Abstract

本发明公开一种复合保温层制备方法,包括以下步骤:将0.5份分散剂加入到20.7份水中,搅拌至分散均匀,加入10份金红石型钛白粉、6份硅酸铝纤维、10份膨胀珍珠岩、5份硅藻土,高速搅拌75min,得到组分A;将18份丙烯酸乳液、15份苯丙乳液、4份水性聚氨酯树脂、1份成膜助剂、0.5份流平剂、0.3份消泡剂、8份三氧化二锑、1份防老剂RD混合均匀,得到组分B;将组分B加入到组分A中,低速搅拌40min,即得到复合保温隔热涂料。本发明以丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂为成膜剂,以膨胀珍珠岩、金红石型钛白粉、硅酸铝纤维和硅藻土为颜填料,三种隔热组分协同作用,隔热效果优异。

一种复合保温层制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于隔热涂料领域,具体是一种复合保温层制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,由于墙体内保温受到许多限制,因而外墙外保温受到重视。建筑保温隔热涂料也开始从内墙向外墙转变。目前外墙外保温隔热涂料正逐步为人们所接受。涂料也开始从过去的膏状涂料向粉状涂料转变,并且以粉状产品为主。在建筑涂料领域应将这类材料称之为建筑保温隔热涂料。随着国家对建筑节能问题的日益重视,建筑保温隔热涂料,尤其是外墙保温隔热涂料得到更好的发展。随着环保越来越引起世界各国的重视,隔热涂料的研制应遵循涂料发展的潮流,向水性、环保、多功能的方向发展。研制生产集阻隔型隔热涂料、反射型隔热涂料、辐射型隔热涂料三种隔热功能为一体的复合型多功能(隔热、耐沾污、耐候、防火、防水等)环保隔热涂料将成为未来隔热涂料研究的主要方向。
传统的保温隔热材料是以提高气相孔隙率,降低导热系数和传导系数为主。纤维类保温材料在使用环境中为了使对流传热和辐射传热升高,必须要有较厚的覆层,而型材类无机保温材料要进行拼装施工,存在接缝多、防水性差、使用寿命短等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种复合保温层制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种复合保温层制备方法,所述方法具体包括以下步骤:
(1)将0.5份分散剂加入到20.7份水中,搅拌至分散均匀,加入10份金红石型钛白粉、6份硅酸铝纤维、10份膨胀珍珠岩、5份硅藻土,高速搅拌75min,得到组分A;
(2)将18份丙烯酸乳液、15份苯丙乳液、4份水性聚氨酯树脂、1份成膜助剂、0.5份流平剂、0.3份消泡剂、8份三氧化二锑、1份防老剂RD混合均匀,得到组分B;
(3)将组分B加入到组分A中,低速搅拌40min,即得到复合保温隔热涂料。
本发明所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
本发明所述步骤(1)中高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1600r/min,所述步骤(3)中低速搅拌的搅拌速度为300r/min。
本发明的有益效果:本发明复合保温隔热涂料以丙烯酸乳液、苯丙乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂为成膜剂,以膨胀珍珠岩、金红石型钛白粉、硅酸铝纤维和硅藻土为颜填料,填料在涂料中的分散性好,三种隔热组分协同作用,隔热效果优异;本发明制备方法简单,涂料耐酸碱、耐盐水性好,附着力高,加入三氧化二锑,阻燃性能得到提高。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种复合保温层制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、将0.5份分散剂加入到20.7份水中,搅拌至分散均匀,加入10份金红石型钛白粉、6份硅酸铝纤维、10份膨胀珍珠岩、5份硅藻土,高速搅拌75min,搅拌速度为1600r/min,得到组分A。
2、将18份丙烯酸乳液、15份苯丙乳液、4份水性聚氨酯树脂、1份成膜助剂、0.5份流平剂、0.3份消泡剂、8份三氧化二锑、1份防老剂RD混合均匀,得到组分B。
3、将组分B加入到组分A中,低速搅拌40min,搅拌速度为300r/min,即得到复合保温隔热涂料层。
进一步优选,本发明成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。

   (1)将0.5份分散剂加入到20.7份水中,搅拌至分散均匀,加入10份金红石型钛白粉、6份硅酸铝纤维、10份膨胀珍珠岩、5份硅藻土,高速搅拌75min,得到组分A;
   (2)将18份丙烯酸乳液、15份苯丙乳液、4份水性聚氨酯树脂、1份成膜助剂、0.5份流平剂、0.3份消泡剂、8份三氧化二锑、1份防老剂RD混合均匀,得到组分B;
   (3)将组分B加入到组分A中,低速搅拌40min,即得到复合保温隔热涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述复合保温隔热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
3. 根据权利要求1所述复合保温隔热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中高速搅拌的搅拌速度为1600r/min,所述步骤(3)中低速搅拌的搅拌速度为300r/min。
