Abstract
本发明提供了一种涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物,所述的复合织物从外到内由耐高温面料层(1)和吸湿排汗面料层(2)组成;所述的耐高温面料层(1)由耐高温复合纤维织成,所述的耐高温复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性耐热氯纶纤维为芯层,以锦纶纤维为皮层;所述的吸湿排汗面料层(2)由吸湿排汗复合纤维织成,所述的吸湿排汗复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性吸湿涤纶纤维为芯层,以聚酯纤维为皮层。本发明的涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物,通过织物结构设计,使得外层面料层起到耐高温的作用;内层面料层提供吸湿排汗的作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物,属于功能性化纤技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对穿着的舒适性的要求也越来越高,人们对于织物不仅追求漂亮的外观,还需要织物具备其他的功能,如具有吸湿排汗、抗菌除臭、阻燃耐热、防紫外线、防水透气等,这对面料的阻燃隔热功能提出了更高的要求。
功能性织物的生产有纺丝前加入功能性助剂制成功能性纤维和织成织物后再用功能性助剂进行后整理两种方法,前者效果持久,耐洗性好,但是处理工艺比较复杂,后者处理工艺较简单,但生产中三废多 ,其耐洗性及效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物。
本发明的涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物,所述的复合织物从外到内由耐高温面料层(1)和吸湿排汗面料层(2)组成;所述的耐高温面料层(1)由耐高温复合纤维织成,所述的耐高温复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性耐热氯纶纤维为芯层,以锦纶纤维为皮层;所述的吸湿排汗面料层(2)由吸湿排汗复合纤维织成,所述的吸湿排汗复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性吸湿涤纶纤维为芯层,以聚酯纤维为皮层。
优选地,
所述的耐高温复合纤维中芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(6-8):10。
所述的吸湿排汗复合纤维中芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(4-7):10。
本发明的涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物,通过织物结构设计,使得外层面料层起到耐高温的作用;内层面料层提供吸湿排汗的作用。

如图1所示,本发明的涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物,从外到内由耐高温面料层(1)和吸湿排汗面料层(2)组成;所述的耐高温面料层(1)由耐高温复合纤维织成,所述的耐高温复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性耐热氯纶纤维为芯层,以锦纶纤维为皮层;所述的吸湿排汗面料层(2)由吸湿排汗复合纤维织成,所述的吸湿排汗复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性吸湿涤纶纤维为芯层,以聚酯纤维为皮层。所述的耐高温复合纤维中芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为6:10。所述的吸湿排汗复合纤维中芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为4:10。

1.一种涂装生产专用耐高温复合织物,其特征在于,所述的复合织物从外到内由耐高温面料层(1)和吸湿排汗面料层(2)组成;所述的耐高温面料层(1)由耐高温复合纤维织成,所述的耐高温复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性耐热氯纶纤维为芯层,以锦纶纤维为皮层;所述的吸湿排汗面料层(2)由吸湿排汗复合纤维织成,所述的吸湿排汗复合纤维为皮芯型复合纤维,以改性吸湿涤纶纤维为芯层,以聚酯纤维为皮层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂装生产专用阻燃复合织物,其特征在于,所述的耐高温复合纤维中芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(6-8):10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂装生产专用阻燃复合织物,其特征在于,所述的吸湿排汗复合纤维中芯层直径与复合纤维总直径比为(4-7):10。
