技术领域
本发明涉及一种色泽度高天鹅绒面料。
背景技术
天鹅绒是以绒经在织物表面构成绒圈或绒毛的丝织物名。天鹅绒有花、素两类，素天鹅绒表面全部为绒圈，而花天鹅绒则将部分绒圈按花纹割断成绒毛，使之与未割的绒圈相间构成花纹，可用桑蚕丝作经，棉纱作纬交织的地组织上，以桑蚕丝或人造丝起绒圈。天鹅绒的绒毛或绒圈紧密耸立，色光文雅，富丽华贵，坚牢耐磨，可用于制做服装、帽子、沙发套、窗帘、装饰物等。但是天鹅绒布，其经纬两向张力不均匀，纬线方向弹性较大，在使用其作为面料制造产品过程中，容易因为拉伸产生的形变而造成加工困难或材料浪费，使用其做出的产品也存在不饱满、容易被拉伸等缺点。
另外，传统的服装所采用的织物存在弹性不好，色泽度不高和布质厚重等不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种既具有天鹅绒的色光文雅、富丽华贵、坚牢耐磨等特性，又不易发生形变，富有弹性，吸湿透气，且具有防静电、抗辐射功能的色泽度高天鹅绒面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的：
本发明色泽度高天鹅绒面料，包括天鹅绒布，该天鹅绒布的下面设有海绵层，海绵层的下面设有防静电层，该防静电层由包芯丝纤维制成，该纤维包括纱线和金属丝，所述金属丝缠绕在纱线上，防静电层的下面设有基层，所述天鹅绒布、海绵层和基层的相邻两层之间均通过胶水来粘合；所述基层由织物制成，所述织物包括基布层，所述基布层具有第一表面和第二表面，所述基布层的第一表面和第二表面至少有一个表面设有防水涂层，所述基布层的组织结构为重纬结构，由一组经纱和两组纬纱交织而成，所述经纱为150D涤粘纱，纬纱为R3.5N涤粘纱+300D有光涤粘网络丝。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
这种色泽度高天鹅绒面料由于最上层为天鹅绒布，其表面色光文雅、富丽华贵、坚牢耐磨，同时由于中间层、最下层是各方向张力均匀的海绵层和各方向张力均匀的基层，使得色泽度高天鹅绒面料经纬两向的张力均匀，各项延展性能均匀，降低了色泽度高天鹅绒面料形变的可能性，由于海绵富有弹性，海绵为透气材料，所以这种色泽度高天鹅绒面料具备弹性好、吸湿透气的特性，防静电层使得面料具有特殊的刚性，并且弯曲可变，闪耀金属光泽，手感细腻，具有防静电、抗辐射的效果。
本发明所采用的织物通过在基布层的第一表面和第二表面的至少一个表面设置防水涂层，提高了织物的防水性能；采用了150D涤粘纱作为经纱和R3.5N涤粘纱+300D有光涤粘网络丝作为纬纱交织而成的重纬设置，使得该织物具有弹性好，色泽度高，布质轻薄的优点。

参见图1和图2，本发明涉及一种色泽度高天鹅绒面料，它包括天鹅绒布1，该天鹅绒布1的下面设有海绵层2，海绵层2的下面设有防静电层3，该防静电层3由包芯丝纤维制成，该纤维包括纱线3.1和金属丝3.2，所述金属丝3.2缠绕在纱线3.1上，纱线3.1和金属丝3.2组成包芯丝后使得面料具有特殊的刚性，并且弯曲可变，闪耀金属光泽，手感细腻，具有防静电、抗辐射的效果，防静电层3的下面设有基层4，所述天鹅绒布1、海绵层2和基层4的相邻两层之间均通过胶水来粘合。
由于最上层为天鹅绒布，其表面色光文雅、富丽华贵、坚牢耐磨，同时由于中间层、最下层是各方向张力均匀的海绵层和各方向张力均匀的基层，使得色泽度高天鹅绒面料经纬两向的张力均匀，各项延展性能均匀，降低了色泽度高天鹅绒面料形变的可能性，由于海绵富有弹性，海绵为透气材料，所以这种色泽度高天鹅绒面料具备弹性好、吸湿透气的特性，防静电层使得面料具有特殊的刚性，并且弯曲可变，闪耀金属光泽，手感细腻，具有防静电、抗辐射的效果。
