Specifically, the collecting unit 201 may collect real-time status information in a local area through a data collector or a sensor connected to a local host, or a device under control detection apparatus, and/or obtain information from outside the local area and related to the local area. The real-time status information in the local area may include, but is not limited to, temperature, humidity, brightness, power usage of devices in the local area, current status of controlled devices in the local area, personnel status in the local area, and the like. Information from outside the local area and related to the local area may include, but is not limited to: weather, reserved programs, video and audio information sent by friends, messages pushed by manufacturers and the like.
The task prompt information comprises prompt control controlled equipment information and a prompt control mode, and the controlled equipment information comprises a communication address of controlled equipment. In addition, the task prompt information may also include real-time status information in the local area, and the controlled device information may also include the name, code, location, and working state parameters of the controlled device.
In the specific implementation, when a friend of a user sends movie sharing information to the user, or the user subscribes to a certain service of a service provider, or the user subscribes to a television program of a certain channel, the movie sharing information, the service subscription information, or the subscribed program information is sent to a server, the server generates task prompt information for television control, the task prompt information may include prompt control television information (such as a name and a model of a television, and remote control device information for controlling the television, such as a communication address of a remote control device, can be known according to the name and the model of the television) and a prompt control mode (such as startup, information source switching, channel switching, video playing and the like), and the server sends the generated task prompt information to an intelligent terminal through a local host to prompt the user to control a corresponding controlled device. The whole control process does not need to be actively operated by a user, the user only needs to confirm after receiving the prompt message, a series of complex control processes can be realized, the operation is simple and convenient, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the local host according to the present invention includes:
the network card 301 is configured to receive task prompt information sent by the server, where the task prompt information is obtained by processing the collected local area related information by the server through a preset algorithm;
the first wireless module 303 is configured to send the task prompt information to an intelligent terminal, receive a confirmation control signal returned by the intelligent terminal according to user triggering, and send a control instruction to a controlled device.
In addition, the local host of this embodiment may further include a software system 302, where the software system 302 may be an operating system or a control system, the software system 302 includes an obtaining unit 3021, and the obtaining unit 3021 is configured to obtain, from the local host itself, pre-stored controlled device information and a control instruction corresponding to the task prompt information after the first wireless module 303 receives the confirmation control signal returned by the intelligent terminal.
The first wireless module 303 comprises a control chip and a wireless transceiver chip, the control chip is connected with the software system 302, after the network card 301 receives the task prompt information sent by the server, the software system transmits the task prompt information to the first wireless module 303, the control chip of the first wireless module 303 drives the wireless transceiver chip to send the task prompt information to the intelligent terminal, the wireless transceiver chip receives a confirmation control signal returned by the intelligent terminal, the software system 302 analyzes the task prompt information, and if the task prompt information comprises information (such as a communication address of the controlled device) and a control instruction of the controlled device, the control chip can control the wireless transceiver chip to send the control instruction to the determined controlled device; if the task prompt information does not include the communication address and the control instruction of the controlled device, and the task prompt information is only a simple task prompt, the obtaining unit 3021 obtains the controlled device information and the control instruction corresponding to the task prompt information, which are pre-stored in the local host, and sends the controlled device information and the control instruction to the control chip, and the control chip controls the wireless transceiver chip to send the control instruction to the controlled device.
The following describes specifically the interaction process between each unit or module in the local host according to this embodiment, specifically as follows:
after the server generates task prompt information according to the collected local relevant information, the network card 301 acquires the task prompt information, the first wireless module 303 sends the task prompt information to the intelligent terminal, after the user confirms, the intelligent terminal sends a confirmation control signal to the local host according to the user trigger, and the first wireless module 303 receives the confirmation control signal.
