技术领域
本发明涉及一种防紫外线透气性舒适性好面料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对穿着的要求也越来越高，面料越来越讲究，除了环保、时尚、物美价廉，也要舒适、多功能。然而常规的面料不具备防紫外线的功能，同时也不具备防静电、抗辐射等有利于身体健康的功能。
而紫外线在日光中约占6%，其中UV-A的比例较大，UV-B比例较小。UV-A会透过表皮组织下面，使肌肉失去弹性，皮肤粗糙，造成皱纹，UV-B则有致皮肤癌问题。同时静电和辐射无处不在，同样也会对人体产生不良的影响。
另外，一般的衣服透气性舒适性不好。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种可以防紫外线，且具有防静电、抗辐射功能的防紫外线透气性舒适性好面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明防紫外线透气性舒适性好面料，包括下棉布层、羊毛层和上棉布层，所述下棉布层下面复合有一基层，所述羊毛层设于下棉布层和上棉布层之间，所述上棉布层的表面覆有一层防静电层，该防静电层由包芯丝纤维制成，该纤维包括纱线和金属丝，所述金属丝缠绕在纱线上，所述防静电层的表面设有防紫外线层，该防紫外线层是一个经氧化锌处理过的无纺布，该无纺布上吸附有超细氧化锌粒子，所述下棉布层、羊毛层、上棉布层、防静电层和防紫外线层的相邻两层之间通过胶水粘合；所述基层由织物制成，所述织物由粘胶纤维丝和蚕丝1/1平纹梭织而成，所述粘胶纤维丝的单丝直径为0.8μm ~1.5μm。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
这种防紫外线透气性舒适性好面料表面的防紫外线层是一个经氧化锌处理过的无纺布，该无纺布上吸附有超细氧化锌粒子，其紫外线屏蔽率可达89%，同时纱线和金属丝组成包芯丝后形成防静电层，使得面料具有特殊的刚性，且具有防静电、抗辐射的效果。
本发明织物采用粘胶纤维丝其生产原料为大自然中的树木，生产中无副产物。织物吸湿性好，又有合成纤维那样的高强度，尺寸稳定性好，水洗缩率较小，织物柔软，有丝绸般光泽。当有温度时，织物会膨胀，可以在防雨水和雪的侵入的同时，仍保持良好的透气性，织物具有天丝纤维一样的舒适性。
