技术领域
本发明涉及一种良好耐候性的塑料地膜。
背景技术
地膜用于地面覆盖,以提高土壤温度,保持土壤水分,维持土壤结构,防止害虫侵袭作物和某些微生物引起的病害等,促进植物生长的功能。随着农业的发展,地膜的应用范围越来越广,但地膜由于长时间受到紫外线、水分以及酸碱性的腐蚀,造成地膜的寿命降低,并且地膜的韧性一般不足,造成强度不够,容易发生撕裂现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种塑料地膜,具有很好的耐候性,并且强度较好,不易发生撕裂现象,同时污染小。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种良好耐候性的塑料地膜,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
EPDM2-8份,白油5-9份,聚氯乙烯7-10份,羟甲基脂肪胺1-5份,醋酸乙烯4-11份,硬脂酸钙9-14份,纳米Cr-W合金粉1-4份,铝基层状纳米材料4-9份,氧化铬1-3份,钛酸钾晶须2-6份,甲基丙烯酸酯7-10份,有机锡1-3份,偶联剂2-3份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的塑料地膜,具有很好的耐候性,并且强度较好,不易发生撕裂现象,同时污染小。