If the task prompt information includes the communication address and the control instruction of the controlled device, the first wireless module 303 may directly send the control instruction to the controlled device according to the communication address of the controlled device; if the task prompt information does not include the communication address and the control instruction of the controlled device, but includes other information (such as the name, the code, the model, and the like of the controlled device) of the controlled device and the control manner of the prompt, the obtaining unit 3021 may obtain the pre-stored communication address and the control instruction of the controlled device corresponding to the task prompt information from the local host, or obtain the pre-stored communication address and the pre-stored control instruction of the controlled device corresponding to the task prompt information from the server through the network card 301. For example, the task prompt information includes the name code of the device under prompt control: lamp A, control mode of suggestion: need to turn on the light or suggest to turn on the light; the information corresponding to the task prompt information and pre-stored in the local host or the server may be: the communication address of the lamp A and a control instruction for turning on the lamp. If the task prompt information does not include the information of the controlled device (i.e. the name, code, model, communication address, etc. of the controlled device are not included) and the control mode of the prompt (in this case, the task prompt information may be only one task prompt, for example, if the room temperature is too high and needs to be cooled, if the room light is too dark and needs to be illuminated, if someone intrudes into the room and needs to alarm, etc.), the obtaining unit 3021 may obtain the information and the control instruction of the controlled device corresponding to the task prompt information, which are pre-stored in the local host (for example, if the task prompt information is that the room temperature is too high and needs to be cooled, the obtained information and the control instruction of the controlled device corresponding to the task prompt information may be the communication address and the start-up and cooling instruction of the air conditioner, if the task prompt information is that the room light is too dark and needs to be illuminated, the obtained information and the control instruction of the controlled device corresponding to the task prompt information may be the communication address and, the acquired information and control instruction of the controlled device corresponding to the task prompt information may be a communication address and an opening instruction of the alarm, and the like); or after the first wireless module 303 receives the confirmation control signal, the network card 301 sends the confirmation control signal to the server, and acquires the controlled device information and the control instruction corresponding to the task prompt information from the server, and the first wireless module 303 sends the control instruction to the determined controlled device according to the information acquired by the network card 303 from the server.
Specifically, the controlled device may be a certain device having a preset wireless module, such as a lamp, a sound, a socket, and the like, in which case, the first wireless module 303 may directly send a control instruction to the controlled device.
In addition, the controlled device may further include a remote control device having a preset wireless module and an electrical device controlled by the remote control device, such as a remote controller and a television, a remote controller and an air conditioner. In this case, the first wireless module 303 needs to send a control instruction to the remote control device, where the control instruction includes a command to transmit a remote control signal, so that the remote control device transmits the remote control signal to the electrical device.
In this embodiment, the intelligent terminal and the controlled device may be one or more, that is, one intelligent terminal may control a plurality of controlled devices at the same time, the types of the plurality of controlled devices may be the same or different, and one controlled device may be controlled by a plurality of intelligent terminals.
After the controlled device executes the control instruction, the first wireless module 303 receives the state information returned by the controlled device, and sends the state information of the controlled device to all the intelligent terminals of the user controlling the controlled device, meanwhile, the network card 301 sends the state information of the controlled device to the server, and the collecting unit of the server can acquire the state information of the controlled device.
It should be noted that, for brevity, steps that are not described in detail in this embodiment may refer to corresponding descriptions of the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described again here.
Referring to fig. 4, the intelligent terminal of the present embodiment includes:
the second wireless module 401 is configured to receive task prompt information sent by a local area host, where the task prompt information is sent to the local area host by a server, and the task prompt information is obtained by processing, by the server, the collected local area related information by using a preset algorithm;
and the prompt unit 402 is configured to display or broadcast the task prompt information.
A trigger part 403 for generating an electric signal according to a user trigger;
the second wireless module 401 is further configured to acquire the electrical signal, send a confirmation control signal to the local area host, so that the local area host acquires information of the controlled device and a control instruction according to the task prompt information, and sends the control instruction to the controlled device determined according to the information of the controlled device.
The intelligent terminal of this embodiment is a portable device, and the intelligent terminal further includes a battery 404 for supplying power to the second wireless module 401, the prompting unit 402, and the triggering unit 403.
