Abstract

一种用于建筑的超轻质墙体板(砖)及其制作方法,主要特点是用10~50mm长的玉米芯块经树脂胶浸泡后,进行干燥制成树脂包容玉米芯块状物;再将树脂包窝玉米块状物、水泥、水按1.5∶1∶0.45配比(体积比)的混合物,经搅拌,用模具压制,经养护制成。具有强度高,抗弯,抗折性能好,取材方便,成本低廉,体轻等优点。

Description

超轻质墙体板或砌块及其制作方法
一种用于建筑的超轻质墙体板或砌块及其制作方法。
现有由水泥、珍珠岩组成的GRC墙体板的不足之处在于:强度低、密度大、保温效果较差、成本较高。
本发明的目的是提供一种强度高、抗弯、抗折性能好,取材方便,成本低廉,且保温隔音效果好的超轻质墙体板或砌块方法。
下面利用本发明的一个具体实施例中的技术方案来实现本发明的任务:一种超轻质墙体板或砌块,其特殊之处在于由树脂包容玉米芯块状物、水泥、水按1.5∶1∶0.45配比(体积比)组成。
制作上述超轻质墙体板或砌块的方法是:将10—50mm长的玉米芯块经树脂胶浸泡后,进行干燥制成树脂包容玉米芯块状物;将树脂包容玉米芯块状物、水泥、水按1.5∶1∶0.45的混合物,经搅拌,用模具压制成型,养护36小时制成超轻质墙体板或砌块。
本发明的超轻质墙体板或砌块同现有的由水泥、珍珠岩为原料组成的GRC墙体板相比,由于组成本发明的超轻质墙体板或砌块的主要材料是容易取材的玉米芯,因此,成本低廉;又由于玉米芯块的长度为10—50mm纤维组织较长,因此,强度高,抗弯、抗折性能好,且保温隔音效果好。本发明的超轻质墙体板或砌块的制作方法简单,易成型。
可以根据需要,制作保温屋面板、外墙板、内墙隔板、活动房屋板、围墙板、阳台围板等轻质墙体板或砌块。

Claims (2)

1.一种超轻质墙体板或砌块,其特征在于:由树脂包容玉米芯块状物、水泥、水按1.5∶1∶0.45配比(体积比)组成。
2.一种制作超轻质墙体板或砌块的方法,其特征在于:
a.将10—50mm长的玉米芯块经树脂胶浸泡后,进行干燥制成树脂包容玉米芯块状物;
b.将树脂包容玉米块状物、水泥、水按1.5∶1∶0.45的混合物,经搅拌,用模具压制成型,养护36小时制成超轻质墙体板或砌块。
