Abstract
本发明涉及一种玻璃磨边机,包括机身和电控装置,机身上设有由前、后梁之间构成的夹紧输送通道,夹紧输送通道上分别设有进、出料口,所述进料口的前梁上安装有玻璃厚度感应保护装置,玻璃厚度感应保护装置由支臂、复位弹簧、感应滑轮以及触点开关组成,支臂呈弯接状并通过轴承可摆动式安装在前梁上,支臂一末端的左侧钩接有复位弹簧,复位弹簧另一端与固定立柱钩设,支臂一末端的右侧与触点开关的触点相抵,支臂另一端安装有感应滑轮,感应滑轮外侧圆弧端面与夹紧输送通道一侧处于同一水平面,触点开关与电控装置电性连接;其结构简单、合理,有效防止玻璃爆碎,提高安全性及机器耐用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃磨边机技术领域,尤其是一种玻璃磨边机。
背景技术
目前,传统的玻璃磨边机其前、后梁之间构成的夹紧输送通道的进料口不会设置厚度感应机构,当需要磨不同厚度的玻璃时,操作人员很可能由于忘记调整夹紧输送通道的宽度从而容易让厚度更大的玻璃夹破,甚至出现安全事故的发生,所以,急需在夹紧输送通道的进料口处设置厚度感应提示装置,避免意外的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、合理,有效提高安全性的具有玻璃厚度感应保护装置的玻璃磨边机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种玻璃磨边机,包括机身和电控装置,机身上设有由前、后梁之间构成的夹紧输送通道,夹紧输送通道上分别设有进、出料口,其特征是,所述进料口的前梁上安装有玻璃厚度感应保护装置,玻璃厚度感应保护装置由支臂、复位弹簧、感应滑轮以及触点开关组成,支臂呈弯接状并通过轴承可摆动式安装在前梁上,支臂一末端的左侧钩接有复位弹簧,复位弹簧另一端与固定立柱钩设,支臂一末端的右侧与触点开关的触点相抵,支臂另一端安装有感应滑轮,感应滑轮外侧圆弧端面与夹紧输送通道一侧处于同一水平面,触点开关与电控装置电性连接;采用该结构的玻璃磨边机,通过在夹紧输送通道的进料口设置玻璃厚度感应保护装置,当玻璃厚度大于夹紧输送通道的宽度时,玻璃在进入夹紧输送通道的进料口时,玻璃前端便触碰到感应滑轮,此时,支臂一末端绕轴承往触点开关摆动并压紧触点开关的触点,由于触点开关与电控装置电性连接,此时输送导轨断电停止输送,阻止玻璃继续前进,并提示操作工人应调节前、后梁之间的夹紧输送通道的宽度,再进行下一步操作,复位弹簧使支臂在调节好夹紧输送通道的宽度后自动复位,其结构简单、合理,防止玻璃爆碎,提高安全性及机器耐用性。
本发明还可以采用以下技术措施解决: 作为更进一步的改进,所述靠近感应滑轮的支臂右侧固定有限位立柱,防止由于弹簧的拉力使支臂不能准确定位。
所述感应滑轮的外侧圆弧端面设有软性体外包层,软性体外包层保证在玻璃触碰到感应滑轮不会被挂上玻璃表面。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的具有玻璃厚度感应保护装置的玻璃磨边机,通过在夹紧输送通道的进料口设置玻璃厚度感应保护装置,当玻璃厚度大于夹紧输送通道的宽度时,玻璃在进入夹紧输送通道的进料口时,玻璃前端便触碰到感应滑轮,此时,支臂一末端绕轴承往触点开关摆动并压紧触点开关的触点,由于触点开关与电控装置电性连接,此时输送导轨断电停止输送,阻止玻璃继续前进,并提示操作工人应调节前、后梁之间的夹紧输送通道的宽度,再进行下一步操作,复位弹簧使支臂在调节好夹紧输送通道的宽度后自动复位,其结构简单、合理,防止玻璃爆碎,有效降低玻璃废品率,提高安全性及机器耐用性。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,一种玻璃磨边机,包括机身1和电控装置,机身1上设有由前、后梁2、3之间构成的夹紧输送通道4,夹紧输送通道4上分别设有进、出料口401、402,所述进料口401的前梁2上安装有玻璃厚度感应保护装置5,玻璃厚度感应保护装置由支臂501、复位弹簧502、感应滑轮503以及触点开关504组成,支臂501呈弯接状并通过轴承505可摆动式安装在前梁2上,支臂501一末端501-a的左侧钩接有复位弹簧502,复位弹簧502另一端与固定立柱506钩设,支臂501一末端501-a的右侧与触点开关504的触点504-a相抵,支臂501另一端501-b安装有感应滑轮503,感应滑轮503外侧圆弧端面503-a与夹紧输送通道4一侧403处于同一水平面,触点开关504与电控装置电性连接。
所述靠近感应滑轮503的支臂501右侧固定有限位立柱507。
所述感应滑轮503的外侧圆弧端面设有软性体外包层503-b。
通过在夹紧输送通道4的进料口401设置玻璃厚度感应保护装置5,当玻璃6厚度大于夹紧输送通道4的宽度时,玻璃6在进入夹紧输送通道4的进料口401时,玻璃6前端便触碰到感应滑轮503,此时,支臂501一末端绕轴承505往触点开关504摆动并压紧触点开关504的触点504-a,由于触点开关504与电控装置电性连接,此时输送导轨断电停止输送,阻止玻璃6继续前进,并提示操作工人应调节前、后梁之间的夹紧输送通道4的宽度,再进行下一步操作。

1.一种玻璃磨边机,包括机身(1)和电控装置,机身(1)上设有由前、后梁(2、3)之间构成的夹紧输送通道(4),夹紧输送通道(4)上分别设有进、出料口(401、402),其特征是,所述进料口(401)的前梁(2)上安装有玻璃厚度感应保护装置(5),玻璃厚度感应保护装置由支臂(501)、复位弹簧(502)、感应滑轮(503)以及触点开关(504)组成,支臂(501)呈弯接状并通过轴承(505)可摆动式安装在前梁(2)上,支臂(501)一末端(501-a)的左侧钩接有复位弹簧(502),复位弹簧(502)另一端与固定立柱(506)钩设,支臂(501)一末端(501-a)的右侧与触点开关(504)的触点(504-a)相抵,支臂(501)另一端(501-b)安装有感应滑轮(503),感应滑轮(503)外侧圆弧端面(503-a)与夹紧输送通道(4)一侧(403)处于同一水平面,触点开关(504)与电控装置电性连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有玻璃厚度感应保护装置的玻璃磨边机,其特征是,所述靠近感应滑轮(503)的支臂(501)右侧固定有限位立柱(507)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有玻璃厚度感应保护装置的玻璃磨边机,其特征是,所述感应滑轮(503)的外侧圆弧端面设有软性体外包层(503-b)。