The intelligent terminal in this embodiment may be designed to be very simple, for example, the number of the triggering components 403 may only need to be one, for example, one key or touch key, and after receiving the task prompt information, the user may send a confirmation control signal to the local host computer by only one key operation, so as to automatically perform a subsequent control process. Of course, the number of the triggering components 403 may also be multiple, the triggering components 403 may be a key, a touch key, a gesture sensor, a voice pickup device, or the like, and the types of the multiple triggering components 403 may be the same or different. The task prompt information comprises prompt control controlled equipment information and a prompt control mode, and the controlled equipment information comprises a communication address of the controlled equipment. In addition, the task prompt information may also include real-time status information in the local area, and the controlled device information may also include the name, code, location, and working state parameters of the controlled device.
The second wireless module 401 is further configured to receive state information of the controlled device returned by the local area host; the prompting unit 402 is further configured to display or broadcast status information of the controlled device. For example, the prompt unit 402 may display or broadcast the task prompt information and the status of the controlled device through its own screen, speaker, or indicator light. After the wireless transceiver chip of the second wireless module 401 receives the state information of the controlled device, the control chip of the second wireless module 401 updates the state of the controlled device stored in the smart terminal, so that the prompting unit 402 prompts the latest state of the controlled device.
In addition, the design of the intelligent terminal and the control system provided by the invention is far simpler than that of a mobile terminal (a smart phone, a tablet computer or a notebook computer) and an intelligent home control system using the mobile terminal as an operation end in the prior art, the manufacturing cost of the intelligent terminal is far lower than that of the mobile terminal, and the intelligent terminal is very light, small and easy to carry due to extremely limited component composition, can realize regional place multiple spot such as family or unit and arrange, each electrical equipment of multiple spot mobile control, intelligent terminal need not install, use specific APP application software in whole operation, control process (and prior art, smart mobile phone or panel computer must install specific APP application software, and the user must log in earlier, use this APP application software just can carry out intelligent home control), provides a low-cost, simple convenient intelligent control system scheme.
The invention also provides an intelligent control system, which comprises the server shown in fig. 2, the local host shown in fig. 3, at least one intelligent terminal shown in fig. 4, and at least one controlled device. Referring to fig. 5, in which the server 501 may refer to the server described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, the local host 502 may refer to the server described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3, and the intelligent terminal a503 and the intelligent terminal B504 may refer to the intelligent terminal described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 4, which are not described again here.
In addition, the controlled device 505 is a separate device with a preset wireless module, such as a lamp, a sound, a socket, etc. The controlled device 506 includes a remote control device 5061 having a preset wireless module and an electric device 5062 controlled by the remote control device 5061, such as an infrared remote controller, a television, an air conditioner, and the like.
The controlled device 505 has a third wireless module and a processing unit, where the third wireless module is configured to receive a control instruction sent by the local host 502, the processing unit is configured to execute the control instruction, and after the processing unit executes the control instruction, the third wireless module returns the state information of the controlled device to the local host 502.
The processing unit may be a control chip of the third wireless module, and is connected to a power supply circuit, a working circuit, or a control circuit of the controlled device itself. The processing unit may also be a power supply circuit, an operating circuit, or a control circuit of the controlled device itself, and performs an execution function (specifically, executes a control instruction sent by a control chip of the third wireless module of the controlled device).
The controlled device 506 includes a remote control device 5061 and an electrical device 5062, the remote control device 5061 has a third wireless module and a remote control module, the third wireless module is configured to receive a control instruction sent by the local host, and the control instruction includes a remote control signal transmitting instruction, so that the remote control module transmits a remote control signal to the electrical device according to control of the third wireless module.
In this embodiment, the local host (device), the intelligent terminal (device), and the controlled device all include preset wireless modules, where the local host includes a first wireless module, the intelligent terminal includes a second wireless module, and the controlled device includes a third wireless module, and each of the wireless modules may include a wireless transceiver chip and a control chip, and the wireless transceiver chip and the control chip in each wireless module are in communication connection. The wireless transceiver chip may operate in a 2.4G ISM band, the 2.4G ISM band is a band used by Industrial (Industrial), Scientific (Scientific), and Medical (Medical) institutions, and the frequency range is 2400MHz-2483.5 MHz. The wireless transceiver chip can support a preset wireless communication and control protocol. The communication address of each device mentioned in the above embodiment refers to a communication address of a wireless transceiver chip of a wireless module in each device.
