本发明涉及一种化工场所用灯,具有灯壳、灯罩、光源和电源;所述灯壳上开有散热通孔;所述灯罩与灯壳扣合,灯罩与灯壳之间设有隔板;所述光源安装在隔板上;所述电源安装固定在灯壳内的电路板上,且与光源电连接;所述光源为若干并联且环形阵列的LED芯片;所述隔板上对称开设有若干通孔;所述各通孔内镶嵌有一个扇片。本发明采用LED芯片,增加了发光亮度,延长了使用寿命;同时镶嵌有扇片,增强散热效果,进一步延长使用时间。

技术领域
    本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别涉及一种化工场所用灯。
背景技术
    现有技术中,化工场所所用的照明灯多为普通灯管,且灯罩多为玻璃或塑料材质,玻璃灯罩不易腐蚀,但容易破碎;而塑料材质的灯罩容易老化,且透光度不强;另一方面,普通灯管的使用寿命短,安全系数差,散热性不好。
发明内容
    本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种结构简单、成本低,使用寿命长的化工场所用灯。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种化工场所用灯,具有灯壳、灯罩、光源和电源;所述灯壳上开有散热通孔;所述灯罩与灯壳扣合,灯罩与灯壳之间设有隔板;所述光源安装在隔板上;所述电源安装固定在灯壳内的电路板上,且与光源电连接;所述光源为若干并联且环形阵列的LED芯片;所述隔板上对称开设有若干通孔;所述各通孔内镶嵌有一个扇片。
上述技术方案所述灯罩上还罩有网格型不锈钢防护罩。
上述技术方案所述灯罩表面涂覆有防腐层。
上述技术方案还具有反光罩;所述反光罩螺纹连接在灯壳的底部边缘。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本发明采用LED芯片,增加了发光亮度,延长了使用寿命;同时镶嵌有扇片,增强散热效果,进一步延长使用时间。
(2)本发明的灯罩上还罩有网格型不锈钢防护罩,可以起到防护作用,使整个装置不会轻易碰碎。
(3)本发明的灯罩表面涂覆有防腐层,可以减缓腐蚀的速度,延长使用寿命。
(4)本发明还具有反光罩;反光罩螺纹连接在灯壳的底部边缘;可以增强光线强度。

见图1和图2,本发明灯壳1、灯罩2、光源3和电源4;灯壳1上开有散热通孔7;灯罩2与灯壳1扣合,灯罩2与灯壳1之间设有隔板5;光源3安装在隔板5上;电源4安装固定在灯壳1内的电路板6上,且与光源3电连接;光源3为若干并联且环形阵列的LED芯片;隔板5上对称开设有三个通孔8;各通孔8内均镶嵌有一个扇片9。
灯罩2上还罩有网格型不锈钢防护罩10。
灯罩2表面涂覆有防腐层。
还具有反光罩11;反光罩11螺纹连接在灯壳1的底部边缘。

1.一种化工场所用灯,具有灯壳(1)、灯罩(2)、光源(3)和电源(4);所述灯壳(1)上开有散热通孔(7);所述灯罩(2)与灯壳(1)扣合,灯罩(2)与灯壳(1)之间设有隔板(5);所述光源(3)安装在隔板(5)上;所述电源(4)安装固定在灯壳(1)内的电路板(6)上,且与光源(3)电连接;其特征在于:所述光源(3)为若干并联且环形阵列的LED芯片;所述隔板(5)上对称开设有若干通孔(8);所述各通孔(8)内镶嵌有一个扇片(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化工场所用灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(2)上还罩有网格型不锈钢防护罩(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的化工场所用灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩(2)表面涂覆有防腐层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的化工场所用灯,其特征在于:还具有反光罩(11);所述反光罩(11)螺纹连接在灯壳(1)的底部边缘。
