Abstract
本发明公开了一种电器设备防水触点,包括弹性金属变形膜、绝缘体、内部触点。所述防水触点具体是在内部触点和外部触点之间增加一种弹性金属变形膜;弹性金属变形膜把内部触点全覆盖,且形成了一个的密闭的空间;所述弹性变形膜在力的作用下改变形状,完成与内部触点的贴合与分离动作;所述触点就会产生两种工作状态:一种是可进行电信号和电能量传导的状态,另一种是不可进行电信号和电能量传导的状态,并在所述两种接口状态中完成切换。由于弹性变形膜与内部触点分离时不带电,又有防水效果,所以一个电器设备的多个上述的触点即使同时放入水中,彼此间也不会导电。是一种能对接触瞬间产生的电火花进行隔离,用于电信号和电能量传导的防水接口结构。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种电器设备防水触点,具体是一种用于电器设备与外部进行电信号和电能量传导的,能对接触瞬间产生的电火花进行隔离的,防水、导电的连接结构和连接方法。
背景技术
电器设备,尤其是可穿戴电器设备,经常要面对汗液、生活用水的安全威胁;传统接口的传导方式,是通过内部触点与外部触点的直接贴合与分离,实现数据交换和电能量传导的,防水效果不理想。
中国专利CN2013205547877公布了一种充电接口结构,包括绝缘体,其特征在于,还包括两电极,所述电极一端设有凸缘,所述凸缘环绕所述电极外周布置,所述绝缘体设有两通孔,所述通孔一开口处设有向内凹陷的台阶,两所述电极分别穿过所述通孔,所述凸缘抵接于所述台阶上,所述凸缘与所述台阶之间设置有密封圈。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单、合理、性能可靠的,能够解决上述问题的,用于电信号和电能量传导的触点式接口结构。
本发明的电器设备防水触点,是在内部触点和外部触点之间增加一种弹性金属变形膜;弹性金属变形膜把内部触点全覆盖,且有一定的空间距离,从而形成了一个的弹性金属防护罩;所述弹性变形膜在力的作用下改变形状,完成与内部触点的贴合与分离动作;所述触点就会产生两种工作状态:一种是可进行电信号和电能量传导的状态,另一种是不可进行电信号和电能量传导的状态,并在所述两种接口状态中完成切换。由于弹性变形膜与内部触点分离时,与设备处在电断路状态,又有防水效果,所以一个电器设备的多个上述的触点即使同时放入水中,彼此间也不会导电。
接口的具体技术方案是,在内部触点和外部触点之间增加一种弹性金属变形膜;弹性金属变形膜把内部触点全覆盖,且形成了一个的密闭的空间;内部触点、弹性变形膜固定在绝缘体上;所述内部触点和设备内电路连接;所述内部触点与所述活动触点保持有一定的空间距离;当受到挤压时,弹性变形膜改变形态与内部触点连接; 当不再挤压时,所述弹性金属变形膜恢复至初始状态,所述活动触点分别与内部触点、外部触点断开连接。
本发明具有结构简单、合理、防水性能可靠, 是一种能将接触瞬间产生的电火花进行隔离,用于电信号和电能量传导的触点式防水接口结构。

Claims (5)
1.电器设备防水触点,包括弹性金属变形膜(1)、内部触点(2)、绝缘体(3),其特征在于弹性金属变形膜(1)在内部触点(1)与外部触点(4)之间进行电信号、电能量传导的过程中发挥了导电桥接和防水、隔离作用。
2.权利要求1所述的弹性金属变形膜(1),其特征在于其是在内部触点(2)和外部触点(4)之间的内部触点(2)的一个弹性金属防护罩,通过形态变化分别完成与外部触点、内部触点的连接与分离动作。
3.权利要求1所述的弹性金属变形膜(1),其特征还在于其不与外部触点(4)、内部触点(2)中的何任一方接触时,不存在与上述两者之间任何一方的电路连通,金属变形膜(1)与内部触点(2)通过绝缘体固定相对位置。
4.权利要求1所述的内部触点(2) 其特征在于其与设备内部存在电路连接。
5.权利要求1所述的弹性金属变形膜(1)其特征还在于其特征在于弹性金属变形膜(1)在内部触点(1)与外部触点(4)之间进行电信号、电能量传导的过程中发挥了导电桥接和防水、隔离作用。
