Background
The current common corona discharge type negative ion generating device consists of a simple power adapter, a high-voltage generator and a discharge electrode for generating ions, and the form of energizing the discharge electrode by direct current negative high voltage only by means of a boosting method can not generate stable corona discharge, so that the generation power of the negative ions is poor, and enough negative ions can not be obtained. Therefore, the negative ions generated by the negative ion generating device in this form cannot effectively reduce positive ions in the air, positively charged fine particles polluting the atmosphere, static electricity carried by the human body, and the like.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a high-efficiency negative ion generating device capable of enhancing and stabilizing a pulse frequency and enhancing a corona discharge effect. And the miniature structure is adopted, so that the portable negative ion generator can be installed on a PCB board to adapt to different fields, such as a portable negative ion generator and other small corona negative ion generating devices.

a housing portion (31) having an interior cavity structure, the interior of which is filled with natural ore fines (35), the housing portion having a pin end cap mounting end;
the pin end cover (32) is arranged at the pin end cover mounting end in a sealing way through sealant, one ends of the first pin electrode (33) and the second pin electrode (34) are arranged in a sealing cavity formed by natural ore powder (35), and the other ends of the first pin electrode and the second pin electrode extend out of the shell part (31) through a sealing end cover (36) arranged adjacent to the pin end cover.
Further, the housing portion is a rectangular housing structure.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: the invention can solve the problems that the corona type negative ion generating device cannot generate stable corona discharge, so that the generating efficiency of negative ions is poor, the stable negative ions are not obtained, positive ions and ozone are generated, and the corona discharging efficiency can be greatly improved. The microstructure pulse frequency enhancer element can be used as a nonlinear original element to be mounted on a PCB, and can be applied to various small-sized anion generating devices, such as a portable anion generator and the like.

The invention is further described in connection with the following embodiments in order to make the technical means, the creation features, the achievement of the purpose and the effect of the invention easy to understand.
As shown in fig. 1, a micro pulse frequency booster includes: a housing portion 31 having an inner cavity structure, the interior of which is filled with natural ore powder 35, the housing portion having a pin end cap mounting end; the pin end cover 32 is arranged at the pin end cover mounting end in a sealing way through sealant, one ends of the first and second pin electrodes 33 and 34 are arranged in a closed cavity formed by natural ore powder 35, the first and second pin electrodes are parallel to each other and are not intersected, the natural ore powder is filled between the first and second pin electrodes which extend into the closed cavity formed by the natural ore powder, the natural ore powder generates proper impedance components and capacity components under a specific relative humidity environment to form RC effective oscillation loop action, the other ends of the first and second pin electrodes extend out of the shell part 31 through the sealing end cover 36 which is arranged adjacent to the pin end cover, and the inner wall of the shell part is provided with an annular bulge structure for preventing the displacement of the sealing end cover, so that the sealing end cover can be effectively prevented from being displaced towards a direction away from the closed cavity.

The pin end cover 32 is sealed by sealant, and one ends of the first pin electrode and the second pin electrode extend into a closed cavity formed by natural ore powder, and the sealant is used for maintaining the relative humidity inside the rectangular shell. The humidity rate inside the rectangular shell is controlled to be about 62%. According to this structure, under the condition that the specific relative humidity is 62%, the electric conduction function generated by the water retention performance of the natural ore powder with high hygroscopicity and the powder particle inductor function under the same condition are achieved, the micro pulse frequency enhancer is filled with a proper amount of natural ore powder, and under the specific relative humidity condition, proper impedance and capacity are generated, so that an effective RC loop action is formed, the pulse frequency can be greatly enhanced, and the natural ore powder filled between the electrodes has very high insulativity and can play a role in stabilizing under extremely high voltage. The natural ore powder in the sealed housing has a certain impedance component and a certain capacity component under the set humidity condition, and forms an RC effective oscillation circuit capable of enhancing the pulse frequency, according to the structure, the pulse frequency with proper frequency can be obtained, stable corona discharge can be generated, the values of R and C can be easily adjusted according to the set humidity value, and the RC vibration effect generated by the natural ore powder in the sealed housing becomes more active when the humidity rate is 62%.
Since the gaps exist between the powdery crystal grains, the capacity C exists between the first pin electrode and the second pin electrode, and the constituent atoms or anions thereof can move relatively freely due to the influence of high-voltage charge energy and have a certain degree of electric conductivity, namely a plurality of impedance components R, so that electric discharge is generated between the two ends of the first pin electrode and the second pin electrode of the pulse frequency enhancer by applying-6 KV voltage, electrons generated by the electric discharge collide with natural ore powder particles, crystal particles bound in the natural ore powder are dissociated due to the impact force to form electrons and initial positive and negative ions, the initial particles become ion cores through a series of chemical reactions, then the number of electrons and the number of ions in the gaps of the crystal particles are increased, brownian movement is more active, and the electric conductivity of the natural ore powder is higher.
The pulse frequency enhancer for the negative ion generating device can greatly improve the corona discharge efficiency and the stability of the corona discharge, improve the generating efficiency of negative ions, and enable the propagation distance of the generated negative ions to be longer so as to weaken the damage to the environment and people.
