技术领域
本发明涉及输送带生产领域,特别是涉及一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶。
背景技术
正常条件下,钢丝绳芯输送带的使用寿命与覆盖胶耐磨性能成正比。在输送带运行过程中,上覆盖胶持续受到形状各异的散装固体物料冲击、摩擦,厚度逐渐减小,当上覆盖胶磨损到一定程度,水分易渗入输送带内部,锈蚀钢丝绳,此时必须更换输送带。随着生产效率的提高,输送带输送物料尺寸、运行速度加快,对覆盖胶的磨损加重。而国内输送带生产厂家、使用企业未对覆盖胶性能改进足够重视,多以增大覆盖胶厚度达到延长输送带使用寿命的目的,所以,生产出一种拉伸强度、磨耗量、拉断伸长率高的传送带覆盖胶成为了亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术上的不足,本发明目的是提供一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,由下列质量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶100~150份,顺丁橡胶100~150份,补强填充剂60~80份,活化剂5~7份,硫化剂3~5份,防护剂2~5份,增塑剂5~10份。
优选的,由下列质量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶100份,顺丁橡胶100份,补强填充剂60份,活化剂6份,硫化剂3.8份,防护剂3份,增塑剂8份。
优选的,所述补强填充剂为炭黑220。
优选的,所述硫化剂的组成成分为硫磺和硫磺给予体促进液DTDM。
优选的,所述防护剂的组成成分为防老剂4010NA、RD和微晶石蜡。
本发明的有益效果:利用本发明生产出的钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率高,且磨损率低使用寿命长。

实施例1:一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,由下列质量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶100份,顺丁橡胶100份,补强填充剂60份,活化剂6份,硫化剂3.8份,防护剂3份,增塑剂8份。
其中,所述补强填充剂为炭黑220。
其中,所述硫化剂的组成成分为硫磺和硫磺给予体促进液DTDM。
其中,所述防护剂的组成成分为防老剂4010NA、RD和微晶石蜡。
本发明提供一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,利用本发明生产出的钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率高,且磨损率低使用寿命长。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,其特征在于,由下列质量份数的原料组成:天然橡胶100份,顺丁橡胶100份,补强填充剂60份,活化剂6份,硫化剂3.8份,防护剂3份,增塑剂8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,其特征在于,所述补强填充剂为炭黑220。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳芯输送带耐磨型覆盖胶,其特征在于,所述硫化剂的组成成分为硫磺和硫磺给予体促进液DTDM。
