背景技术
在日常生活中,塑料制品已经成为必不可少的物品。塑料制品在遇到高温时会释放有毒物质,能致癌。在某些情况下,塑料在高温时,容易发生软化,造成塑料制品的强度降低,导致塑料的承载力下降,进而影响了塑料的使用寿命。人们希望得到一种能够在高温下也可以正常使用,而不会分解的塑料。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种塑料,具有很好的耐高温能力,在高温下,力学性能也能够得到保证,也不会造成毒物的分解。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种耐高温塑料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
PS塑料9-16份,SMA1-3份,聚乙烯7-9份,纳米二氧化钛5-7份,甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯4-10份,酚醛树脂5-10份,铝粉1-4份,对甲苯磺酸6-11份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐6-8份,水杨酸苯酯5-9份,氧化锌2-6份,壳聚糖1-3份,竹纤维3-5份,淀粉2-6份。
