本发明公开了一种湿式球磨机送料管固定头，包含一固定头本体，在所述的固定头本体上通过若干螺丝固定一盖体，在所述的固定头本体上还设有一定位卡头，在所述的定位卡头上设有一紧固螺丝，所述的固定头本体和盖体由铝合金制成,所述的紧固螺丝的表面设有一层抗氧化膜。由于本发明的湿式球磨机送料管固定头在本体上通过若干螺丝连接了一个盖体，该盖体可以将送料管与本体紧密连接，在本体上还设置了一个定位卡头，本体和定位卡头间通过紧固螺丝连接，可以用于固定本体，从而大大提高了湿式球磨机送料管固定头的稳固性。

本发明涉及一种送料管固定头，更确切地说，是一种湿式球磨机送料管固定头。
背景技术
湿式球磨机是一种在工业生产上使用比较普遍的工业设备，具有较为广阔的应用前景。但是，目前普遍使用的湿式球磨机的送料管固定头容易松动。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种不易松动的湿式球磨机送料管固定头。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种湿式球磨机送料管固定头，包含一固定头本体，在所述的固定头本体上通过若干螺丝固定一盖体，在所述的固定头本体上还设有一定位卡头，在所述的定位卡头上设有一紧固螺丝。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的固定头本体和盖体由铝合金制成。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的紧固螺丝的表面设有一层抗氧化膜。
由于本发明的湿式球磨机送料管固定头在本体上通过若干螺丝连接了一个盖体，该盖体可以将送料管与本体紧密连接，在本体上还设置了一个定位卡头，本体和定位卡头间通过紧固螺丝连接，可以用于固定本体，从而大大提高了湿式球磨机送料管固定头的稳固性。

本发明提供了一种不易松动的湿式球磨机送料管固定头。
如图1、图2所示，一种湿式球磨机送料管固定头1，包含一固定头本体22，在所述的固定头本体22上通过若干螺丝3固定一盖体21，在所述的固定头本体22上还设有一定位卡头4，在所述的定位卡头4上设有一紧固螺丝5。
如图1、图2所示，所述的固定头本体22和盖体21由铝合金制成。
如图1、图2所示，所述的紧固螺丝5的表面设有一层抗氧化膜。
该发明的湿式球磨机送料管固定头在本体上通过若干螺丝连接了一个盖体，该盖体可以将送料管与本体紧密连接，在本体上还设置了一个定位卡头，本体和定位卡头间通过紧固螺丝连接，可以用于固定本体，从而大大提高了湿式球磨机送料管固定头的稳固性。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路，在系统允许的情况下，本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块，从而最大限度扩展其功能。

1.一种湿式球磨机送料管固定头（1），包含一固定头本体（22），其特征在于，在所述的固定头本体（22）上通过若干螺丝（3）固定一盖体（21），在所述的固定头本体（22）上还设有一定位卡头（4），在所述的定位卡头（4）上设有一紧固螺丝（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的湿式球磨机送料管固定头，其特征在于，所述的固定头本体（22）和盖体（21）由铝合金制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的湿式球磨机送料管固定头，其特征在于，所述的紧固螺丝（5）的表面设有一层抗氧化膜。
