于：在双O型密封圈支撑套外转向器壳体孔中设有滑动轴承座，滑动轴承置于此轴承座的孔中，所述滑动轴承为内表面涂设有PTFE层的开口管，所述开口管与轴承座紧配合。
本发明与现有技术比较具有噪声小及舒适性好的显著优点。

具体实施方式：
结合下述实施例对本发明作详细说明，在支撑套2一侧的转向器壳体1孔与齿条6之间设置轴承座4和滑动轴承，轴承座与转向器壳体为紧配合，所述滑动轴承为市购产品，其结构为钢质开口管3，即管壁的轴向开口，此管的孔壁上设有开口特氟龙（PTFE）层5，组装时，滑动轴承口闭合后放入轴承座孔内，此时，滑动轴承口基本闭合（即有很小的间隙，一般有0.1～0.3mm），此时，滑动轴承与轴承座为紧配合。
本发明的工作原理，由于双O型密封圈的作用力支撑套对齿条有一定的抱紧力，此时滑动轴承不和齿条接触，齿条平稳运动；当汽车颠簸时，齿条受到较大的轴向冲击力，O型密封圈被进一步压缩，与此同时，滑动轴承与齿条相接触，对齿条具有支撑作用来补偿O型密封圈刚度的不足，滑动轴承的PTFE涂层的摩擦系数很小，因而齿条的运动阻力增加不大，其运动阻力增加较小，手感无大变化，克服了异响噪声的发生。

1. 一种汽车转向器齿条的支撑机构，包括齿条及其双O型密封圈支撑套，其特征在于：在双O型密封圈支撑套外转向器壳体孔中设有滑动轴承座，滑动轴承置于此轴承座的孔中，所述滑动轴承为内表面涂设有PTFE层的开口管，所述开口管与轴承座紧配合。
