背景技术
呼吸操作式装置的若干实施例在本领域是已知的。此外,存在几个选择的装置,这些装置包括使用吸入能量和压力施加以产生致动触发的部件。例如US 6,581,590公开了一种由抽吸管形成的致动器机构,所述抽吸管把嘴件与膜片构件连通并且为用户提供空气。这作用于单一空气流动之上并且操作闩锁机构,其中随着罐致动器滑离膜片构件,空气进入装置。另外,US 6,318,366提供了用于气动操作式气体需求设备的供给阀和膜片。此外,WO2006/079751公开了一种触发机构,其释放供吸入的药物,这可以在推注(bolus)过程中输送液体制剂。
这些装置操作开/关构造,借此,指定的呼吸激活系统以给定的流动速率基于触发来输送设定推注,然后一旦已经发射推注将关闭。

该叶片系统作为具体用在吸入器中的紧凑的呼吸式操作阀是卓有成效的。然而,现在它已经加以改进以提供增强的操作。
设计模拟香烟的一个重要方面在于使使用模拟香烟的体验尽可能接近真实的吸烟体验。当用户在香烟上进行吮吸时,例如,与为打开主要设计用于药用目的的吸入器(比如哮喘吸入器—)所需的抽吸比较,他们使用相当低的吸入流动速率。与可能需要高达60L/m流动速率用于肺沉积的干粉吸入器比较,这可以在1L/m的范围内。
理想的是具有呼吸操作阀,打开呼吸操作阀的抽吸力尽可能接近用户吸烟的抽吸力。在实践中,理想的是以尽可能最低的吸入流动速率实现阀的触发,以在吸入周期期间确保一致的汲取感觉。有了更高的触发点,就需要更大的抽吸,并且这引发阀触发的机构和“开/关”方面更多的二重模式。这也必须在与香烟相同大小的吸入器内侧可用空间的界限内完成。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种吸入器,该吸入器包括:
可吸入组合物的贮存器;
壳体,所述壳体容纳所述贮存器并且具有出口端;
组合物流动路径,所述组合物流动路径用于所述组合物从所述贮存器流动并且从位于所述壳体的所述出口端处的组合物出口流出;
阀元件,所述阀元件由偏置力偏置到所述阀元件闭合所述组合物流动路径的位置;
柔性膜片,所述柔性膜片被布置成使所述阀元件移动;以及
由所述膜片的一侧部分地限定的第一空气流动路径和由所述膜片的相反侧部分地限定的第二空气流动路径,每个流动路径具有在所述出口端处开口的出口,并且所述第二流动路径具有在所述出口端的上游的入口,其中,这些空气流动路径被布置成使得在所述出口端处的抽吸导致所述第一空气流动路径中的压力相对于所述第二空气流动路径中的压力减小,从在所述膜片两侧产生压差,该压差使所述膜片移动并因而使所述阀元件克服所述偏置力而移动,以打开所述组合物流动路径。
因此,本发明提供了两个流动路径,这两个流动路径被布置成使得当施加抽吸时在所述膜片的两侧的压力变化得到增强。与其中仅存在横跨所述膜片的顶部的单一空气流动路径的WO 2011/015826比较,所述呼吸操作阀的灵敏度得到大大增强。在WO 2011/015826的所述膜片之下,唯一的出口为组合物出口。因此,随着所述膜片的上移,它之下的空间扩大,从而导致压降。这实际上用作打开所述阀的制动。通过具有所述第二流动路径,气体没有固定的体积来膨胀,从而去除了制动并增强了所述阀的灵敏度。该机构可以对用户的呼吸是敏感的,从而将吸入能量校准为制剂的输送量,由于产生用户可以控制并因而轻松地自提速(self-tritrate)超过多剂量的制剂的装置。
优选地,当抽吸施加到所述出口端时,所述第二空气流动路径中的压力基本保持在大气压。
优选地,所述第二空气流动路径被构造成使得当抽吸施加在所述出口端处时,所述第二空气流动路径中的压力没有增加。
优选地,所述第二流动路径在所述第二流动路径的上游端处的打开面积大于所述第二流动路径在所述出口端处的打开面积。这将导致所述第二流动路径中的压力在施加抽吸时通过在所述出口端处的所述开口两侧产生更高压降而增加。
所述第一流动路径在其上游端处的开口可以小于在所述出口端处的所述开口。然而,优选地,所述第一流动路径是闭口流动路径,该闭口流动路径除在所述出口端处开口之外是闭合的。由此,所述出口端处的抽吸将简单有效地汲取空气离开所述第一空气流动路径。
