本发明公开了一种荷叶漆及其制备方法,荷叶漆的组成重量比为:羟基丙烯酸树脂3‑55、合成脂肪酸5‑60、短油度羟基椰子油醇酸树脂8‑40、有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂10‑30、合成脂肪酸改性短油度醇酸树脂10‑50、抗涂鸦助剂0.5‑10、抗涂鸦防污助剂0.5‑10、硅类爽滑流平剂0.5‑10、有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂0.5‑10、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂0.2‑10、聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯流平剂0.2‑7、聚乙烯蜡1‑9、聚四氟乙烯蜡0.5‑6、去离子水3‑30,本发明采用均已工业化的单体,用简单的乳液聚合方法制备得到荷叶漆,通过本方法制备的荷叶漆的接触角达到169°(水),具有优良的疏水能力和良好的自清洁功能,能广泛应用于碳纤维及合成树脂类材料领域,具有广阔的市场发展前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及有机高分子材料领域,尤其涉及一种环保安全的荷叶漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国专利申请号:200610167348.5,公开了一种建筑内、外墙水性荷叶漆及其制备方法,包括分散剂、润湿剂、增稠剂、成膜助剂、笨丙乳液、防冻剂乙二醇、消泡剂、杀菌剂、流平剂、增白剂、钛白粉、立德粉、高岭土、滑石粉、纳米伴侣、PH调节剂、氨水或碱及水;其制备方法包括:制备颜料浆、研磨及调漆。
中国专利申请号:200910193858.3,公开了一种水性荷叶漆,由下述重量百分含量的物料组成:洁净自来水10-30%,聚羧酸胺盐0.5-1.3%,表面活性剂0.05-0.4%,pH调节剂0.1-0.3%,消泡剂0.4-0.8%,乙二醇为1.5-4%,成膜助剂为1.0-5.0%,钛白粉为10-30%,滑石粉为5-15%,有机硅为3-10%,乳液为25-55%,增稠剂为0.1-0.8%,防霉剂为0.1-1.0%防腐剂为0.1-0.5%。
上述发明创造漆膜亲水性强、抗污性不好,对于在碳纤维及合成树脂类材料上的应用聚合性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种环保安全的能广泛应用于碳纤维及合成树脂类材料上的荷叶漆及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:一种荷叶漆,该荷叶漆的组成重量比为:
荷叶漆的制备方法的具体步骤为:
步骤1、往配料釜中加入去离子水,并将羟基丙烯酸树脂、合成脂肪酸、短油度羟基椰子油醇酸树脂、有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂及合成脂肪酸改性短油度醇酸树脂依次加入,再在配料釜的高速分散机转速500-800rpm下混合搅拌15-30min,直到完全混合;
步骤2、在配料釜的高速分散机转速400-600rpm下,依次缓慢加入抗涂鸦助剂、抗涂鸦防污助剂、硅类爽滑流平剂、有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂、聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯流平剂,待上述组分添加完毕后,开动配料釜的高速分散机在转速1000-1800rpm下高速分散20-30min,至细度<30μm;
步骤3、再加入聚乙烯蜡、聚四氟乙烯蜡,并在配料釜的高速分散机转速800-1000rpm下搅拌10-20min至均匀,检测其细度<30μm;
步骤4、调节斯托默粘度为65-100KU/28℃得到成品。
步骤1所述有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂的羟值为60±3.3mgKOH/g。
本发明的有益之处是:采用均已工业化的单体,用简单的乳液聚合方法制备得到荷叶漆,通过本方法制备的荷叶漆的接触角达到169°(水),具有优良的疏水能力和良好的自清洁功能,提高漆膜致密性、耐水抗碱性、耐老化性,属于高效低成本荷叶漆,同时加工工艺简单,操作方便,无刺激性,几乎不包含对人体有害成分,能广泛应用于如钓竿、球具、雨伞、雨棚、自行车、汽车材料等碳纤维及合成树脂类材料领域,具有广阔的市场发展前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合较佳实施例就本发明的技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
