本发明实施例提供一种无线局域网选择方法、装置和设备，该方法包括：接收网管系统OAM配置的无线局域网WLAN选择策略信息；根据所述WLAN选择策略信息判断是否指示终端UE进行至少一个运营商无线局域网接入点WLAN AP搜索选择；若是，则指示所述UE进行所述至少一个运营商WLAN AP搜索选择；或者，若否，则指示所述UE不进行所述运营商WLAN AP搜索选择；其中，所述运营商WLAN AP搜索选择包括所述运营商WLAN AP搜索，或，所述运营商WLAN AP搜索和所述运营商WLAN AP选择接入。本发明实施例提供的方法，降低了UE的WLAN AP选择接入的方式所带来的UE的耗电量。
