Abstract

本发明揭示了一种土建施工用小型吊装机,包括承重臂和支撑臂,所述支撑臂设置于底座上,其特征在于,所述承重臂包括伸缩臂和套接于所述伸缩臂的液压臂,所述底座内设有套接所述支撑臂的从动齿轮,在与所述从动齿轮平行的位置设有与之相啮合的驱动齿轮。本发明的技术方案可以实现对不同距离,不同方位的建材吊装与搬运,并且提高了该吊装机的稳定性及承载能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及土建施工领域,尤其是涉及一种土建施工用小型吊装机。
背景技术
土建工程中,在施工场地需要堆放大量的建材,本身施工的场地就已经有限,在搬运建材的过程中,人力通常无法完成,因此就需要吊装机来完成对建材的搬运、提升等操作。
现有技术中,由于场地的限制和灵活性的需要,往往会采用小型吊装机来完成对建材的搬运操作。由于小型吊装机的小巧灵活性等诸多优势,在施工建设中也是得到了广泛的欢迎。但是,现有的小型吊装机虽然不占用太大的面积,在吊装的范围方面局限性较大,而且如果需要对不同方位的建材吊装操作,需要移动机位,造成很大的不方便。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种土建施工用小型吊装机。
本发明的目的将通过以下技术方案得以实现:一种土建施工用小型吊装机,包括承重臂和支撑臂,所述支撑臂设置于底座上,其特征在于,所述承重臂包括伸缩臂和套接于所述伸缩臂的液压臂,所述底座内设有套接所述支撑臂的从动齿轮,在与所述从动齿轮平行的位置设有与之相啮合的驱动齿轮。
优选的,上述的一种土建施工用小型吊装机,所述支撑臂与所述底座的连接部位设有密封轴承。
优选的,上述的一种土建施工用小型吊装机,所述伸缩臂与所述支撑臂之间铰接有固定支架,所述固定支架可以沿着所述伸缩臂在水平方向移动,所述固定支架可以沿着所述支撑臂在竖直方向移动。
优选的,上述的一种土建施工用小型吊装机,所述驱动齿轮连接有使其转动的驱动把手。
本发明的突出效果为: 1)吊装机的承重臂可以自由伸缩,对于不同距离的建材能够实现吊装,极大的增加了吊装的水平范围,而且液压驱动可以提供相比较于传统机械更强的抗承重能力; 2)通过设置支撑臂与底座之间的轴承和驱动齿轮,使得支撑臂可以绕着底座在360°圆周方向转动,满足对不同方位的建材的吊装和搬运,而不仅仅是简单的提升与下落; 3)在伸缩臂与支撑臂之间设有固定支架,三者之间组成三角形稳定机构,可以提高承重臂的承载力,提高吊装机的稳定性。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实施例的一种土建施工用小型吊装机,包括承重臂1和支撑臂2,支撑臂2设置于底座3上,承重臂1包括伸缩臂11和套接于伸缩臂11的液压臂12,底座3内设有套接支撑臂2的从动齿轮4,在与从动齿轮4平行的位置设有与之相啮合的驱动齿轮5。伸缩臂11可以自由伸缩,对于不同距离的建材能够实现吊装,极大的增加了吊装的水平范围,而且液压臂12可以提供相比较于传统机械更强的抗承重能力;驱动齿轮5可以驱动从动齿轮4转动,从而转动支撑臂2的方位,实现对不同方位坚持的吊装。
具体的,支撑臂2与底座3的连接部位设有密封轴承6。可以防止异物落入其中,造成对零部件的磨损。
具体的,伸缩臂11与支撑臂2之间铰接有固定支架7,固定支架7可以沿着伸缩臂11在水平方向移动,固定支架7可以沿着支撑臂2在竖直方向移动。伸缩臂11、支撑臂2与固定支架7三者之间组成三角形稳定机构,可以提高承重臂1的承载力,提高吊装机的稳定性。
具体的,驱动齿轮5连接有使其转动的驱动把手8。
