本实用新型涉及LED照明领域,特别涉及一种LED蜡烛灯。背景技术[0002]目前,LED光源以寿命长、无污染、光效高等特点正逐步替代白炽灯和荧光灯光源,故而出现了用LED作为光源的LED蜡烛灯。LED蜡烛灯一般包括灯头、散热器、灯罩和固定在散热器上的LED光源,散热问题是LED灯具领域中一直在研究的课题,散热器散热效果的优劣直接关系到LED蜡烛灯的发光效果及寿命。现有的LED蜡烛灯散热器一般为铝制散热器,体积较大,散热效果也还有待提高。而且蜡烛灯为提高光效、减少散光,而在LED光源上罩一反光罩,但现有的LED反光罩反射面比较小,只能将LED光源发出的大角度的光线进行聚光反射,其聚光效果不强,而且反光罩只能应用在光源安装在侧壁面上的LED蜡烛灯中,其应用范围受限。[0003] °发光,减少暗影。[0016]另外,本实用新型通过在散热座的侧壁上设置散热槽,使散热座与空气之间的接触面积增大,从而提高散热速度;并通过在散热座的上端面和至少两个散热槽之间相对应的位置处设置可形成空气对流的通风槽,外部空气可从一通风槽流进灯具内部,灯具内部的空气又从另一通风槽流出,使灯具内部的空气与外部的空气之间形成空气对流,实现灯具内、外部的空气流通,流出的空气将灯具内部的热量带出,从而加速散热,使LED光源的温度保持在正常的工作温度范围内,从而延长LED光源的使用寿命,本实用新型的散热器的散热效果优异。附图说明[0017] 一体成型的散热座10,导热柱11固定在散热座10的上端面的中央,导热柱11呈圆柱状,在导热柱11的上端面的中央位置设有与LED光源6适配的光源安装槽110。LED光源6为贴片式LED光源6,在光源安装槽110中设有安装孔,LED光源6通过螺钉贴合固定在光源安装槽110中。在LED光源6上罩设有一导光件2,该导光件2盖设在光源安装槽110上,导光件2由置于上端的凸透镜20及绕凸透镜20的边缘竖直向下延伸形成的用于出光的导光壁21组成,这样,LED光源6发出的小角度光线经凸透镜20射出,LED光源6发出的大角度光线经导光壁21射出,LED光源6发出的小角度光线经过凸透镜20时发生折射,可实现聚光,从而减少虚光,提高出光效率。凸透镜20的上、下端面均呈向内凹进的倒圆锥形,可提高聚光效果。[0030] 在导光壁21的外壁面上设有用于提高出光率的反射条210,反射条210呈环形,设有两条,均环绕在导光壁21的外壁面上;反射条210的横截面呈等腰三角形,包括一底面和两相对称的倾斜面,反射条210的底面与导光壁21的侧壁贴合,其两倾斜面为反光面。LED光源6发出的大角度光线从导光壁21导出时,光线经反射条210上的反光面反射,反光面将光线聚集,并反射出去,提高出光效率,使有效光亮度提高,并同时达到改变配光,出光均匀的目的,使光线从导光壁21均匀射出,实现灯具的360°发光,减少暗影。[0031] 导光件2为透光的玻璃或亚克力材料制成,本实施例中的导光件2为亚克力材料制成。在光源安装槽110的周边设有两个用于固定导光件2的插孔111,在导光壁21的下端面上设有与插孔111对应且适配的插针22,通过插针22插入插孔111中,使导光件2固定在导热柱11的上端面上。[0032] 灯罩5连接固定在散热座10的上端面上,并将LED光源6罩在其内,用于保护LED光源6,并利于LED光源6发出的光线的均勻射出。[0033] LED光源6与导热柱11直接接触,导热柱11能将LED光源6产生的热量快速导出,从而降低LED光源6的温度。在散热座10的侧壁上均匀设有若干竖向向内凹进的条形散热槽100,散热槽100绕散热器I的中心轴均匀排列,通过在散热座10的侧壁上设置散热槽100,使散热座10与空气之间的接触面积增大,从而提高散热速度。在所有散热槽100中的其中至少两个散热槽100内与散热座10的上端面上相互对应的位置处设有可形成空气对流的通风槽101,通风槽101由设置在散热座10上端面上的第一切口和设置在散热槽100内的第二切口组成,第一切口与灯罩5内部相通,第二切口与灯具外部空气相通,第一切口与第二切口相互对应连通,从而使灯罩5内的空气与灯具外部的空气流通;第一切口与第二切口之间采用一次性镂空切割形成,制作工序简单。至少两个通风槽101的设置,使外部空气可从一通风槽101流进灯罩5内部,灯罩5内部的空气又从另一通风槽101流出,从而灯罩5内部的空气与外部的空气之间形成自然空气对流,实现灯具内、外部的空气流通,流出的空气将灯罩5内的热量带出,从而加速散热,使LED光源6的温度保持在正常的工作温度范围内,延长LED光源6的使用寿命。[0034] 本实施例中通风槽101设有十个,并均匀绕导热柱11设置。第一切口可设为圆形、椭圆形或多边形,同一实施例中的的第一切口的形状可不相同,本实施例中第一切口呈圆形,其中有两对称的第一切口的直径比其他第一切口的大。[0035] 本实施例中的散热座10呈圆台形,为中空设置,散热座10内的空腔为电源容置腔12,在电源容置腔12内安装有与LED光源6电气连接的LED驱动器,LED驱动器驱动LED光源6发光。在电源容置腔12内与其中两个相对散热器I的中心轴对称的通风槽101对应的位置处设有第三切口,两个第三切口相对散热器I的中心轴对称设置,第三切口与对应的通风槽101相通,第三切口与直径较大的第一切口对应,第三切口与对应的第一切口、第二切口连通,与第二切口、第三切口连通的第一切口横置在第二切口和第三切口的正上方。在灯头座3上均匀设有若干与电源容置腔12相通的通风孔30,通风孔30绕灯头座3的中心轴设置,灯具外部的空气可从通风孔30流进电源容置腔12内,并通过第三切口和通风槽101将电源容置腔12内的空气流出,形成空气对流。第三切口和通风孔30的设置使电源容置腔12内的空气通过通风槽101与外部空气形成空气对流,使电源容置腔12内的热气被流动空气带出,从而降低电源容置腔12内的温度,使LED驱动器工作在正常的工作温度范围内,延长LED驱动器的使用寿命。[0036] 在散热座10的下端内壁面上设有用于与灯头座3连接的螺纹,散热器I与灯头座3之间通过螺纹连接固定。散热器I和灯头座3均为陶瓷材料制成,陶瓷材料的导热率不小于20W/ (m*K),导热性能极好,而且陶瓷特有的毛细结构可加速散热,陶瓷材料本身还具有很高的红外辐射率,可通过热辐射来加速散热,散热效果优异,能快速的将LED光源6产生的热量传导、散发出去,保证LED光源6在正常的工作温度范围内发光,从而减慢光衰,延长LED芯片的使用寿命;陶瓷制散热件的散热效率是金属制散热件的几倍甚至几十倍,从而同等的散热效率的陶瓷制散热件的体积较金属制散热件的体积小,从而可降低整灯的体积和重量。[0037]