The wireless transceiver chip of each wireless module has a communication address. The method comprises the following steps that initially, a server allocates a communication address for a wireless transceiver chip of a local host, and then when an intelligent terminal and a controlled device are accessed, the local host can generate or select different communication addresses from a prestored address group in real time according to a preset rule and allocate the different communication addresses to the intelligent terminal and the controlled device; or the server generates different communication addresses in real time according to a preset rule or selects different communication addresses from a prestored address group and sends the different communication addresses to the local host, and the local host distributes the different communication addresses to the intelligent terminal and the controlled equipment. After the access is finished, the wireless transceiver chips of the intelligent terminal and the controlled device use respective communication addresses to interact with the communication address of the wireless transceiver chip of the local host, a network card is further arranged in the local host, and the local host interacts with the server through the network card.
The wireless transceiver chip contained in the wireless module of the local host can be regarded as a central control wireless transceiver chip, the wireless transceiver chip contained in the wireless module of the intelligent terminal and the controlled device can be regarded as a relay wireless transceiver chip, and the central control wireless transceiver chip is responsible for communicating with one or more relay wireless transceiver chips, sending a control signaling to the one or more relay wireless transceiver chips, receiving information sent by the one or more relay wireless transceiver chips and the like. The relay wireless transceiver chip is used for communicating with the central control wireless transceiver chip and receiving control instructions and feedback information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the local host (device), the intelligent terminal (device) and the control chip of the wireless module in the controlled device can be respectively connected with the power circuit, the working circuit, the control circuit or the software system of the device.
It should be noted that the above-described device embodiments are merely illustrative, where the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the present embodiment. In addition, in the drawings of the embodiment of the apparatus provided by the present invention, the connection relationship between the modules indicates that there is a communication connection between them, and may be specifically implemented as one or more communication buses or signal lines. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.

the server collects local relevant information in real time and processes the local relevant information by using a preset algorithm to generate task prompt information, wherein the task prompt information comprises prompt control controlled equipment information and a prompt control mode, and the controlled equipment information comprises a communication address, a name, a code, a position and working state parameters of the controlled equipment;
the server sends the task prompt information to the intelligent terminal through the local host, and the intelligent terminal at least comprises a trigger component;
the intelligent terminal displays or broadcasts the task prompt information, the trigger component generates an electric signal according to the trigger of a user, and the intelligent terminal sends a confirmation control signal to the local host after acquiring the electric signal;
the local host directly acquires the controlled equipment information and the control instruction from the task prompt information, or acquires the pre-stored controlled equipment information and the control instruction corresponding to the task prompt information from the server or self;
the local host sends the control instruction to target controlled equipment determined according to the controlled equipment information, wherein the number of the target controlled equipment is one or more;
the local host receives the state information returned by the controlled equipment and sends the state information to the server and all intelligent terminals for controlling the controlled equipment, the server and the intelligent terminals respectively update the state information of the controlled equipment stored by the server and the intelligent terminals after receiving the state information, and meanwhile, the intelligent terminals broadcast or display the latest state information of the controlled equipment, so that the number of the intelligent terminals for controlling the controlled equipment is multiple;
when the intelligent terminal receives a plurality of task prompt messages, the server or the local host configures task IDs, numbers or identifications for the task prompt messages respectively, the intelligent terminal displays the task prompt messages, and the intelligent terminal sends a confirmation control signal and the task IDs, the numbers or the identifications corresponding to the triggered task prompt messages to the local host according to the triggering of a user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the server collecting local area related information in real time comprises:
the server collects real-time status information in a local area through a data collector or a sensor or a controlled device detection device connected with a local area host, and/or the server acquires information which is from outside the local area and is related to the local area.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the controlled devices comprise a remote control device and an electric device controlled by the remote control device, and the sending of the control instruction by the local host to the controlled device determined according to the controlled device information comprises:
and the local host sends the control instruction to the remote control equipment, wherein the control instruction comprises a remote control signal transmitting instruction, so that the remote control equipment transmits a remote control signal to the electrical equipment.
