本发明提供了一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,包括小拉杆螺钉、小拉杆弹簧、压紧块、上精定位块、下精定位块、滑块体、T型槽导向块、导柱压板、浮动板、压板螺钉、浮动板导柱、导套、浮动板弹簧、浮动板拉杆螺钉、顶杆;浮动板弹簧对浮动板起顶托作用,其始终处于压缩状态;小拉杆弹簧安装于小拉杆螺钉上,且始终处于压缩状态;采用上述技术方案提供的本发明机构及其模具,在塑料产品模塑成型时,侧边有凹槽位且凹槽所在位置包紧力较大,增加本机构以辅助顶出,既能有效降低模具设计复杂程度,又能保证顶出时的产品成型质量,降低了模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具。
背景技术
如图1所示,塑料制品模具成型时,侧边有凹槽位且凹槽所在位置包紧力较大需要配合顶杆辅助顶出时,须设计有侧边抽芯和辅助顶出机构。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利;为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案:一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,包括小拉杆螺钉、小拉杆弹簧、压紧块、上精定位块、下精定位块、滑块体、T型槽导向块、导柱压板、浮动板、压板螺钉、浮动板导柱、导套、浮动板弹簧、浮动板拉杆螺钉、顶杆。
    作为优选,所述小拉杆螺钉、小拉杆弹簧、压紧块、上精定位块安装于模具模板上;小拉杆弹簧安装于小拉杆螺钉上,且始终处于压缩状态,对上精定位块起顶推作用;下精定位块通过螺钉紧固安装于滑块体上。
    作为优选,所述T型槽导向块安装于模具模板上。
    作为优选,所述滑块体通过T型槽安装于浮动板,其上安装有下精定位块,并通过T型槽与T型槽导向块联结。
 作为优选,所述浮动板上通过压板螺钉紧固安装有浮动板导柱,浮动板拉杆螺钉穿过浮动板套有浮动板弹簧与模具模板紧固联结;导套安装于模具模板上;浮动板弹簧对浮动板起顶托作用,其始终处于压缩状态。
有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,在塑料产品模塑成型时,侧边有凹槽位且凹槽所在位置包紧力较大,增加本机构以辅助顶出,既能有效降低模具设计复杂程度,又能保证顶出时的产品成型质量,降低了模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本;结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利。

具体实施方式
图2-3所示为本发明相关说明图;
 一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,包括小拉杆螺钉1、小拉杆弹簧2、压紧块3、上精定位块4、下精定位块5、滑块体6、T型槽导向块7、导柱压板8、浮动板9、压板螺钉10、浮动板导柱11、导套12、浮动板弹簧13、浮动板拉杆螺钉14、顶杆15,如图2所示。
所述小拉杆螺钉1、小拉杆弹簧2、压紧块3、上精定位块4安装于模具模板上;小拉杆弹簧2安装于小拉杆螺钉1上,且始终处于压缩状态,对上精定位块4起顶推作用;下精定位块5通过螺钉紧固安装于滑块体6上。
所述T型槽导向块7安装于模具模板上。
所述滑块体6通过T型槽安装于浮动板9,其上安装有下精定位块5,并通过T型槽与T型槽导向块7联结。
所述浮动板9上通过压板螺钉10紧固安装有浮动板导柱11,浮动板拉杆螺钉14穿过浮动板9套有浮动板弹簧13与模具模板紧固联结;导套12安装于模具模板上;浮动板弹簧13对浮动板9起顶托作用,其始终处于压缩状态。
     进一步,为便于本发明的工作原理说明,图3中需指出的模具结构零件包括下模座板16、顶针推板17、顶针盖板18、型芯固定板19、型芯镶件20、型腔镶件21、型腔固定板22、上模座板23,对应的,所述小拉杆螺钉1、小拉杆弹簧2、压紧块3、上精定位块4安装于模具模板型腔固定板22上;所述T型槽导向块7安装于模具模板型芯固定板19上;所述浮动板9上通过压板螺钉10紧固安装有浮动板导柱11,浮动板拉杆螺钉14穿过浮动板9套有浮动板弹簧13与模具模板型芯固定板19紧固联结;导套12安装于模具模板型芯固定板19上。
实际工作时,如图3所示,其运动工作原理如下:
   1)产品与型腔分离 模具型腔打开后,在注塑机顶杆的拉动下,模具动模部分与定模部分逐步分离,此时,小拉杆螺钉1、小拉杆弹簧2、压紧块3、上精定位块4、型腔镶件21、型腔固定板22、上模座板23将留于注塑机定模板一侧;下精定位块5、滑块体6、T型槽导向块7、导柱压板8、浮动板9、压板螺钉10、浮动板导柱11、导套12、浮动板弹簧13、浮动板拉杆螺钉14、顶杆15、下模座板16、顶针推板17、顶针盖板18、型芯固定板19、型芯镶件20将跟随注塑机顶杆后退;与此同时,小拉杆弹簧2将推动上精定位块4跟随下精定位块5、滑块体6一起推出,顶住滑块体6,不让其向上冒出,从而完成型腔镶件21与产品的分离;
  2)产品辅助顶出  模具动模部分与定模部分继续分离,待型腔镶件21与产品的分离接近结束时,注塑机顶杆推动顶针推板17及顶杆15开始将产品顶出型芯镶件20,此刻浮动板弹簧13克服小拉杆弹簧2的弹簧力将推动浮动板9及滑块体6在浮动板导柱11、导套12的导向下,向上浮动顶出;滑块体6边顶出边在T型槽导向块7的T型槽导向下,沿浮动板9上的T型槽向右滑动抽出,完成产品侧边扣位处的侧抽芯;待滑块体6与产品的完全脱离接触后,辅助顶出动作完成,顶杆15继续将产品顶出,直至产品完全脱离型芯镶件20;
  3)复位  复位时,在模具型腔闭合前,注塑机顶杆将推动动模部分复位,下精定位块5首先与上精定位块4接触,在小拉杆弹簧2的弹力压迫下,将迫使下精定位块5、滑块体6沿T型槽导向块7的T型槽、浮动板9的T型槽复位,直到最后将浮动板9一起压回复位,模具完全闭合,等待下一个注塑循环开始。

1.一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,包括小拉杆螺钉(1)、小拉杆弹簧(2)、压紧块(3)、上精定位块(4)、下精定位块(5)、滑块体(6)、T型槽导向块(7)、导柱压板(8)、浮动板(9)、压板螺钉(10)、浮动板导柱(11)、导套(12)、浮动板弹簧(13)、浮动板拉杆螺钉(14)、顶杆(15)。
2.根据权利要求1一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,所述小拉杆螺钉(1)、小拉杆弹簧(2)、压紧块(3)、上精定位块(4)安装于模具模板上;小拉杆弹簧(2)安装于小拉杆螺钉(1)上,且始终处于压缩状态,对上精定位块(4)起顶推作用;下精定位块(5)通过螺钉紧固安装于滑块体(6)上。
3.根据权利要求1一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,所述T型槽导向块(7)安装于模具模板上。
4.根据权利要求1一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,所述滑块体(6)通过T型槽安装于浮动板(9),其上安装有下精定位块(5),并通过T型槽与T型槽导向块(7)联结。
5.根据权利要求1一种动模弹块式侧抽芯脱模机构及其模具,所述浮动板(9)上通过压板螺钉(10)紧固安装有浮动板导柱(11),浮动板拉杆螺钉(14)穿过浮动板(9)套有浮动板弹簧(13)与模具模板紧固联结;导套(12)安装于模具模板上;浮动板弹簧(13)对浮动板(9)起顶托作用,其始终处于压缩状态。