往配料釜中加入3kg去离子水,并将30kg羟基丙烯酸树脂、12kg合成脂肪酸、8kg短油度羟基椰子油醇酸树脂、10kg有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂及14kg合成脂肪酸改性短油度醇酸树脂依次加入,再在配料釜的高速分散机转速500rpm下混合搅拌30min,直到完全混合;在配料釜的高速分散机转速500rpm下,依次缓慢加入3.5kg抗涂鸦助剂、6kg抗涂鸦防污助剂、3.2kg硅类爽滑流平剂、4kg有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、2kg聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂、1.7kg聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯流平剂,待上述组分添加完毕后,开动配料釜的高速分散机在转速1800rpm下高速分散25min,至细度<30μm;再加入2kg聚乙烯蜡、0.6kg聚四氟乙烯蜡,并在配料釜的高速分散机转速900rpm下搅拌20min至均匀;检测其细度<30μm,调节斯托默粘度为65-100KU/28℃得到成品。
实施例2:
往配料釜中加入4kg去离子水,并将18kg羟基丙烯酸树脂、8kg合成脂肪酸、15kg短油度羟基椰子油醇酸树脂、20kg有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂及10kg合成脂肪酸改性短油度醇酸树脂依次加入,再在配料釜的高速分散机转速800rpm下混合搅拌15min,直到完全混合;在配料釜的高速分散机转速400rpm下,依次缓慢加入8kg抗涂鸦助剂、1.5kg抗涂鸦防污助剂、0.5kg硅类爽滑流平剂、2kg有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、6kg聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂、0.3kg聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯流平剂,待上述组分添加完毕后,开动配料釜的高速分散机在转速1500rpm下高速分散30min,至细度<30μm;再加入5kg聚乙烯蜡、1.7kg聚四氟乙烯蜡,并在配料釜的高速分散机转速800rpm下搅拌20min至均匀;检测其细度<30μm,调节斯托默粘度为65-100KU/28℃得到成品。
实施例3:
往配料釜中加入10kg去离子水,并将7kg羟基丙烯酸树脂、12kg合成脂肪酸、23kg短油度羟基椰子油醇酸树脂、15kg有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂及15kg合成脂肪酸改性短油度醇酸树脂依次加入,再在配料釜的高速分散机转速600rpm下混合搅拌20min,直到完全混合;在配料釜的高速分散机转速600rpm下,依次缓慢加入1kg抗涂鸦助剂、2.5kg抗涂鸦防污助剂、3kg硅类爽滑流平剂、1kg有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、0.8kg聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂、5kg聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯流平剂,2.5待上述组分添加完毕后,开动配料釜的高速分散机在转速1200rpm下高速分散30min,至细度<30μm;再加入2.5kg聚乙烯蜡、2.2kg聚四氟乙烯蜡,并在配料釜的高速分散机转速900rpm下搅拌15min至均匀;检测其细度<30μm,调节斯托默粘度为65-100KU/28℃得到成品。

步骤1、往配料釜中加入去离子水,并将羟基丙烯酸树脂、合成脂肪酸、短油度羟基椰子油醇酸树脂、有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂及合成脂肪酸改性短油度醇酸树脂依次加入,再在配料釜的高速分散机转速500-800rpm下混合搅拌15-30min,直到完全混合;
步骤2、在配料釜的高速分散机转速400-600rpm下,依次缓慢加入抗涂鸦助剂、抗涂鸦防污助剂、硅类爽滑流平剂、有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯流平剂、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷流平剂、聚硅氧烷丙烯酸酯流平剂,待上述组分添加完毕后,开动配料釜的高速分散机在转速1000-1800rpm下高速分散20-30min,至细度<30μm;
步骤3、再加入聚乙烯蜡、聚四氟乙烯蜡,并在配料釜的高速分散机转速800-1000rpm下搅拌10-20min至均匀,检测其细度<30μm;
步骤4、调节斯托默粘度为65-100KU/28℃得到成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的荷叶漆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1所述有机氟改性羟基丙烯酸树脂的羟值为60±3.3mgKOH/g。