4. A server employing the intelligent control method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
the collecting unit is used for collecting the local area related information in real time;
the processing unit is used for processing the collected local relevant information by using a preset algorithm to generate task prompt information, wherein the task prompt information comprises prompt control controlled equipment information and a prompt control mode, and the controlled equipment information comprises a communication address of controlled equipment;
and the sending unit is used for sending the task prompt information to the intelligent terminal through the local host, so that the local host obtains the information of the controlled equipment and the control instruction according to the task prompt information after receiving the confirmation control signal returned by the intelligent terminal.

The server according to claim 4, wherein the collecting unit is specifically configured to collect real-time status information in a local area through a data collector or a sensor connected to the local area host or a controlled device detection apparatus, and/or obtain information from outside the local area and related to the local area.
6. A local host, comprising:
the network card is used for receiving task prompt information sent by the server, the task prompt information is obtained by processing collected local related information by the server through a preset algorithm, the task prompt information comprises prompt control controlled equipment information and a prompt control mode, and the controlled equipment information comprises a communication address of controlled equipment;
the first wireless module is used for sending the task prompt information to the intelligent terminal, receiving a confirmation control signal returned by the intelligent terminal according to user triggering, and sending a control instruction to the controlled equipment; acquiring state information returned by the controlled equipment, and sending the state information returned by the controlled equipment to all intelligent terminals for controlling the controlled equipment, wherein the number of the intelligent terminals for controlling the controlled equipment is multiple;
the software system comprises an acquisition unit, wherein the acquisition unit acquires pre-stored controlled equipment information and control instructions corresponding to the task prompt information from the local host;
the first wireless module comprises a control chip and a wireless transceiving chip, and the control chip is connected with the software system.

The local area host according to claim 6, wherein the network card is further configured to send local area real-time status information, acquired by the local area host from a data collector or a sensor connected to the local area host or a detection device of a controlled device, to the server.
8. The local host according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the network card sends the status information returned by the controlled device to the server.
9. An intelligent terminal, comprising:
the second wireless module is used for receiving task prompt information sent by a local area host, the task prompt information is sent to the local area host by a server, the task prompt information is obtained by processing collected local relevant information by the server through a preset algorithm, the task prompt information comprises prompt control controlled equipment information and a prompt control mode, and the controlled equipment information comprises a communication address of controlled equipment;
the prompting unit is used for displaying or broadcasting the task prompting information and displaying or broadcasting the state information of the controlled equipment;
a trigger part for generating an electrical signal in response to a user trigger;
the second wireless module is further configured to acquire the electrical signal, send a confirmation control signal to the local area host, so that the local area host acquires information of the controlled device and a control instruction according to the task prompt information, sends the control instruction to the controlled device determined according to the information of the controlled device, and receives state information of the controlled device returned by the local area host;
the second wireless module comprises a control chip and a wireless transceiver chip, the wireless transceiver chip is used for receiving the state information of the controlled equipment, and the control chip is used for updating the state information of the controlled equipment stored in the intelligent terminal.
10. The intelligent terminal according to claim 9, wherein the intelligent terminal is a portable device, and the intelligent terminal comprises a battery, and the battery supplies power to the second wireless module, the prompting unit and the triggering component.
11. An intelligent control system, characterized in that the intelligent control system comprises the server according to claim 4 or 5, the local host according to any one of claims 6 to 8, at least one intelligent terminal according to any one of claims 9 to 10, and at least one controlled device.

The intelligent control system according to claim 11, wherein the controlled device includes a third wireless module and a processing unit, the third wireless module is configured to receive a control instruction sent by the local host, the processing unit is configured to execute the control instruction, and the third wireless module returns the state information of the controlled device to the local host after the processing unit executes the control instruction.
