Abstract
本发明实施例公开了切换方法及装置。上述方法包括:第一基站向第二基站发送用户设备UE的切换准备消息,以便第二基站建立UE的上下文信息并准备预留资源;第一基站在确定出需要第二基站释放预留资源时,向第二基站发起资源释放指示,指示第二基站释放预留资源,同时保留UE的上下文信息。可见,在第一基站的指示下,第二基站释放了预留资源但保留了UE的上下文信息,UE就能在第二基站内重建成功,从而优化了切换方式。
