Abstract
本发明公开了一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,包括阀体,阀体的排烟口处从上往下设置有若干叶片,叶片为铁叶片,所有叶片盖住排烟口,叶片与垂直面之间具有夹角,叶片上设置有横向的轴孔,轴孔内穿有转轴,转轴的两端设置在阀体的内部上,转轴将叶片分为上叶片和下叶片,下叶片的重量大于上叶片的重量,阀体内还设置有第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁,第一电磁铁位于叶片的上游,用以吸引上叶片,第一电磁铁到转轴的距离不小于上叶片的宽度,第二电磁铁位于叶片的下游,用以吸引下叶片,第二电磁铁到转轴的距离不小于下叶片的宽度。本发明结构简单,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,属于烟道排烟技术领域。
背景技术
排烟阀是安装在机械排烟系统各支管端部处,平时呈关闭状态并满足漏风量需求,排烟时通过手动或者电动打开,其排烟作用。现在的排烟阀基本全是通过驱动装置自动打开的,但是这种驱动装置的结构较为复杂。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,包括阀体,所述阀体的排烟口处从上往下设置有若干叶片,所述叶片为铁叶片,所有叶片盖住排烟口,所述叶片与垂直面之间具有夹角,所述叶片上设置有横向的轴孔,所述轴孔内穿有转轴,所述转轴的两端设置在阀体的内部上,所述转轴将叶片分为上叶片和下叶片,所述下叶片的重量大于上叶片的重量,所述阀体内还设置有第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁,所述第一电磁铁位于叶片的上游,用以吸引上叶片,所述第一电磁铁到转轴的距离不小于上叶片的宽度,所述第二电磁铁位于叶片的下游,用以吸引下叶片,所述第二电磁铁到转轴的距离不小于下叶片的宽度。
所述阀体的排烟口为管状结构。
所述第一电磁铁为环形电磁铁,
所述第二电磁铁为环形电磁铁。
所述第一电磁铁的中心轴线、第二电磁铁的中心轴线以及排烟口的中心轴线在同一条直线上。
所述第一电磁铁的侧壁与阀体的侧壁帖靠,所述第二电磁铁的侧壁与阀体的侧壁帖靠。
本发明所达到的有益效果:本发明在排烟时,对第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁通电,用第一电磁铁吸引和第二电磁铁分别吸引上叶片和下叶片,使叶片打开,当停止排烟时,第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁断电,上叶片和下叶片在各自重量的作用下复位;本发明结构简单,成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1和2所示,一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,包括阀体,阀体的排烟口为管状结构,阀体的排烟口处从上往下设置有若干叶片,叶片为铁叶片,所有叶片盖住排烟口,叶片与垂直面之间具有夹角,叶片上设置有横向的轴孔,轴孔内穿有转轴,转轴的两端设置在阀体的内部上,转轴将叶片分为上叶片3和下叶片4,下叶片4的重量大于上叶片3的重量,阀体内还设置有第一电磁铁2和第二电磁铁1,第一电磁铁2和第二电磁铁1均为环形电磁铁,第一电磁铁2的侧壁与阀体的侧壁帖靠,第二电磁铁1的侧壁与阀体的侧壁帖靠,第一电磁铁2的中心轴线、第二电磁铁1的中心轴线以及排烟口的中心轴线在同一条直线上,第一电磁铁2位于叶片的上游,用以吸引上叶片3,第一电磁铁2到转轴的距离不小于上叶片3的宽度,第二电磁铁1位于叶片的下游,用以吸引下叶片4,第二电磁铁1到转轴的距离不小于下叶片4的宽度。
上述的排烟阀,在在排烟时,对第一电磁铁2和第二电磁铁1通电,用第一电磁铁2吸引和第二电磁铁1分别吸引上叶片3和下叶片4,使叶片打开;当停止排烟时,第一电磁铁2和第二电磁铁1断电,上叶片3和下叶片4在各自重量的作用下复位;本发明结构简单,成本低。

1.一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,所述阀体的排烟口处从上往下设置有若干叶片,所述叶片为铁叶片,所有叶片盖住排烟口,所述叶片与垂直面之间具有夹角,所述叶片上设置有横向的轴孔,所述轴孔内穿有转轴,所述转轴的两端设置在阀体的内部上,所述转轴将叶片分为上叶片和下叶片,所述下叶片的重量大于上叶片的重量,所述阀体内还设置有第一电磁铁和第二电磁铁,所述第一电磁铁位于叶片的上游,用以吸引上叶片,所述第一电磁铁到转轴的距离不小于上叶片的宽度,所述第二电磁铁位于叶片的下游,用以吸引下叶片,所述第二电磁铁到转轴的距离不小于下叶片的宽度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的排烟口为管状结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,其特征在于:所述第一电磁铁为环形电磁铁,
根据权利要求3所述的一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,其特征在于:所述第二电磁铁为环形电磁铁。
4.根据权利要求4所述的一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,其特征在于:所述第一电磁铁的中心轴线、第二电磁铁的中心轴线以及排烟口的中心轴线在同一条直线上。
5.根据权利要求5所述的一种通过电磁铁控制的排烟阀,其特征在于:所述第一电磁铁的侧壁与阀体的侧壁帖靠,所述第二电磁铁的侧壁与阀体的侧壁帖靠。