所述组合物流动路径可以与所述第一空气流动路径布置在所述膜片的同一侧。在这种情况下,所述阀元件不得不有效地“通达(reach around)”所述组合物流动路径,并且朝向所述组合物流动路径往回偏置。优选地,所述组合物流动路径与所述第二流动路径处于所述膜片的同一侧。这为所述阀元件提供了更简单结构。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及用于比如在WO 2011/015826中公开的吸入器的出口阀的改进。对于该装置及其补给机构的进一步细节,参照WO 2009/001078。
如图1示出的,该装置包括壳体1,壳体1大致分为两个部分。远侧部分是贮存器2,而近侧部分是呼吸激活阀机构3。在远端4处为允许填充贮存器的补给阀5。贮存器可包含如PCT/GB2011/000285中公开的芯(wick)6。在相对端处为将在下面更详细地描述的出口端7。
如图6最佳示出的,贮存器具有与远端4相邻的部分8,该部分在该点处基本占据吸入器的整个横截面。更接近出口端7的第二部分9占据吸入器的相对较小部分的横截面,这是因为如图6示出的,吸入器的该部分还容纳下面描述的阀机构并且为也在下面描述的空气流动路径提供空间。
如可以从图1和图3看到的,贮存器的该第二部分9是与壳体1相同的模制部分,并且沿着吸入器的下部延伸。
采用两端敞开的管形式的弹性插件10从远端插入,但在如图6示出的入口路径的近端处形成出口流动路径。该弹性插件10正常情况下被由弹簧12向下偏置的阀元件11压紧闭合。该压紧闭合的阀机构更详细地描述于WO 2011/015825中。
阀元件11是叶片13的沿着吸入器的出口端的大部分延伸的部分。叶片13被膜片14包围,除使阀元件11突出通过的孔之外,膜片14横跨叶片13的整个下面延伸。该阀元件在其周界周围被密封至周围的壳体。在膜片14的远端处为纽结15,它为叶片13上下移动提供一定自由度。叶片13的相对端与填充到壳体中的周围框架一体,使得在框架和叶片之间存在直接连接,以提供使叶片绕其枢转的铰链。
现在将描述用于打开阀元件11以克服弹簧12的作用的机构。
这是通过第一空气流动路径16和第二空气流动路径17实现的。第一流动路径16在膜片14上方,其中流动路径的顶部由壳体部分18形成,一旦阀元件在合适的位置,壳体部分18就固定到壳体1。第一空气流动路径主要由第一空气流动路径出口孔19提供,第一空气流动路径出口孔19通向在膜片14上方由叶片13占据的空间。该流动路径没有其它孔。
第二空气流动路径17在膜片14下方,并且由一对第二空气流动路径入口孔20(仅其中一个在图2中示出)限定。在本示例中,第二空气流动路径实际上由从入口孔20沿着第二空气流动路径17延伸的两个分离路径限定;第二空气流动路径17在下表面上由壳体1限定和在其上表面处由膜片14限定并且与贮存器的第二部分9并排延伸到所述出口端,终止于一对第二空气流动路径出口孔21;第二空气流动路径出口孔21小于对应的入口孔20。经过第二空气流动路径的流动由图2下部和图3中的箭头描绘。沿着第二空气流动路径17设置挡板22,以增加该路径中的流动阻力。
当用户在出口端7上进行吮吸时,空气被吸出第一流动路径出口孔19,从而降低第一空气流动路径16中的压力。同时,空气通过第二流动路径空气入口孔20被汲取进来。叶片上方的压力减小和防止叶片下方的压力显著减小的组合导致了叶片上移,使膜片变形并且克服弹簧12的作用而提升阀元件。当用户在出口端上停止吮吸时,膜片上方和下方的压力平衡并且弹簧12使阀元件11返回到它压紧弹性插件10使之闭合的位置。
Claims (7)
1.一种吸入器,该吸入器包括:
可吸入组合物的贮存器;
壳体,所述壳体容纳所述贮存器并且具有出口端;
组合物流动路径,所述组合物流动路径用于所述组合物从所述贮存器流动并且从位于所述壳体的所述出口端处的组合物出口流出;
阀元件,所述阀元件由偏置力偏置到所述阀元件闭合所述组合物流动路径的位置;
柔性膜片,所述柔性膜片被布置成使所述阀元件移动;以及
